England start their campaign next month against France before further tricky group tests against the Netherlands and Wales.
Russo and Toone will both be hoping to make a major impact, with the latter netting in England's 2022 final win over Germany.
But the Manchester United star has been forced to endure heartbreak this season after dad Nick Toone passed away in September
He was diagnosed with prostate cancer the day after the Lionesses' Euro 2022 victory.

And Nick sadly died three days before his 60th birthday, with Toone recently revealing she 'didn't properly grieve' his passing.
But ahead of this summer's continental competition, Toone was left in tears as the father of England teammate and Arsenal star Russo paid tribute to Nick.
Mario Russo appeared on his daughter's podcast, which she co-hosts with Toone.
And as Mario hailed Nick, Arsenal ace Toone immediately became emotional.

He said: 'As this is a Toone and Russo podcast, it's only right that I should also say that Nick, Ella's dad, was one of my best friends in football.
'We met many years ago when the girls were playing at England youth together and we were fortunate enough to travel around Europe watching them play.

'Which culminated in Nick and I having to spend many hours in some, quite frankly, dodgy establishments, mulling over every minute of every game that we watched our daughters play.
'I've got some fantastic memories of those times. I know that Nick's values and the qualities that he taught Ella will hold her in good stead and guide her through her career and off the pitch as well.
'And I know that Nick's watching from above and he's sorely missed by everybody that knew him.'
Teary-eyed Toone was all smiles as she responded: 'Oh my god, now I am crying.
'Nice one Mario, this is meant to be a fun pod, now we're all crying. It was all good until then. That's so nice, bless him.'
Fans were quick to react to the heartwarming incident, with one saying: 'Love that.'
Another declared: 'Aww, that was pure emotion.'
One added: 'An example of a real man.'

Luke Humphries hits back at savage darts legend who ripped into World Cup flop

Cool Hand takes issue with harsh remarks of ex-hero Dennis Priestley Disappointed Luke Humphries has fired back at Dennis Priestley after the savage criticism launched out to him and Luke Littler by the darts legend. Cool Hand has responded to strong statements from the former World Darts Champion who hammered the England pair after their nightmare World Cup exit. ‌ Priestley didn't mince his words this week as he said they had let their country down and also stated Humphries and Littler were not yet deserving of the MBE honours which were handed to them on the even of the Frankfurt flop by The King. ‌ Littler was first to bite back with a post on social-media being noted only for a short time on Thursday before disappearing. However, Humphries has now used his X account to say: 'Disappointing to hear a top former pro who I admired say such a damaging thing to me and Luke. I didn't let my country down last year tho did I? One bad game for us and we will back next year to go again. Let's move on now.' Priestley roasted the pair after it emerged from rival Gerwyn Price that the duo had not sat together or practised as a pair in Germany. He said: 'Luke Littler and Luke Humphries let their country down at the World Cup of Darts, from what we've heard they weren't sitting together or practising together. 'When I was playing in pairs with Phil Taylor we practised together and sat together, we played all over the world and I only remember us getting beaten once. ‌ 'If you go on and win the tournament without practising then it doesn't matter, but when you go out without winning a game as the big favourites, it's not a good look. 'Having said that, I think they will learn from the experience and come back stronger. Don't be surprised to see them lifting the trophy next year.' Priestley also made it clear that he did not feel the the pair deserve such recognition from The King at this stage of heir careers. Humphries and Littler were both handed an honour from the Birthday List prior to their shocking loss to the hosts in Germany and The Menace added: 'To be brutally honest, I don't think either Luke Littler or Luke Humphries have done enough to earn their MBEs just yet. I think in time they could've done enough to warrant it but it feels very early, they have both won one World Championship each and are still young in their careers. 'Littler has been recognised for raising the popularity of darts which is great, but he can still do so much more. If he is getting an MBE this soon then you'd have to think he is on the right path to a knighthood, nothing would surprise me now.'

Liverpool set to launch bid for £70m Arsenal target

Liverpool are preparing to sign Crystal Palace centre-back Marc Guehi ahead of Arsenal, according to reports. The Premier League champions are in the market for a new central defender as Jarell Quansah is now set to join Bayer Leverkusen in a £30 million deal, while Ibrahima Konate's contract is due to expire in 12 months' time. Arsenal have Guehi on their shortlist for the summer transfer window if they decide to make a move for a new centre-back, while his former club Chelsea, Tottenham and Newcastle United also remain interested. However, The Telegraph reports that Liverpool are now in the 'best position' to sign Guehi after agreeing to sell Quansah and are expected to make a 'significant offer'. Palace rejected a £70m offer from Spurs for Guehi in the January transfer window, while last summer, Newcastle saw four bids – the highest of which being £65m – turned down by last season's FA Cup winners. However, Palace are now in a weaker negotiating position as Guehi has just one year remaining on his contract, meaning that they risk losing him on a free transfer next year. Palace are already in talks with Sporting CP to sign their 21-year-old centre-back, Ousmane Diomande, as a replacement for Guehi. Speaking about his future before Palace's victory over Manchester City in the FA Cup final, Guehi said: 'I think the most important thing is just always doing the best that I can for this football club. I come in every day and I try to be the same. More Trending 'I try to work hard. And you know, this football club has given me a lot. I'm still under contract at this football club, so my focus is always at this football club. 'So, you know, for me, the most important is just doing the best I can and seeing where the future holds.' Liverpool, meanwhile, are on the verge of finalising their £116m deal to sign Florian Wirtz from Leverkusen, with the midfielder arriving at the Premier League champions' training ground on Friday to complete his medical. Arne Slot's side have also agreed a £40m deal with Bournemouth to sign left-back Milos Kerkez. For more stories like this, check our sport page. PSG boss Luis Enrique aims subtle dig at Arsenal during Club World Cup

Botafogo secured the shock result of the Club World Cup so far overnight as they beat reigning European champions Paris Saint-Germain and Luis Enrique spoke out afterwards Luis Enrique has suggested that Botafogo defended the best out of any side they have faced this season - including Arsenal. The Brazilian side secured the standout result of the Club World Cup so far overnight as they downed reigning European champions Paris Saint-Germain. Igor Jesus - who looks set to sign for the Gunners' Premier League rivals Nottingham Forest this summer - scored the only goal of the game to secure the win. But it was a staunch defensive performance from Botafogo that saw them claim victory. ‌ They had just four shots to PSG 's 16 throughout the game and speaking after the full-time whistle, boss Enrique claimed that their defensive performance was the best that the French giants had encountered all year long. ‌ He said: "Botafogo was the team that defended us best all season, obviously in our League and in the Champions League. They made a low block from the start and were very efficient, united. We didn't generate as many chances as usual. 'We're used to playing against deep blocks, but it's very difficult. Congratulations to them. In terms of attitude, we were very good. The result shouldn't erase everything. We have to look at what we did well and what we can improve.' PSG took on a number of Premier League sides in the Champions League this season including Arsenal, Liverpool and Aston Villa. Both the Gunners and Arne Slot 's side kept clean sheets against the French side - Arsenal winning their group stage meeting at the Emirates 2-0, while Liverpool won 1-0 in their last-16 meeting at the Parc des Princes. Ironically, Botafogo owner John Textor claimed that his side had emulated some of their Premier League contemporaries to secure their shock victory. He said: 'PSG is the best team in the world. And they were probably the best team tonight. 'But we played with heart and maybe we wanted more tonight. It's a privilege for us to play against them in this format. To show that Brazilian teams can play football. We played like an English team today." Textor was actually at the heart of a brutal jibe from Botafogo following their win. The Brazilian side shared a graphic of Textor wearing a cowboy hat on social media with the caption: 'The American dream. We guess the cowboy won…' ‌ Who will win the Club World Cup? Share your predictions in the comments below It referenced a row he had with PSG owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi over Ligue 1 streaming rights deal, the Qatari labelling his opposite number as a 'cowboy'. But Textor insists he does not hold any bad blood. ‌ He said: "Nasser did some very important things. The unity we have is not fake. There is a crisis in French football and it is important to be together. He is a man with a great knowledge of the game, in France and around it. 'He has a good sense of humour, he liked my cowboy hat. I told him: 'In real life, I never wear a cowboy hat'. Now we are together for the good of French football and we need it to be like this." Textor added: "I didn't play against Nasser tonight. I was sitting on a chair, I wasn't on the pitch. Nasser was sitting on a chair next to me and he wasn't on the pitch. Our Botafogo team beat that team, but I didn't beat Nasser, and Nasser wasn't trying to beat me."
