EXCLUSIVE Married At First Sight's Eliot Donovan and Jamie Marinos spark engagement rumours at Australian Fashion Week
Another Married At First Sight couple swap is sparking engagement rumours after Jamie Marinos and Eliot Donovan dropped a major hint at Australian Fashion Week.
The couple, who have been at the centre of romance speculation following their stint on the series, exclusively spoke to Daily Mail Australia about their relationship while attending the annual fashion event at Sydney 's Carriageworks on Wednesday.
Jamie, 28, who showed off her toned abs and killer bod in an all-leather ensemble, revealed that she had actually gotten married at the location, wedding her TV husband Dave Hand at the beginning of the season.
Upon returning to the venue with Eliot, who was initially paired with Lauren Hall and then Veronica Cloherty on the show, the resident season 12 funny-girl said that it brought back memories of her nuptials - leaving a certain thought lingering in her head.
'I was hoping Eliot might propose,' she joked, which prompted fits of giggles from the pair.
But the TV groom, 35, was more than happy to play along with the jest.

'This will get some clicks,' he joked as he took a knee, reenacting an engagement on the Carriageways' railway tracks.
Eliot quipped that he was pulling a 'Jacqui and Clint', alluding to Jacqui Burfoot and Clint Rice's engagement at a reunion viewing party last month.
The pair then put out rumours that they had moved in together, saying that they were 'taking things slow' despite the media frenzy around their relationship.
However, it has been reported that Eliot and Jamie are sharing an Airbnb together while they visit Sydney for Australian Fashion Week.
Queenslander Eliot created a video in which he showed off the luxury digs and then appeared to be 'surprised' to find that he was not alone in the apartment, discovering Jamie using the bathroom mirror.
Jamie also shared a video to her own stories where Eliot pretended to 'discover' her in the kitchen.
The blonde bombshell has previously said that she and Eliot had simply clicked after their time on the Channel Nine series.
She said that Eliot had provided support in the weeks following her split with Dave.

'We only started hanging around each other since we both left our marriages, just over a month ago,' she said.
'He's always been a very good friend to me, but he's been a really amazing support system.'
While admitting that the pair had become close, Jamie stopped short of hard launching any romantic entanglement with Eliot.
'I understand everyone wants an answer but we're in the real world now, so it's not like we're going to be official or announce something tomorrow,' she added.
Jamie and Eliot certainly looked every inch the loved-up couple as they packed on the PDA for all to see at Warner Bros. Movie World last month.
Eliot spent most of the day with an arm around Jamie's shoulders, holding her hand or gently touching her back.
Jamie and Eliot also seemed unable to keep their hands off each other at Daily Mail Australia's recent reunion dinner.

Truth behind Sydney's Eastern Suburbs 'cheating scandal' exposed - after mystery Range Rover is spray-painted with brutal message
The social set of Sydney 's eastern suburbs was sent into a frenzy over the weekend after a black luxury Range Rover was spotted vandalised with the word 'cheater' sprayed in bold silver paint across its side. And now Daily Mail Australia can reveal the truth behind the mystery. While many assumed it was a savage act of romantic revenge, it turns out to be a cheeky and cleverly executed PR stunt by cult beauty brand Nude by Nature, orchestrated by PR maven Danielle Williams of The Concierge Agency. The stunt first unfolded early Saturday morning when the eye-catching vehicle appeared parked along Campbell Parade in Bondi Beach. The word 'cheater' was sprawled across the doors, prompting stunned locals to whip out their phones to capture the explosive scene. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Among them was Love Island star Aidan Knox, who quickly posted a snap of the defaced SUV to his Instagram Story with several laughing emojis. A closer look revealed the Range Rover had been fitted with fake licence plates, adding to the intrigue. Later that afternoon, the same vehicle was spotted again - this time parked across the road from Double Bay's Royal Oak Hotel. Gym-goers and brunchers couldn't help but notice a message plastered across the windscreen which read 'Don't deny it, I have the receipts!' accompanied by a mysterious QR code. Naturally, curious passersby scanned the code in droves, expecting a bombshell exposé on a local love rat. Locals say the car remained parked for hours, with dozens of people filming it for TikTok, uploading photos to Instagram and scanning the QR code to get in on the action. But instead of a scandalous identity reveal, they were redirected to a dedicated landing page on the Nude by Nature website, promoting their new mascara, Lash Affair. The tongue-in-cheek page declared: 'Cheater! You've clumped and flaked. You are toxic'. It then offered the new ceramide-infused formula for just $1 and invited beauty lovers to 'cheat on your toxic mascara' and have a clean Lash Affair. The bold activation had already made waves online by that point, especially in the Bondi Local Loop Facebook group, where amused locals posted the photos and debated whether the vehicle was the result of relationship drama or a publicity stunt. 'Well deserved,' one user commented. Another called the act 'too funny,' while others speculated: 'Who did they upset?' and 'This is gold.' Some commenters suspected it was a PR move from the start, given Bondi's history of outrageous marketing stunts. Marketing Manager Xenia Charovatova told Daily Mail Australia: 'We knew the word 'cheater' would turn heads and that's exactly what we wanted. But our goal was to reframe it with a wink. 'We want Australians to feel confident cheating on their current mascara in favour of a cleaner, more nourishing formula that actually performs. It's time to ditch the drama, not your lashes.'

Aussie F1 star Daniel Ricciardo's fans turn on him over social media post: 'Surely you don't need money that badly'
Daniel Ricciardo has come under fire from fans after launching a tongue-in-cheek promotion with an Australian betting app. The recently retired Formula One star posted a video to social media announcing a new 'tailgate' business. What looked like a light-hearted comeback quickly turned sour when followers discovered it was part of a gambling promotion. In the video posted to X, Ricciardo is shown lounging in a deck chair, declaring, 'Retirement ain't what it's cracked up to be.' He jokes about being bored with hitting golf balls and looking for a 'real passion project'. 'I love my football and I love a good time. Now it's time for me to do both,' he said. Ricciardo then announces the launch of his own tailgate business in partnership with Dabble. The video ends with Ricciardo encouraging fans to 'get the party started' by visiting But the website doesn't promote a business venture from Ricciardo at all. Instead, it's a global competition to win the Ultimate Texas Tailgate experience. The prize includes flights, accommodation, and tickets to NFL matches – with Ricciardo as host. While the video was clearly intended as satire, not everyone found it amusing, with many fans left frustrated by Ricciardo's decision to align with a gambling company. 'Don't promote something that destroys lives, do something positive. Please,' one follower wrote. Another commented, 'We're truly going to look back at these gambling ads someday in the way that we look back at cigarette ads now.' One follower simply wrote, 'Money badger strikes again,' a play on Ricciardo's old nickname, the Honey Badger. One fan wrote, 'Surely you don't need the money that badly,' while others called the move disappointing 'What a shame. You're shilling for a gambling company. JFC. Surely you don't need the money that badly,' said another. Critics were particularly upset because Dabble is a social betting platform. It allows users to place bets, follow others, and share tips in a community-driven feed. While popular with younger audiences, the platform's marketing tactics have raised questions. Gambling reform advocates argue such content normalises wagering through humour and celebrity endorsement. According to the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare, Australians lose roughly $25billion each year to legal gambling. Other estimates place total losses closer to $31.5billion, making Australia's gambling losses the highest per capita in the world. 'Seriously mate? Money that tight is it? So bloody disappointing,' another angry fan posted. The criticism comes just months after Ricciardo quietly stepped away from fulltime Formula One racing. He made his F1 debut in 2011 and soon established himself as one of the sport's most exciting drivers. A move to Toro Rosso in 2012 showed his promise, but it was his 2014 switch to Red Bull Racing that launched his career into the spotlight. Ricciardo won three Grands Prix in his debut season at Red Bull, finishing third in the world championship. Known for his daring overtakes and wide smile, he added wins in Malaysia (2016), Azerbaijan (2017), and Monaco (2018). In 2019, he left for Renault, aiming to rebuild a struggling team. While wins proved elusive, he secured two podiums in 2020 and earned respect as a leader. He joined McLaren in 2021 and delivered their first win in nearly a decade at Monza. But inconsistent form in 2022 led to his exit. After a reserve role with Red Bull in 2023, Ricciardo returned mid-season with AlphaTauri. The results didn't improve, and he quietly retired from full-time racing in 2025.

Karl Stefanovic's 'massive payday': Today host's rumoured multi-million-dollar deal at Nine raises eyebrows
When it comes to the battle of the breakfast shows, time and time again, Seven's Sunrise has reigned supreme on the popularity podium. But despite scoring second place in the AM time slot, it is believed that Today Show's Karl Stefanovic has been offered a whopping multi-million dollar, multi-year deal by Channel Nine. The breakfast show host, 50, is poised to cash in on a contract of approximately $3million per year, according to The Australian. 'Nine sources tell us the network's top brass have just finished passing a hat around at their Denison St headquarters in North Sydney and have managed to scrape together enough loose change to offer him a contract worth about $3million a year,' the paper's Media Diary wrote. Currently on a $2.8million a year contract, Karl is rumoured to see a significant increase in his pay as he continues to front the second-rating breakfast show. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. According to the publication, Nine is said to have given in to the TV presenter's demands after he threatened to walk away if they were to lowball on a new contract. Daily Mail Australia has reached out to Channel 9 for comment. The news comes as a shock considering rival breakfast hosts Natalie Barr and Matt Shirvington make a meagre $2million between the two of them. What's more, Karl's Today co-host Sarah Abo makes only $800,000 a year according to Mediaweek, highlighting a stark gender pay gap between the two. Karl's massive payday comes as the media industry struggles to keep its head above water, with less and less money floating around and some of Australia's best-known TV personalities facing the reality of pay cuts in the near future. The nation's biggest networks are preparing for sweeping budget reductions in a bid to curb ballooning costs during hard times. Channel Seven, Nine, Ten and the ABC are now under pressure to implement drastic cost-saving measures as advertising revenue continues to plummet – triggering a major shake-up across their national newsrooms and on-air talent rosters, according to The Australian. A senior Nine insider has confirmed that major contracts are under review, with executives being forced to justify every dollar spent amid pressure from stakeholders. Among the most high-profile names under scrutiny is veteran presenter Tracy Grimshaw, who has barely appeared on air since stepping down as host of A Current Affair in late 2022. The 64-year-old TV legend has reportedly been on a rolling $500,000 contract ever since – half of her previous $1million salary – but has only appeared on screen once in the last six months. Tracy's 16-minute interview with advertising mogul John Singleton translates to a staggering $16,000 per minute of broadcast time – prompting speculation within the network that Grimshaw's future contract is unlikely to be renewed under current terms. While some argue that Tracy is Nine's most powerful interviewer, the optics for such a salary for such minimal output are raising red flags internally. 'It isn't simply a matter of saying 'the bean counters have won' – the cost of every minute of television is being scrutinised because the company needs to justify every cent that is spent to shareholders,' the source said. 'The good old days of keeping people on the books with nothing to do so they don't end up on a rival network are over.' Meanwhile, over at the ABC, former 7.30 host Leigh Sales is believed to be earning close to $400,000 a year, despite stepping down from her role in mid-2022. This year, Sales has only made one major-on air appearance – a 14-minute interview with ABC election analyst Antony Green – plus brief 30-second intros to episodes of Australian Story, amounting to roughly $8,000 per episode. However, ABC bosses are said to be more relaxed about her deal.
