Zaxby's is expanding its footprint in Georgia.
Just a few weeks ago, the fast food chain opened one new location with another opening very soon. Here's what we know:
On May 12, Zaxbys opened its 3,000 square foot Richmond Hill location at 100 Pioneer Way. It can seat 56 guests. The other is a 2,500 square foot location in Cochran at 174 E. Dykes St. which will be opening soon. It will seat 36 guests.
A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held by the Cochran-Bleckley Chamber of Commerce at 10:30 a.m. Monday, June 2.
The restaurant also opened a new location in Valdosta in February. Last October, the chain opened a drive-thru only location in Garden City.
According to ScrapeHero, there are more than 250 Zaxbys in Georgia as of March. You can find the nearest location at zaxbys.com/locations.

We deserve a fair share, and we're demanding salaries that reflect our true value." Last month, Ben Pickman of The Athletic provided some insight into the ongoing CBA negotiations. "Players are coming to the negotiating table with several priorities, including increased salaries, a softened salary cap and more access to family planning services," he reported. "Retirement benefits that provide long-term security for players and their families are also among key priorities, and standardizing team work environments, including facility and travel accommodations as well as support staff minimums, are on the list too."
