Love Island: Harry Cooksley And Ben Holbrough 'Before And After Hair Transplants' Is Trending

This year's series of Love Island has been dramatic, to say the least. The brutal dumpings, cruel uncouplings and secret hook-ups have made the 12th season one of the most talked about shows of the moment. And while most viewers are talking about the love drama on screen, Harry Cooksley - who was seen having a secret kiss with bombshell Yasmin Pettet - and Ben Holbrough - who's with Shakira Khan - are trending after footage of their dramatic hair transformations emerged. That's right, 'Love Island Harry hair transplant' and 'Love Island Ben hair transplant' are breakout search terms for the Islanders, according to Google Trends. Perhaps unsurprising, 'Love Island Harry before and after hair transplant' is also trending - people love to have a nose at those 'before and after' pictures! Before showing off his full mullet in the villa, semi-pro footballer Harry, 30, says he used to hide his receding hairline with caps. He flew to Turkey for a hair transplant, thought to have cost over £5,500. In a throwback video from 2018, which has gone viral, Harry – then aged 23 – shared his journey at the EstePera clinic in Istanbul. He's seen from start to finish, from having his hairline mapped up for the procedure, before his hair was shaved prior to the transplant and the final result. 'The process was pretty much pain free. The surgeons were brilliant and I am absolutely delighted with the outcome,' he said. Harry Cooksley undergoing his hair transplant ©YouTube/EstePera Viewers praised his openness. 'I think it's really important for men to be open about hair transplants as much as women are about extensions. Good on them for normalising it,' one watcher commented. Another remarked, 'It's refreshing to see Love Island stars being open about personal decisions like hair transplants. A great conversation starter!' with a third adding, 'It's interesting to see Love Island stars opening up about their hair journeys. Great to see more honesty around self-care!' Ben, 23, has also had a similar procedure, although he got his done at 360 Hair Clinic in Brighton. He went through his transplant in 2023, for which prices start from £2,500. 'Before he made his way into the Love Island villa, Ben came to us last year to start his hair restoration journey, and we're giving you a behind-the-scenes look from the very beginning,' said hair loss expert Sophie. She shared footage of Ben's hairline marked up by a surgeon and his hair shaved off, before the hair follicles from the back of his head extracted and implanted in front of his natural hairline. The taxi driver and model was visibly thrilled with the results. 'That's sick,' he said as he admired his new hair. In an update six months after his surgery, he revealed that his hair has been growing thicker, stronger and healthier, with 80 percent back. 'Ben's hair is looking better than ever,' Sophie explained. Naga Munchetty Workplace Bullying Allegations: Everything To Know

BBC Breakfast presenter Naga Munchetty is facing scrutiny after being accused of inappropriate behaviour and bullying incidents on both BBC Breakfast studio and Radio 5 Live. According to a report in The Sun, Naga has been reprimanded for two allegations in three years – one that she bullied a junior staffer and another that she made a sex jibe off air on Radio 5 Live. These claims have emerged after the BBC announced that Richard Frediani, the editor of Breakfast and News at One, had taken some 'extended leave' amid claims of bullying against him. This came after 'unhappy' employees made a formal complaint against 'tyrannical' Richard, according to The Sun. The BBC has enlisted the help of a consultant to review the culture of its breakfast show. Sources also say that the BBC's HR team have seconded a lawyer from PwC to sort out the ongoing problem. According to deadline, staff have been approached about sharing their experience of working on the programme, according to the industry website Deadline. Naga has been a staple of the BBC breakfast show since 2010 and became part of the presenting lineup in 2014. The exact comment Naga is under fire for hasn't been reported. But according to reports, it was thought to be a crude slang term for a sex act, before directing the question at a colleague. The incident, which happened in 2022, was said to have left the audience stunned. Naga was reprimanded by a senior producer, but no formal action was taken. One source described the incident as 'Crass, inappropriate and wildly unprofessional. The person felt embarrassed.' According to The Sun, Naga was allegedly involved in the bullying of a younger member of staff last year, who was the most junior staffer. She reportedly accused the staffer of stealing without presenting any evidence. The confrontation led to a closed-door exchange, with Naga not issuing an apology after. 'It was humiliating. There was no evidence, no apology. The woman left not long after, completely demoralised,' said a source. Another insider explained the episode as part of a larger issue. 'That wasn't an isolated incident. It really is the tip of the iceberg,' they said. Alice Hall is the Staff Writer at Grazia UK. I Just Got Back From Spain And Everyone Was Wearing These Shoes - So I Caved Too

I just got back from spending a week in Madrid and while I explored the usual sights; Retiro Park, the Royal Palace and Plaza Mayor, there was another sight I was desperate to stop by - the Flabelus store. For those who have never heard of the brand, let me introduce you. Flabelus is a Spanish label who took a traditional Venetian slipper and added a Spanish twist with its plush velvet outer and delectable range of colour combinations to choose from. Its shoes are now quietly (or maybe not so quietly) taking over wardrobes (and the Grazia office too). As it turns out the story behind the brand is as sweet as its shoes. When founder Beatriz de los Mozos first dreamt of importing the classic Furlane slipper to Spain, it wasn't a grand business plan but a passionate hunch. Beatriz spoke to Grazia's Hannah Banks-Walker to explain: 'I loved the shoes, but I wanted to adapt them to the Spanish market.' The twist? Her two best friends were meant to co-found the brand with her but had to step back, 'but during that meeting we found the name: Fla (Flaminia) -Be (Beatriz) -Lus (Lucrecia) is the combination of our three names.' A few meetings with Spanish espadrille factories later, and the first Flabelus shoe was born - a slipper-espadrille that tows the line between the two. ©Instagram/@gabrielagriffith Velvet Antonia Mary Janes Black There's nothing more versatile than a black pair of Mary Janes, which is why this Flabelus pair is so popular. Wear them with jeans, a midi skirt or mini dress, the shoes will go with everything you already have in your wardrobe, but can also easily elevate any outfit too. Since then, Flabelus' cult shoes have been spotted more times than I can count on Instagram, and the brand gives a lot of credit to its socials for creating a community with one thing in common - a collective obsession with Flabelus shoes. 'We're very lucky because our clients love posting the shoes online,' Beatriz says, 'of course we work hard to place the shoes in the wardrobes of the coolest ambassadors all over the world.' And cool women they are. Billie Eilish once uploaded an Instagram post wearing them ('I nearly had a heart attack' Beatriz admits), and fashion editors across Europe are racing to get their hands on the deep burgundy Lucrecia Mary Janes - one of the bestsellers. ©Instagram/@gizemkocacinar Mary Jane Shoes Red Velvet A best-seller for Flabelus, its burgundy velvet Mary Janes are popular for good reason. With a distinctive branded sole that's made out of recycled bike tyres and a strap finished with contrast stitching and a buckle - the Flabelus Mary Janes are a shoe that will never go out of style. Wear with denim shorts or a maxi dress. My thoughts? The Flabelus Mary Janes are, honestly, one of the most comfortable pairs of shoes I've slipped my feet into (and that's not an exaggeration). I wore them while walking sometimes over 15,000 steps a day on holiday, to a Sam Fender concert, and now I'm home, the Mary Janes have also become a mainstay in my office wardrobe - styling them with anything from wide-leg trousers to midi dresses. The velvet is soft on the outside, the insole is soft on the inside and the sole (that's cleverly crafted from recycled bike tyres) is a feature I really love - especially considering the fact that most ballet flats don't really have any sort of protection between your foot and the floor. The only negative thing about Flabelus' Mary Janes is the sizing - be warned, they come up super small - even the sales associate advised me of that. I'm usually a size 4.5/5 and have quite narrow feet, so I sized up to a 6 and they fit much better than the size 5 I originally tried. If you never thought you'd see the day where the shoe you used to wear back in 2004 is suddenly everywhere once more, well I'm sorry to tell you - Mary Janes are back like they never left. The shoes have inevitably gotten a lot more chic - we can all probably be glad the stiff and patent iterations are no longer - all thanks to Flabelus' iconic and quietly luxurious velvet styles. Plus, while the shoes might look dainty, Flabelus' Mary Janes are actually made for everyday wear, whether you're heading to the office, to brunch, to the market, or even to Madrid. Aside from comfort, Flabelus tick all the boxes for sustainability, craftsmanship and - perhaps the hardest one to achieve - a sense of identity than runs deeper than any trend (I can't tell you how many people stopped me in the street to say 'are they Flabelus?' when talking about my shoes). And, as Beatriz puts it 'every pair of shoes tells a story', so, if you're going to invest in a Mary Jane this summer, make it one with soul. 4. Velvet Uta Mary Janes Green 5. The Waterfront: Is The New Drama From The Creator Of Dawson's Creek Worth Watching? Read What Critics Say

One of Netflix's newest arrivals is The Waterfront , already dubbed 'Dawson's Creek for adults', which sounds like perfect weekend viewing to us. It's even created by the same person: Kevin Williamson. Starring Jake Weary, Melissa Benoist, Danielle Campbell, Mario Bello and Holt McCallany, this drama is bound to introduce you to some new faces too. But is the new show worth watching? Is it genuinely gripping or just a good comfort watch? Read below to find out. Set in the fictional seaside town, Havenport, North Carolina, this eight-part Netflix series follows the prominent yet dysfunctional family, the Buckleys, as they try to keep their decaying fishing empire afloat by entering the dangerous world of the drug trade. It doesn't sound too far off last summer's hit show, The Perfect Couple, or any of the Harlan Coben series, so if you liked any of those then this one might be worth a try. Yes, you can watch the official trailer for the series below. Nick Hilton at The Independent gave the series three stars, describing it as 'predictable to a fault' but 'hard not to keep watching'. The Guardian 's Lucy Mangan agrees, giving The Waterfront three stars too. 'Twists come thick and fast, there's tons of plot and action is set in a water-based community,' she writes. 'The creator of the '90s megahit's new show is an opportunity to wallow in nostalgia – albeit with added drug running.' It is described as 'highly bingeable' by Variety too. Aramide Tinubu explains the series is inspired by Williamson's father, who was a fisherman and began smuggling drugs in the 1980s to make ends meet. ' The Waterfront is a highly entertaining series about four people willing to do anything to hold on to their legacy, even if it means turning on each other in the process,' reads the review. The New York Times ' Margaret Lyons praised the show for bringing 'more murder to Netflix'. 'The show is one of many to follow the Yellowstone model, a family saga of violence and secrets, of huffy men and sly women, of distinctive names. It is also about land that's been in this family for generations, gosh darn it – land that's our legacy if only the cruelties of debt and developers would abate,' she writes. It might only have a 67% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and an audience rating of 3.9, but the reviews are largely positive. This is a watchable, familiar show with all the twists and turns audiences are looking for. If you have a day to yourself to lie on the sofa away from the heat, you know what to do.
