Eureka Acquisition announces postponement of Extraordinary General Meeting
Eureka Acquisition (EURK) announced that its previously announced extraordinary general meeting in lieu of an annual general meeting of shareholders will be postponed from 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 20, 2025 to 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on June 25, 2025 to allow the Company additional time to engage with shareholders. The Extraordinary General Meeting is to be held for the purpose of considering and voting on, among other proposals, a proposal to amend the Company's current charter to provide that the Company has until July 3, 2025 to complete a business combination and may elect to extend up to twelve times, each by a one-month extension, for a total of up to twelve months to July 3, 2026. Axiom Intelligence Acquisition Corp 1 Announces Pricing of $175,000,000 Initial Public Offering
New York, New York, June 17, 2025 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Axiom Intelligence Acquisition Corp 1 (NASDAQ:AXINU) (the 'Company') today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 17,500,000 units at a price of $10.00 per unit. The Company's units will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market ('Nasdaq') under the symbol 'AXINU' and will begin trading on June 18, 2025. Each unit issued in the offering consists of one Class A ordinary share of the Company and one right to receive one tenth (1/10) of one Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of the Company's initial business combination. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the Class A ordinary shares and rights are expected to be listed on Nasdaq under the symbols 'AXIN' and 'AXINR,' respectively. The closing of the offering is anticipated to take place on or about June 20, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
