Originally from South Bend, Indiana, OUmphrey's McGee are known for their bold improvisational style and seamless fusion of different genres like rock, funk, jazz, metal. The group has been a staple of the American and global music scene since 1997, bringing decades of experience and experimentation to the stage in Marrakech. Meteor Airlines, founded in 2016 in Tinghir, Morocco, fuses contemporary rock with the country's rich Amazigh musical heritage. The band has earned recognition at major festivals such as Timitar and Visa for Music, and their international tours across Europe have introduced global audiences to Moroccan rock, earning them numerous awards including the National Prize for Amazigh Culture.
