King Salman and Crown Prince laud successful Hajj and efforts of all sectors

Saudi Gazette Report JEDDAH — Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman have lauded the great efforts made by all those involved in serving the Hajj pilgrims for making the annual pilgrimage a great success. They made the remarks in reply-cables of thanks sent to Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif. The minister of interior earlier sent cables of congratulations to King Salman and the Crown Prince on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha and the success of this year's Hajj season. The King and the Crown Prince thanked the great efforts exerted by everyone involved in the organization of Hajj through implementing comprehensive security, preventative, organizational, and service plans so as to enable the pilgrims to perform their rituals in ease and comfort. 'We have closely monitored the tremendous efforts made by all sectors involved in serving the pilgrims, and we were pleased by the keenness, dedication, and mastery we saw from everyone in achieving the honor of serving the guests of God, and witnessing the comfort, security, and reassurance among the pilgrims,' the King said in his cable, praising God for the success of this year's Hajj season, and for bestowing Saudi Arabia the honor to serve the pilgrims. In his cable, the Crown Prince thanked for the success of the Hajj season, saying that this was made possible by the grace of God and then by the patronage of King Salman. He lauded the efforts made by everyone in the meticulous implementation of Hajj plans with comprehensive monitoring by the relevant authorities to ensure the comfort of the pilgrims.

In separate cables sent to Minister of Interior and Chairman of the Supreme Hajj Committee, Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Nayef, both leaders thanked the minister, regional governors, committee members, and all security, civil, and government personnel who took part in delivering a smooth and safe pilgrimage for nearly 1.7 million worshippers. King Salman described the season as a success by the grace of God and the coordinated execution of comprehensive security, health, organizational, and service plans. He highlighted the pilgrims' ability to perform their rituals with ease and peace of mind, in a secure and spiritual atmosphere. 'We followed with pride the great efforts made by all sectors in serving the pilgrims of the house of Allah,' the King said. 'We were pleased with the dedication and excellence shown by everyone in attaining the honor of serving the guests of the most Gracious.' The king also thanked all those involved for their Eid Al-Adha greetings, prayed for the acceptance of the pilgrims' Hajj, and asked God to grant continued success in serving Islam and Muslims. Saudi Gazette Report MAKKAH — The Supreme Hajj Committee has extended its gratitude to more than 420,000 men and women, who contributed to serving pilgrims during the 1446 AH Hajj season by issuing digital certificates of appreciation through the Tawakkalna app. Secretary General of the Supreme Hajj Committee Khalid Al-Saykhan said that a total of 420,070 participants in the Hajj mission were recognized through the Tasreeh platform, developed by the Saudi Data and AI Authority (SDAIA) and supervised by the committee's secretariat. Al-Saykhan emphasized that the initiative reflects the success of the integrated system overseen by the Supreme Hajj Committee and highlights the importance of institutional cooperation during the Hajj season. He noted that this is the first initiative of its kind, using digital tools to acknowledge the dedication of Hajj workers. The electronic certificates serve as a symbolic gesture, reinforcing a sense of pride and appreciation among those who worked tirelessly to ensure the safety, comfort, and spiritual fulfillment of the pilgrims.

Saudi Gazette report MAKKAH — Minister of Interior Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif emphasized that this year's Hajj season did not witness anything that would disrupt the Hajj or affect the safety and security of pilgrims. "No epidemic or quarantine cases have also been recorded. Preventive efforts and health services provided to pilgrims have resulted in bringing down the rates of illness, heat exhaustion, and deaths," he said. The minister made the remarks in cables of congratulations sent to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman and Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman on the occasion of Eid Al-Adha and the success of this year's Hajj season. Prince Abdulaziz extended the greetings on behalf of himself and on behalf of emirs of the regions, members of the Supreme Hajj Committee, security forces, and all members of the governmental and private agencies participating in this year's Hajj. Addressing the King and the Crown Prince, the minister reaffirmed that the success of this year's Hajj season was achieved by the grace of God and then by your generous attention and guidance, saying that this was the cornerstone in enabling all parties involved in the Hajj mission to implement all plans encompassing security, preventive, organizational, health, service, and traffic sectors, with full competence and efficiency. This is in view of providing with the highest standards of care and services to the total number of pilgrims this year, which reached 1,673,230. The minister highlighted that security personnel and all members of the governmental and civil agencies involved in serving the guests of God performed their duties with competence and professionalism, resulting in the success of all plans put in place. Prince Abdulaziz prayed to God to protect the King and the Crown Prince, as well as to perpetuate their glory, and make them a source of strength for Islam and Muslims. He also prayed to God to bestow upon Saudi Arabia the blessings of security, stability, and prosperity under the wise leadership of the King and the Crown Prince.
