Players are struggling to connect to EA FC 25 Ultimate Team due to issues with the EA FC 25 servers EA FC 25 is experiencing some downtime right now, meaning that until it ends, you'll have no chance to play any matches with your pals. EA FC 25 Ultimate Team has hit new heights now that the Shapeshifters Team 1 has been revealed, with the promo featuring high-rated players in mixed-up positions. The Shapeshifters promotion has certainly seen a lot of change introduced to the expected flow of the game, and players have been getting stuck in. There are great Shapeshifters rewards on offer in Rivals at the moment, but frustratingly, players are going to have to deal with some EA FC 25 downtime before tomorrow's cut-off, with EA Sports ' scheduled EA FC 25 downtime meaning you can't access any online features. The server shutdown won't last quite as long as the game's recent over-seven-hour downtime, but players are going to be waiting outside the stadium gates regardless. But when precisely can we expect the EA FC 25 downtime to end? Here's what you need to know about the game's current server maintenance and when you can jump back into EA FC 25 again. EA FC 25 servers down – The EA FC 25 server downtime began at 1am PDT / 4am EDT / 9am BST on Wednesday, June 18, and is set to come to a close at 5am PDT / 8am EDT / 1pm BST, according to a new tweet from the @EASFCDirect Twitter account. Match creation was suspended for thirty minutes ahead of the maintenance, and is spread across the most recent EA Sports FC titles – EA FC 25, EA FC 24 and even FIFA 23 on all platforms, including Xbox, PlayStation, and PC. Recent downtimes have lasted as little as an hour, so this is frustrating news for some, but it could be far worse, with players suffering more than seven hours in the server maintenance limbo back in May. There is still a chance that the downtime could last longer than expected, with December's extended EA FC 25 downtime taking players out of the game beyond its promised six hours of closure, but our fingers are crossed that we'll be back and involved shortly. You can still access offline game modes in EA FC 25, such as kick-off and Career Mode, but if you're looking to grind out in Ultimate Team and earn some Rivals points are complete some Evolutions, you'll have to wait until later today.

The EA FC 25 Shapeshifters Team 1 promo squad is now available in Ultimate Team packs, with the fan-favourite promo delivering once again. EA Sports' EA FC 25 TOTS-era has finished, with the EA FC 25 Shapeshifters Team 1 squad now live in Ultimate Team. After seven weeks of the TOTS promo in EA FC 25 Ultimate Team, a new promo has been released by EA Sports, with the EA FC 25 Shapeshifters Team 1 squad now available in packs. Featuring Icons, Heroes and regular player items, the Shapeshifters promo is one of the biggest in the Ultimate Team calendar, with EA giving players huge stat boosts and out-of-the-ordinary position changes. Don't open EA FC 25 Rivals rewards instantly if you want Shapeshifters rewards
EA Sports has included Shapeshifters rewards in EA FC 25 Rivals rewards, but you won't be able to get them if you open your rewards as soon as you earn them If you want to get the best players possible from your EA FC 25 Rivals rewards, then don't open your packs and player picks straight away, and wait a day longer instead. As always, EA FC 25 Rivals rewards will become available to claim on Thursday at 12am PDT / 3AM EDT / 8am BST for all players in Ultimate Team, giving players the chance to open all the packs and player picks they've earned from playing Rivals over the last week. As you go up the divisions, the EA FC 25 Rivals rewards get better, but as we approach the end-game of EA FC 25 Ultimate Team, EA Sports has boosted all the Rivals rewards, with guaranteed promo player packs included as low as Division 8. Guaranteed TOTS packs were released for the TOTS promo, and with the Shapeshifters promo up next, EA has now started to include Shapeshifters items in EA FC 25 Rivals rewards. Shapeshifters is one of the biggest promos in the Ultimate Team calendar, and players have been given their first taste of what to expect in the upcoming promo as part of the Season 8 rewards. The updated EA FC 25 Rivals rewards include packs and player picks that contain either Ultimate TOTS or Shapeshifters players, and with the pack weight for Ultimate TOTS quite weak and Shapeshifters almost guaranteed to have better players, the Ultimate Team community will be praying for players from the latter promo instead. But, with the Shapeshifters promo not live in Ultimate Team packs until Friday, June 13 at 10am PDT / 1pm EDT/ 6pm BST, if you were to open your Rivals rewards before then, then your guaranteed TOTS/Shapeshifters packs and player picks will only include TOTS players and no Shapeshifters items. Don't open your EA FC 25 Rivals rewards With Shapeshifters players not available until Friday, June 13 at 10am PDT / 1pm EDT/ 6pm BST, we recommend saving your EA FC 25 Rivals rewards until the Shapeshifters players are available in packs, as there will be a much better chance of you earning one of these incredible players in your rewards. Early Shapeshifters leaks have revealed that Icons and Heroes will also be included in the promo, while players will be as high as 98-rated, so you'd be silly not to wait an extra day to open your rewards and try and earn one of these coveted items. The Shapeshifters promo is expected to last a few weeks in Ultimate Team, meaning Shapeshifters players will be included in Rivals rewards for the next few weeks. But, it's only this week where it makes sense to hold off on opening your Rivals rewards straight away and show a little bit of patience.
