Telangana CM Revanth Reddy highlights difficulties faced by government towards implementing beneficiary schemes, says
Rajendranagar (Telangana) [India], June 17 (ANI): Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy highlighted the difficulties faced by the state government in implementing beneficiary schemes. Revanth Reddy addressed a gathering on Monday at the Rythu Nestham event at the PJT Agricultural University in Rajendranagar. CM Reddy mentioned that it has become difficult for the state government to give retirement benefits to the retired government employees. He informed that the state government is facing difficulties in giving fee reimbursements to college students and implementing the Shaadi Mubarak and Kalyana Laxmi schemes. 'The difficulties we are facing today - it has become difficult to give retirement benefits to retired employees. It has become difficult to give fee reimbursement to college students, it has become difficult to implement Shaadi Mubarak and Kalyana Laxmi schemes', Revanth Reddy said while addressing a gathering. CM Reddy asserted that the government is working towards rectifying the difficulties that it faces. Reddy said he came to the event to give Rs 9000 crore to 70,11,984 farmers for 1.49 lakh acres to prove that farming is a festival and not a waste under the Rythu Bharosa scheme. On June 7, Revanth Reddy stated that his goal is to fulfil the dreams and aspirations of the people of Telangana and make the state a 'One Trillion US dollar' economy. CM Reddy was speaking at an event on Friday, where he laid the foundation stones for development works worth Rs 1051.45 crores in Alair Assembly Constituency. The Chief Minister maintained that everyone is equal before the law. Big leaders have appeared in the courts and deposed before the commissions. He came down heavily on BRS leaders for criticising the government for giving the leader a single notice. He demanded KCR answer the questions raised by his daughter. (ANI)

Alampur MLA Vijayaudu Distributes Kalyana Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak, and CMRF Cheques to Beneficiaries
Gadwal: Undavelli, Alampur Mandal – In a commendable effort to support underprivileged families, Alampur MLA Shri Vijayaudu conducted a cheque distribution program at the MLA Camp Office located at Alampur Crossroads, Undavelli Mandal. The event was held to distribute financial assistance under the Telangana government's flagship welfare schemes — Kalyana Lakshmi, Shaadi Mubarak, and Chief Minister's Relief Fund (CMRF). Attending as the chief guest, MLA Vijayaudu personally handed over the cheques to eligible beneficiaries. He reiterated the government's commitment to uplifting economically disadvantaged families and empowering women through financial support for marriages. Speaking at the event, the MLA stated that the Telangana government provides Rs. 1,00,116 as financial aid under the Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak schemes to help families with the marriage expenses of daughters from poor households. He encouraged all beneficiaries to promptly deposit the cheques into their bank accounts and make optimal use of these schemes. He emphasized the need for public awareness so that every eligible person can benefit from such welfare initiatives. In total, cheques worth over Rs. 70,08,120 were distributed to 70 beneficiaries under the Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak schemes. Additionally, Rs. 25,88,500 was disbursed to 102 beneficiaries under the CMRF scheme, which supports individuals facing medical and emergency hardships. The beneficiaries hailed from various mandals, including Alampur, Aiza, Undavelli, Itikyala, Manopad, Vaddepalli, Rajoli, and Erravalli. The event witnessed the participation of Tahsildars, revenue officials, and leaders from the Bharat Rashtra Samithi (BRS) party from the respective mandals.

Secunderabad cantonment MLA Ganesh distributes Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak cheques
MLA Sriganesh has distributed cheques totalling Rs. 36,04,176 to 36 beneficiaries of the Kalyana Lakshmi and Shaadi Mubarak schemes at his camp office in the Cantonment constituency. During the event, Sriganesh emphasised the commitment of the Congress government to welfare, asserting that beneficiaries had not received their cheques for several years under the previous BRS administration. He pledged that the Congress government would ensure prompt delivery of these essential funds. The MLA highlighted the unfulfilled promises made by the BRS party, which has governed the state for the past decade. He assured constituents that a new Congress government would introduce free bus services under the Mahalaxmi scheme, subsidised gas cylinders for Rs. 500, and 200 units of free electricity as part of the Gruha Jyoti scheme. Despite the challenging financial situation of the state, Sriganesh stated that the government remains steadfast in its dedication to welfare initiatives. He expressed confidence that the electorate has empowered the Congress party for the next five years, and further schemes will be implemented in due course. The beneficiaries who received the cheques expressed their gratitude towards the Congress government, Chief Minister Revanth Reddy, and local MLA Sriganesh for their support.

In the wedding picture shared by Ayesha, Anurag can be seen dressed as a groom in an all-white embellished sherwani while his bride Ritika opted for a red lehenga.
