Cocktail fame Diana Penty has opened up about her relationship status, breaking the hearts of millions of her fans. The actress has spilled the beans about her 12-year-old relationship with her boyfriend, Harsh Sagar, and has confirmed that they are in a live-in relationship. Talking about her marriage plans, the actress shared that she's not in any hurry. During an interview with Hauterrfly, Diana shared that she's not single. "I will not go on a rooftop and start giving speech about it, but I've been with my partner for 12 years now, and we've known each other for 22 years. So, half of our lives, we have known each other. We are really good friends," she said. The actress also added that she's married in her head even though they haven't tied the knot yet. Explaining her decision, Penty shared that it doesn't make any difference because we respect the relationship in the same way. The Detective Sherdil star candidly talked about why she's not in any hurry to get married. Praising the families on both sides, she said that they are "very chill" and respect the bond they share as a couple. For them, it's like, "Your happiness is most important." Diana shared that she and her boyfriend are not against the concept of marriage. "We live together, have a dog together, everybody knows we are together, so there's no rush," she made her point. On the work front, her latest film, Detective Sherdil, a mystery-comedy, features her alongside Diljit Dosanjh, Banita Sandhu, Boman Irani, and others. Directed by Ravi Chhabriya and produced by Ali Abbas Zafar, the film started streaming on Zee5 from June 20, 2025. Earlier this year, she was also seen in Vicky Kaushal-led Chhaava and Aaman Devgan and Rasha Thadani starrer Azaad. Penty said there were people who liked her portrayal and then there were some who didn't. 'But for me, what I liked about this character was that I had very little to say, and that gave me another challenge. There was so much power in the silences, and that's not easy to do. There are a lot of internal emotional thoughts and feelings that you want to show without words. It is not something I had done before. So, I looked at the positive side of it,' Penty, who has garnered praise for her work in films like 'Cocktail', 'Happy Bhag Jayegi', and 'Parmanu', said. 'It was an interesting script from the point of view of just telling our history. We had learned it in high school, which was being represented on screen. It was something that I had to be part of. Penty has a slew of interesting projects in the pipeline, including web series 'Daring Partners', with Tamannaah Bhatia and Nakuul Mehta and a thriller drama film 'Section 84', co-starring Amitabh Bachchan, Nimrat Kaur and Abhishek Banerjee. 'Detective Sherdill' is produced by Ali Abbas Zafar and Himanshu Mehra, and directed by debutant Ravi Chhabriya. It was released on Friday on ZEE5. The film also features Diljit Dosanjh, Banita Sandhu, Sumeet Vyas, and Chunky Pandey among others.

Every Sunday, a sea of fans gathers outside Amitabh Bachchan's Mumbai residence, Jalsa, hoping to catch a glimpse of the megastar. The actor also doesn't shy away from coming outside and greeting them warmly. Recently, Amitabh shared that several fans visited his house last Sunday, despite heavy rainfall in Mumbai. Taking to his blog, Big B wrote that he bowed down to thank those fans and prayed for them. The actor took to his blog and shared a series of photos of himself waving to fans, with many people standing in the rain outside his house. 'Musla dhar barish, lekin woh khade rahe, ade rahe. Iss sneh ka mere paas koi uttar nahi, na koi shabd (It was torrential rains but they stood there, didn't budge. I don't have any answer to this love, no words),' he wrote. Amitabh Bachchan also mentioned that he even requested fans to go back home as it was raining, but they stood there firmly. 'Bas Ishwar ki kripa bani rahe-mujh par nahi-unpar jinka sneh koi bhi barish rok nahi sakti. Bohut kaha ki ghar jao, paani baras raha hai, lekin nahi. Khade rahe, ade rahe. Veteran actor Amitabh Bachchan is known for being quite active and honest on social media. From witty tweets on X to his Tumblr blog, he also keeps sharing memories of his initial days in the film industry. In his latest blog, Amitabh shared that he completed shooting 'five ad films and two photoshoots' in just around two hours, with the director jokingly saying that he was setting a 'bad precedent' for other people. Taking to his blog, Amitabh wrote, 'Working away .. and the joy of it .. did 5 films and 2 photo shoots in about 2 hrs…of course they were for an Ad., for a client endorsement .. ! but still !!' The actor further added that he finished the work so fast that the crew and director were left shocked. 'The crew and friend director tells me – 'I am spoiling the work template of work' ….they told me …'if you are going to finish an entire days work in one 4rth of half a day then, your client shall give more films to be made in the one day designated, and that shall set a bad precedent .. for all ' !!Oh .. I just love this .. !!!!' he said.
