Announcement Mic Left Unmuted At Lucknow Railway Station: ‘Besharam, Aurat Ko...'

Last Updated: It started like any routine announcement: 'Yaatri kripya dhyan dein.' But what followed wasn't a travel update; it had passengers laughing out loud. Train announcements at railway stations usually signal commuters to stay alert and pay attention. But at Lucknow's Charbagh station, one recent announcement turned into an unexpected comedy show. As reported by Dainik Bhaskar, a female railway employee forgot to switch off her announcement microphone. What followed was not an update on train timings or platform changes but a candid rant that echoed across the station's loudspeakers. It all began like a standard announcement: 'Yaatri kripya dhyan dein (Passengers, please pay attention)." But instead of the usual travel advisory, what passengers heard next had them giggling on the spot. The woman's voice continued, 'Kitna besharam aadmi hai. Aurat ko dekh raha hai (Such a shameless man. He's staring at a woman)." While only a part of the audio was captured on video, reports say the woman continued with, 'Phir gharwale kehte hai ye kaam karlo (Then the family tells me to do this job)." The video captured two large loudspeakers on platform number 6 broadcasting the woman's remarks. The clip gained traction online with users sharing their mixed reactions. Take a look at the video here: लखनऊ के चारबाग रेलवे स्टेशन पर अनाउंसमेंट करने वाली महिला का माइक ऑन रह गया।वो अपनी सहकर्मी से कहती है– ''कितना बेशर्म आदमी है, औरतों को देख रहा है''"फिर घरवाले कहते हैं ये काम कर लो" @JBreakingBajpai — Sachin Gupta (@SachinGuptaUP) June 18, 2025 'Keeping the mic on felt proved costly, next time I will check the mic before speaking, otherwise I will go viral," another joked. Meanwhile, someone else said, 'After all, why is someone being trolled so much if he says something about himself? No one can express his/her views, it is just that it came out in front of the people, this is the mistake." Amid the laughter, one person shared a more serious reflection: 'The issue that's usually silenced on the streets was shouted over the mic today—this wasn't just one woman's frustration, but a cry against the entire system." The railway authorities have not yet issued a statement regarding the incident. This isn't the first time railway announcements have taken a quirky turn. Back in November last year, another viral video on Instagram had the internet nostalgic. It showed a cartoon woman mimicking a typical Indian railway announcement. It started off with the classic 'Yaatri kripya dhyan dein" to updates about delayed trains. Her animated expressions and over-the-top delivery gave the video a hilarious spin, which viewers loved. Shares to buy or sell: Sachin Gupta of 5paisa recommends CAMS, Oberoi Realty shares today

Stock market today: Indian stock markets began on a favourable note on Tuesday, maintaining the upward trend from the earlier session. Nevertheless, increasing geopolitical tensions in the Middle East are making investors globally anxious. The Nifty 50 index started at 24,977.85, rising by 31 points or 0.13%, while the BSE Sensex opened higher by 79 points at 81,869.47, reflecting a gain of 0.10% in initial trading. Analysts noted that while the market's momentum is positive, escalating tensions between the US and Iran could pose a significant concern. Sachin Gupta at 5paisa recommends two stocks on Tuesday — Computer Age Management Services Ltd (CAMS), and Oberoi Realty Ltd. The Nifty 50 index surged 227.9 points to close at 24,946.5, up 0.92%, as broad-based buying lifted the benchmark to a new high. The market sentiment remained overwhelmingly positive, with 44 of the 50 constituents ending in the green. The index has bounced back strongly on broad-based buying. All the sectoral indices were positive. It has breached both the near term and medium term trend lines. This suggests fresh support from the 20Days EMA. Nifty 50 has been in the 24,500 to 25,000 rectangle pattern for more than a month. Even after the recent breach of 25,000, it could not sustain the strength. As such, breaching these levels convincingly remains a key for near term outlook. Near term support and resistance are at 24,770/24,660 and 25,123/25,233. On shares to buy on Tuesday, Sachin Gupta recommends two stocks on Tuesday — Computer Age Management Services Ltd (CAMS), and Oberoi Realty Ltd. CAMS share price has recently rebounded from its 200-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA), a key long-term support level that often attracts fresh buying interest. This bounce also coincides with the 38.2% Fibonacci retracement level, suggesting that the recent pullback was a healthy correction within a broader uptrend. Furthermore, the price has moved above the middle Bollinger Band, indicating a shift in short-term momentum toward the upside. Based on these technical factors, CAMS appears well- positioned for further gains in the near term. Traders are advised to look for buying opportunities in CAMS around the ₹ 4,100–4,120 range, targeting 4,270 and 4,380 levels. A stop loss is recommended at ₹ 3,935 on a closing basis to manage risk effectively. On the weekly chart, Oberoi Realty share price has been hovering above the 50% retracement level, which continues to act as a strong immediate support area. On the daily chart, the price structure remains healthy, characterized by a series of higher tops and higher bottoms — a classic indication of an ongoing uptrend. Additionally, the stock recently took support at a rising trendline, further reinforcing the strength of its current bullish trajectory. This rebound is also backed by increasing volumes on the daily chart, highlighting renewed buying interest and accumulation at lower levels. Based on this technical structure, we anticipate continued bullish momentum in Oberoi Realty in the short term. On the downside, key support is seen around 1,830, while resistance is placed at 2,050 and 2,100 levels. Shares to buy or sell: Sachin Gupta of 5paisa recommends Kotak Bank, IndiGo shares today

Stock market today: The Indian stock markets maintained their upward momentum on Tuesday morning, with the benchmark indices starting off in the positive territory. Nevertheless, participants in the market seem to be adopting a "wait and see" approach ahead of the results of the US-China trade negotiations taking place in London. The Nifty 50 index commenced trading at 25,196.05, an increase of 92.85 points or 0.37%, while the Sensex began higher by 198.52 points or 0.24%, reaching 82,643.73. Analysts credited the rise to robust buying in sectors sensitive to interest rates, particularly in financial stocks, and noted that key indicators point towards potential further gains in the upcoming sessions. Sachin Gupta at 5paisa recommends two stocks on Tuesday — Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, and InterGlobe Aviation Ltd (IndiGo). The Nifty 50 index rally continued for the fourth consecutive session on Monday, reaching an eight-month high at the 25,160 level, supported by broad-based market momentum. Nifty 50 closed at 25,103.20, gaining 100 points. Technically, after a gap-up opening, the market remained range-bound throughout the day. On the daily charts, the index has broken out of its prolonged consolidation phase but formed a small candlestick, indicating indecision among traders. Currently, Nifty 50 is facing crucial resistance around 25,200. A breakout above this resistance could push the index toward the next resistance zone between 25,300 and 25,450. On the downside, 25,070 is acting as immediate support; any dip below this level could drag the index down to the next support around 24,900. On shares to buy on Tuesday, Sachin Gupta recommends two stocks on Tuesday — Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd, and InterGlobe Aviation Ltd (IndiGo). Kotak Bank share price is showing signs of a strong upward move after a period of correction. It has found support at the 100-day moving average and the 61.8% Fibonacci retracement level, both important support points. Rising volume on the daily chart indicates buying interest, while the RSI suggests improving momentum. Together, these factors indicate that the stock may begin to rise again, making Kotak Bank a good buy for the short to medium term. Traders are advised to look for buying opportunities in Kotak Bank shares around ₹ 2,120–2,140, with a target of ₹ 2,250/2,290 and a stop loss at ₹ 2,055 on a closing basis. IndiGo share price is displaying a strong bullish trend, characterized by a higher top–higher bottom formation, indicating an ongoing uptrend. The stock recently broke out of a consolidation phase with strong volumes, also crossing above the upper Bollinger Band—often a sign of bullish momentum. A positive crossover in the RSI further supports this bullish outlook. Based on the above technical structure, we expect the bullish trend to remain intact. Hence, traders are advised to buy IndiGo share price in the range of ₹ 5,670–5,690 for an upside target of ₹ 5,880/6,030, with a stop loss at ₹ 5,480 on a closing basis.
