Following the direction of District Collector Pavankumar G. Their responsibilities also included identifying those who had not enrolled in any course and providing them with necessary guidance and support. Among them 8,112 (78%) have already joined higher education institutions, while 1,908 students (18.5%) have submitted applications and are awaiting admission. A total of 281 students have not yet applied for any higher education programme. To ensure inclusive access, a district-level grievances redress camp was organised to support students who have not enrolled. A Higher Education Guidance Centre has also been established to assist students with counselling and application processes. A review meeting of all nodal officers was held on Friday, chaired by the District Collector. Officers presented field updates, and plans were discussed to ensure that all remaining students are guided into appropriate courses. 'Since various counselling processes have just now begun, the opportunities are still open. Officials have been instructed to ensure that every eligible student is enrolled,' said Chief Education Officer R. Balamurali.
