Kourtney Kardashian's daughter leaves her in tears: ‘She's taking pics of me'
Kourtney Kardashian is getting emotional, and it's all because of her 12-year-old daughter Penelope Disick. On Tuesday, June 3, Kardashian posted a photo on her Instagram story showing herself upset and in tears over Penelope. 'Me crying (because) my baby girl is done with 6th grade,' Kardashian captioned the image captured by Penelope, seemingly making light of her mom's tears. 'She's taking pics of me.' The photo comes after the 46-year-old mom of seven said she prefers to go 'against the grain' when it comes to raising her kids and her criticism of traditional education. When she was a guest on sister Khloe Kardashian's podcast, 'Khloé in Wonder Land,' on May 22, Kourtney Kardashian opened up 'living authentically' and her dislike of the traditional school system. 'I think living authentically is not conforming to whatever it is,' she explained. 'For me, there's ways we function as a family that it's like, if someone does the same thing every day, like, I do it with everything, it's not (just) about our family.' 'Let's say the school system. I'll think, 'Why do kids … go to school?' Truly, it's so dated,' Kourtney Kardashian used as an example of challenging the social norms. Despite not going into detail about why she feels getting a traditional education is 'dated,' she said she'll 'start thinking,' then 'my kids will send me videos about, like, 'Why do kids go to (school)?'' 'It'll be like, really successful people, and they'll be like, 'My kids never go to school and they're never going to' and whatever,' Kourtney Kardashian continued. 'And then I'm like, 'Okay, what's the goal here? You want to do homeschool? Let's do it.'' In addition to Penelope, she shares 15-year-old Mason and 10-year-old Reign with her ex-partner Scott Disick and 1-year-old Rocky with her husband Travis Barker. Kardashian is also a stepmom to Barker's children from his previous relationships, 21-year-old Landon and 19-year-old Alabama, in addition to his 26-year-old stepdaughter, Atiana De La Hoya.

Scott Disick Celebrates 42nd Birthday By Gushing Over His 'Unbelievable Children'
Reality star Scott Disick is ringing in his 42nd birthday by celebrating his three children, 15-year-old Mason, 12-year-old Penelope, and 10-year-old Reign. The sweet moment happened when he shared a photo of his youngest son as he sat near some birthday balloons meant to celebrate the reality star. The post also lead to an interesting conversation during a recent episode of Khloé Kardashian's podcast Khloé in Wonder Land, after Koko asked her sister Kourtney Kardashian's former boyfriend how he was handling his dating life now that his kids have gotten older. The mother of two dove right into the drama with Disick, asking him how he was juggling dating while raising his three kiddos. 'Like that's separate. Or is it? Do you discuss that with them? Do they ask? Because they're older, I imagine they're asking," Koko said. 'Yeah, they ask me… they'd like me to be with somebody, I think. And they do voice to me that they'd like me to be with someone," Disick explained. "And I kinda say until I find the right person, I don't really want to bring another person around unless it's like the end-all be-all person." "Just cause I don't want them to get attached to somebody else, but I have to do my thing too, or I'll never meet anyone," he continued, noting that they're all getting older, and it won't be too much longer until they're dating as well. "So for the next five, six, seven years, if my attention is on them, I have the rest of my life to be a single guy. Right now, I like that my focus is on them. And if I was with somebody else, yeah, I'd still be a good dad, but I would have somebody that I'd be putting on a pedestal near them.' Apparently that struck a cord with Koko, who is also a single parent. "But because I feel the same, I feel like my kids are… yes mine are younger than yours but they're just my top priority," she explained. "And I don't care about dating. I don't know what will happen in a couple years or next year, I don't know." While we have to imagine that both Disick and Koko will soon be on the hunt for love once more, it's nice to see them both so committed to ensuring that their kiddos remain their first priority. That's because her thoughts on the school system have a drawn a lot of ire from parents everywhere, which has cast a bit of an unflattering light on the mother of four. The 46-year-old explained a bit about what that could like like in her family, saying, "I think living authentically is not conforming to whatever it is," she said during the Khloé in Wonder Land recording. "There's ways we function as a family that… it's like if someone does the same thing every day. Like I do it with everything, it's not about our family." The controversial moment came in the next breath, when Kardashian gave an example of what she meant. "Like, let's say the school system. I'll think, 'Why do kids [expletive] go to school?' Truly. It's so dated." While her sister Koko immediately agreed, and even suggested that she planned to homeschool her two children True and Tatum, the internet was absolutely not on the same page as the famous sisters. Her critics took to X, according to Hello! magazine, calling her out over the idea that she would homeschool. "She needs to home school her kids," one person wrote. "The question is will she do it or go hire a teacher." Others called the comments both out of touch and outrageous.
