Bajaj has now presented a 10-year warranty for the Triumph 400s and the KTM 390 Duke in India. Looking at the market trends, most sub-500cc Bajaj models come with a 2-year or 3-year warranty. However, Bajaj has announced a new 10-year warranty, keeping in mind a seamless driving and service experience for its customers. Though there are selected models that get the decade-long warranty, they include the Triumph Speed 400, Scrambler 400 X, Speed T4, the recently launched Scrambler 400 XC, and the KTM 390 Duke. KTM 390 Duke It must be noted that Bajaj manufactures the entry-level Triumph and KTM bikes in the country. Also, the Indian two-wheeler brand looks after the sales and after-sales responsibility for Triumph and KTM in India. Earlier, the Triumph 400 series and the KTM 390 Duke used to get a 5-year standard warranty. However, with the new policy, prospective customers can avail an extended 5-year warranty without extra costs. But here's a catch- the extended warranty is only valid till 30th June 2025. The Triumph 400 series gets a 398cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine. It gives out 31 hp and 36 Nm of peak torque for the Speed T4. However, the same engine churns out a peak power and torque output of 40 hp and 37.5 Nm, respectively, for the Speed 400, Scrambler 400X, and Scrambler 400XC. Triumph 400s get a 10-year warranty The KTM 390 Duke has a 399cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine that works in conjunction with a six-speed gearbox and propels a peak power and torque output of 46 hp and 39 Nm, respectively. The prices of the KTM 390 Duke start from Rs 2.97 lakh (ex-showroom). Whereas, the price of the most affordable motorcycle in Triumph's 400cc lineup- the Speed T4 starts from Rs 1.99 lakh (ex-showroom).

Bajaj Auto , which manufactures and retails these models in India, has announced a limited-period 10-year warranty offer at no additional cost. This extended warranty is available for purchases made on or before June 30, 2025. 10-year extended warranty: Which models are covered The limited-period offer covers the KTM 390 Duke and the entire Triumph 400 series, which includes the Speed 400, Speed T4, Scrambler 400X, and Scrambler 400XC. Customers buying any of these models within the promotional window will receive a standard five-year warranty along with an additional five years of extended warranty - free of charge. The KTM 390 Duke, currently priced between Rs 2.95 lakh and Rs 2.97 lakh, ex-showroom, is powered by a 399cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that delivers 45.3 bhp and 39 Nm of peak torque. It comes mated to a six-speed gearbox with a slip and assist clutch. The Speed 400, Scrambler 400X, and Scrambler 400XC make 39.5 bhp and 37.5 Nm, while the Speed T4 offers a more relaxed 30.6 bhp and 36 Nm. All get a six-speed gearbox, though only the higher-tuned variants come with a slip and assist clutch. This offer is applicable only till June 30th. An authorised KTM dealership would be able to provide a few terms and conditions. Till now, the brand offered a 2-year warranty + a 3-year extended warranty. And before this, the brand offered a warranty of two years only. What are the recent updates to the KTM 390 Duke? KTM India recently launched the 390 Duke in the Indian market. It comes in a new colour scheme called Ebony Black. Up to this point, KTM has offered the 390 Duke in two colour options - Electronic Orange and Atlantic Blue. Previously, the engine had a displacement of 373 cc, which was increased to 399 cc with the introduction of the new-generation Duke. Alongside the cruise control feature, the 2025 model will unveil a revamped switchgear that includes dedicated buttons for cruise control. Additionally, the motorcycle will feature launch control, multiple riding modes, a new Track Mode, SuperMoto ABS, a Quickshifter, self-cancelling indicators, cruise control, and a speed limiter function. 2025 KTM RC 200 recently got a new colour scheme. Check Offers KTM India has silently launched the 2025 RC 200 in the Indian market. It is priced at ₹ 2,54,028, so the prices have been hiked by around ₹ 12,000. For the extra money, the motorcycle now comes with a TFT instrument cluster that is borrowed from the KTM 390 Duke and 250 Duke. This also means that the brand also updated the switchgear of the new RC 200 to support the instrument cluster. However, KTM has not added the cruise control functionality. Recently, the brand also added a new colour scheme to the RC 200. What are the engine specifications of the KTM RC 200? KTM is using a 199.5 cc, single-cylinder engine that gets liquid cooling. It puts out 24.65 bhp of max power at 10,000 rpm and a peak torque output of 19.2 Nm at 8,000 rpm. The gearbox on duty is a 6-speed unit.
