On Monday night, user 'lotank' had their 50-game streak come to an end in a gut-punching way, ending their shot at reaching 57 games straight and winning $5.6 million. lotank picked A's rookie shortstop Jacob Wilson to get a hit as they looked to extend their streak to 51, which would have brought them to just six games from the prize money. On a 1-2 pitch with a runner on first and one out, Wilson blooped a ball into no-man's land in right-field and appeared to get his first knock of the night — and extending lotank's streak to 51. Advertisement Instead, the play turned into a fielder's choice after Max Schuemann, who was on first base and wasn't sure if any of the Astros fielders would get to the ball, was forced out at second.
