It seems Swift lovingly praised the athlete's outfit, telling him he would look like a 'movie star' in a jacket. A video showed Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce taking their romance to the Stanley Cup finals while rumors of a secret wedding made the rounds. In the clip from Thursday night's game at the Amerant Bank Arena in Florida, the two appeared engaged in a stimulating exchange. A lip reader told MailOnline that their discussion was all things fashion and that Swift gushed over her man's choice of jacket. NJ Hickling dissected their conversation and disclosed the singer's sweet praise to Kelce. The Daily Mail shared that Hickling claimed the clip first showed the Kansas City Chiefs star initiating the talk. 'Yeah 'cos I'm big, they're quite good jackets,' he told his girlfriend, who seemed quite intrigued by his observation. Kelce then described the jacket and how 'it'll be tailored, has a hat and everything.' Swift replied, 'That's crazy,' and continued sipping her canned drink. He showed her something on his phone, and after watching closely, she said, 'Oh wow.' Following this, Travis Kelce asked Taylor Swift if she wanted that in the video, and she responded, 'You'd look like a movie star.' The footage finally concluded with the NFL star deciding, 'That looks like the perfect one.' It didn't come as a surprise that the Grammy winner sees Kelce as a 'movie star,' given his recent string of acting gigs. He made his acting debut on Ryan Murphy's 'Grotesquerie' last year and is taking on Hollywood brick by brick. Travis Kelce is interested in joining the DJ scene — and he knows exactly who he'd open for if he does. On the latest episode of New Heights posted Wednesday (June 4), he conversed with this week's guest, Shaquille O'Neal, about wanting to get behind the turntables, with both athletes agreeing that the tight end would be the perfect 'hype man' at Taylor Swift's concerts. The topic first came up shortly after Travis and his brother/cohost, retired Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, introduced the basketball icon. It appears that just might be the case judging by recent comments made by Kelce on the May 14 episode of his New Heights podcast, which he hosts alongside brother Jason. During the episode, the brothers welcomed former NFL stars Andrew Whitworth and Ryan Fitzpatrick for an exclusive interview, and while interviewing the two, Kelce spoke a bit about the $20 million Boca Raton property he's renting for the off-season. "We've got chimneys and we've got furniture," Kelce explained, and it appears from the use of the word "we," that he and Swift could be living together. Fitzpatrick followed up Kelce's comments by asking if he (Kelce) is the one that gets to make the decorative decisions in the house, to which Kelce coyly replied, "It was an executive decision by myself for the betterment of everyone, yes." While Kelce didn't give an official confirmation, it definitely seems like the lovebirds have taken the next step in their relationship. The couple, who have been dating since the end of 2023, are "absolutely happy" together according to an October 2024 episode of the show, where he was joined by Grotesquerie co-star Niecy Nash-Betts. During the convo, Kelce thanked Nash for always having his back when it comes to the questions she's bombarded with about his relationship with Swift. "Every time someone has a mic in front of you and asks you something like that, thank you for always showing love," he said. "You know it's real. And you know that me and Tay are absolutely happy." According to recent reports, Kelce hunkered down in Boca Raton, Florida, for several weeks to get his body in shape for the upcoming season. On Tuesday, Kelce was spotted checking into the Chiefs' training facility for the first day of their voluntary organized team activities. Apart from his commitments with the Chiefs, however, Kelce has also had a fair amount of extracurricular activities of late. This includes kicking off his acting career with a significant role in FX's 2024 horror series "Grotesquerie." Kelce's big career move into the world of acting also involves an appearance in the highly anticipated Adam Sandler film "Happy Gilmore 2." On Saturday, Netflix dropped the first full trailer of the movie, while also confirming the July 25 release date. In case you missed it, Kelce made a very brief cameo in the trailer at the 1:46 mark. The three-time Super Bowl champion had nothing more than a second of screen time in the trailer, which could be an indication of the minor role he will be playing in the film.
