Jun 16, 2025 Egypt's electronic scene welcomes a standout collaboration as Gawdat, Delrady, and Lily Farid come together for 'Love Machine', a tech house track with groove, soul, and global flair. Out now via DancIN' Music Records, the release fuses nostalgia with future-forward energy, and is already making waves after debuting at Paris Fashion Week 2025. Known for their 90s-infused live sets, Gawdat brings bounce and bassline swagger, while Delrady injects a cutting edge drawn from over a decade of production experience. At the centre of it all is Lily Farid, a mezzo-soprano with operatic range, lending a bold, emotive layer that transcends the usual club formula. ''Love Machine' sets a unique vibe every time, it's one of our favorite releases this year,' Gawdat tells SceneNoise. 'It just hits different.' The track is as much a collab as it is a convergence of Cairo's rising and diverse electronic scene - a cross-genre blend of house music, vocal elegance, and live show spirit.

Select 329: Mixed Delrady
Cairo-born selector and producer Delrady takes over our Select this week with a heart-bumping tech-house mix, featuring tunes from the likes of Central Cee and Drake. May 08, 2025 This week on Select, we have one of Cairo's freshest young producers and selectors, Delrady, known for his innovative approach to tech-house, blending groovy house with classic funk, disco and blues, as well as hip-hop and rap. Since his emergence in the region's electronic scene, Delrady has already released five EPs, such as 'Big Big Dreams' EP on Gawdat's DancIN' label, along with numerous singles and remixes, which have gained widespread recognition from leading DJs and producers across the globe. One of his tracks, 'Keeping Working', was played at Burning Man earlier last year. For his select set, he treats us to a taste of his infectious tech-house mixes, spinning in iconic rap tunes such as Central Cee's 'Doja', and Drake & Lil Baby's 'Yes Indeed', along with some of his original productions such as 'Big Big Dreams'. May 04, 2025 Egyptian DJ, producer and sound engineer Banna has recently joined Gawdat's DancIN' ranks with a debut EP, titled 'Daddy'. Formerly one part of the A-Squared duo, Banna has become a trailblazing force in the region's electronic scene, sharing the stage with some of the world's biggest artists including Marco Carola, Marc Maya, Luciano, Max Chapman, Oscar De Rivera, and Frederick Stone. His debut solo record on DancIN', 'Daddy', is a two-track batchwork of cheerful energy, lush grooves, and a whole lot of bounce. The titular, a tiny glimpse of the feel-good vibes Banna promises to bring with his solo career, blends warm organic instruments like guitar riffs and organs with raw energetic synths and restless drum lines in a dynamic tech-house tune that feels both nostalgic yet forward-thinking. Meanwhile, 'It Goes Like This' is a pure dancefloor-killer, driven by groovy, funky basslines and infectious vocal melodies, reminiscent of disco balls.

Known for his infectious blend of colourful house and minimal sounds, Mike has been keeping Cairo's top dancefloors on its toes over the past six years, sharing decks with prominent international artists like Marco Carola, Alex Wann, Stephan Bodzin and Sama' Abdulhadi. The two-track record marks a new chapter in Mike's musical journey, where he dabbles into the vibrant spectrum of tech-house sounds. The titular track is a refreshing dancefloor-ready mix of jazz and funk elements, energetic tech-house basslines and uplifting melodies. Meanwhile, on 'Kick It', Mike explores a quirky side of his music, diverging from the more minimal and mellow sound he previously embraced.
