Snooker star Ronnie O'Sullivan 'BACK with Laila Rouass' after nine month split as couple make decision on leaving the UK
Snooker star Ronnie O'Sullivan and Laila Rouass have reportedly rekindled their relationship a mere nine months after they broke up. The couple had a tumultuous on-off 13-year relationship and were engaged before they separated last year. Their split coincided with a poor run of form for the seven-time world champion, who last month admitted he needed to 'figure out' what his 'future holds.' O'Sullivan is now back with actress and Strictly Come Dancing star Rouass and they look set to move to Dubai. Last month, the 49-year-old revealed he was leaving the UK to relocate to the Middle East, while also casting doubt on his snooker future. His plans appear to be edging closer, with the eight-time Masters champion's £2million Epping Forest house up for sale and Rouass joining him in the move. 'The time apart gave them time to think about what they want and what is important to them — and that is being together,' a source told The Sun. 'Ronnie is moving to the Middle East and Laila is going with him. They've talked about living in Dubai, which is just a two-hour flight from where Ronnie has his snooker academy in Saudi Arabia. Last year, O'Sullivan signed a three-year ambassadorial deal with Riyadh Season before unveiling his own snooker academy in October. While the pair have revived their relationship, last year Rouass admitted that 'break ups can strip you down to your essence. 'I got through mine by using pain as fuel to take control because no matter what, we will lose parts of ourselves in relationships. It's normal, don't beat yourself up. 'One thing I'm conscious of not doing is trying to get back where I was. No, I'm discovering who I've become. I've gone through various emotions... hurt, pain, anger but what I've realised about anger is that it's bottomless.' MailOnline previously revealed that the couple put their £2 million Epping Forest home up for sale earlier this year. Images of the house showed a luxury interior including Ronnie's favourite portrait of Raquel Welch on a crucifix which adorned the wall of a staircase. But despite the smart white carpeting and plush decor, O'Sullivan could never persuade his ex-love to agree to install a snooker table, friends revealed to Mail Online. The couple's relationship first blossomed in 2011 after the snooker star called her up to view his house that was put on the market and was given a tour by his father Ronnie O'Sullivan Sr.

West Ham's Michail Antonio makes first appearance in six months following car crash
West Ham forward Michail Antonio has made his first appearance since being involved in a car crash, coming on as a late substitute for Jamaica on Monday. The 35-year-old came off the bench in the 85th minute but could not help his country rescue a 1-0 defeat to Guatemala in their opening game of the Gold Cup group stage in California. Advertisement Antonio's last competitive appearance was more than six months ago in West Ham's defeat to Leicester City on December 3. Four days later, he was involved in a single-vehicle collision, when the car he was driving struck a tree in Epping Forest. He underwent surgery on a lower limb injury and spent four and a half weeks recovering at a central London hospital, returning to fitness ahead of schedule having initially been told his rehabilitation would take 12 months. Antonio's future at the London Stadium remains uncertain, with his contract set to expire on June 30. The player's camp have held talks with the club's majority shareholder David Sullivan and head of recruitment Kyle Macaulay, but no agreement over a new contract has been reached. The club say his 'unique situation' means no formal decision will be made until the time is 'right and appropriate'. Antonio joined from Nottingham Forest in 2015 and is their all-time leading Premier League scorer with 68 goals in 268 games. Jamaica face Guadeloupe on Friday and Panama next week as they bid to make it out of Group C in the Gold Cup.

Call to waive Essex & Herts air ambulance £95k rent and landing fee
Charging an air ambulance £95,500 a year to use an airfield was "utterly crazy", a resident who exposed the cost and Herts Air Ambulance paid the fee - which included £91,500 rent and £4,000 in landing fees - to North Weald Airfield, run by Epping Forest District Born called for the authority to follow airports in Luton and Norwich and waive the charity's Conservative councillor Tim Matthews said it was a "fair charge" for an "excellent service". The fees were first reported by Everything Epping Forest, which cited a Freedom of Information request by Mr data also revealed the National Police Air Service (NPAS) was being charged annual rent of £108,000 to use the airfield, with landing fees of £40,000. "They're essential services, things we need," Mr Born told BBC Essex."To charge them and take away money from their ability to operate is utterly crazy."The air ambulance attended incidents involving critically ill patients and brought staff with advanced medical skills to the Bromwich, an independent councillor for North Weald Bassett, said: "Charging a charity to save lives is wrong."These aren't luxuries, they're lifelines for our community. We need to be behind them and urging the council to reconsider." The council received a £88.2m windfall for selling 52 acres (21ha) of airfield land to Google in said "it would be great" in theory to make its facilities free for both the air ambulance and police he added: "But, in practice, that would mean the council tax payers and residents of Epping Forest district subsidising the service for several million people across London and the south-east. "That is obviously unfair to our residents."Asked about the figures, an air ambulance spokeswoman said the charity was "extremely grateful" to everyone who supported its White, chief operating officer at NPAS, added: "We continually review our operational costs to ensure value for money for the public." West Ham have delayed a decision on Michail Antonio's future as the forward continues his recovery from a serious car accident in December. The 35-year-old's contract expires on 30 June but the club say his "unique situation" means no formal decision will be made until the time is "right and appropriate". In a statement,, external West Ham said the Jamaica international will be listed as a free transfer for the purposes of Premier League procedure. The club added supporting Antonio through his recovery period was their "absolute priority". Antonio joined West Ham from Nottingham Forest for an undisclosed fee, reported to be £7m, in 2015. He is the club's record Premier League goalscorer, scoring 68 goals in 268 top-flight appearances. Meanwhile, France international Kurt Zouma, 30, who joined the the club four years ago and is on loan at Al-Orobah FC in the Saudi Pro League, will leave West Ham at the end of the month.
