Right now there is only one thing taking over our TikTok FYP's and that is Rachel Zegler's truly breathtaking performance in Evita on the balcony of the London Palladium. But what time does she appear on the balcony? We've got all the details you need to know. ICYMI, Rachel Zegler is currently appearing in Jamie Lloyd's West End performance of Evita, the musical about Eva Perón, the second wife of Argentine president Juan Perón. The musical, which features original music by Andrew Lloyd Weber, is known for its legendary song 'Don't Cry for Me Argentina' which is traditionally performed on a balcony on stage. But unlike other versions of the stage show, this time around Zegler, who plays Evita, takes to the balcony of the actual theatre and sings the iconic song aloud to the public on the street below, while the paying audience inside watch the performance on a screen. The artistic direction has divided many fans, with some praising the decision to showcase Zegler's talent with the world and providing a free moment to Londoners, while others are criticising the moment as theatre goers who have paid up to £250 to see the performance have to watch the biggest moment of the show from a live stream. But if you haven't paid to watch the show and fancy going to see Rachel's amazing performance up close then these are all the details you need to know. The Evita revival is taking place at the London Palladium. The full address for the theatre is 8 Argyll St, London W1F 7TF and the closest tube station is Oxford Circus. The show starts at 7:30pm in the evenings and matinee performances at 2:30pm on Thursday and Saturdays. The show runs for around 2 hours and 10 minutes. 'Don't Cry for Me Argentina' is the opening song of the second act and Rachel usually appears on the balcony at around 9pm on the evening performances. However, given how many people turn up to hear her sing (around 600 on some nights) we'd recommend getting down there a bit earlier in order to nab a prime position. Rachel will be doing the full 12 week run of the show, but will not be performing on these four Mondays: Instead Bella Brown will be performing the role of Eva Perón on those dates.

Well, it's the right weather for it. The West End's annual free outdoor musical theatre festival West End Live returns right on time for the sunniest weekend of the year. Whether you've been planning your whole weekend around it for months now or you've only just heard of it and think it sounds like a fun idea, here we've everything you need to know. What happens at West End Live? It's basically an outdoor musical theatre concert. Performers from most musicals currently running in the West End – and a few coming to town soon – perform a song or two live, generally in costume, sometimes with full choreography bells and whistles. Where is West End Live? It's in good old Trafalgar Square, in its usual events area. When is West End Live 2025? This weekend: it runs Saturday June 21 11am to 5pm and Sunday June 22 noon to 5pm. Do I need a ticket? Nope, West End Live is free. HOWEVER it is enormously popular, particularly the first couple of hours on the Saturday when most of the really big hitters squeeze in their performance before their 2.30pm matinee. There is no truly great way of guaranteeing a slot here other than getting in early, though obviously Trafalgar Square is an open space and you should be able to hear the songs if you're in the general vicinity. If you want a more chilled out experience come down Sunday or later Saturday afternoon. Will anyone famous be performing? We tend not to know as the shows don't say in advance what songs they'll be doing and therefore who will be performing. However, it has been confirmed that Rachel Zegler will be representing Evita, though we don't know what song(s) she'll be doing (if it's too busy to get in then remember you can see her do 'Don't Cry for Me Argentina' live on Argyll Street just a few hours later). Those who have paid up to £245 for tickets watch it on a screen inside the London Palladium. Crowds are gathering in the street every night to watch Zegler, 24, perform. Fans have been recording clips of her and posting them on social media, where they have amassed millions of views. Trigger warnings for shows have been criticised by acting great Sir Ian McKellen, 86. He said previously: 'I think it's ludicrous. I quite like to be surprised by loud noises and outrageous behaviour on stage.' Despite the warning and Zegler's free performance, the 130-minute show has been praised by paying punters. Evita began a 12-week run on Saturday and tells how Peron rose from poverty to become one of the most powerful women in Latin America as First Lady of Argentina from 1946 until her death at 33 in 1952. Andrew Lloyd Webber and Tim Rice wrote the musical and chart-topper Don't Cry for Me Argentina in 1978, with Madonna playing Peron in a film version 29 years ago. The decision to have Zegler sing outside came from director Jamie Lloyd. A warning about nudity was put on a production of The Full Monty — a show about male strippers — while Matilda the Musical alerts the audience about the inclusion of a 'loud burp'. Zegler's stage role comes three months after her live-action remake of Snow White hit cinemas. The film had a £200million budget and made £148million at the box office as it was criticised for 'going woke.' Actors were replaced with CGI dwarves. And the plot was changed to be about the princess becoming a fearless leader, rather than ultimately finding love. Zegler said the Disney original was 'extremely dated when it comes to the ideas of women being in roles of power'.
