THERE'S a place in London where you can catch a performance of a Hollywood A-Lister belting out one of the most well-known songs in musical theatre.
Every night during Evita, leading actress Rachel Zegler heads out onto the London Palladium balcony and you don't have to pay a penny to watch her sing.

The West End performance of Evita is in the London Palladium Theatre from now until September 6, 2025.
Rachel Zegler, the Hollywood actress who recently starred in the live action Snow White, plays protagonist Eva Perón.
Every evening, Rachel will go out onto the London Palladium balcony to perform Don't Cry for Me Argentina on a balcony outside on Argyll Street.
And passersby can enjoy the performance for free as she emerges from the theatre at around 9.05PM.
Rachel made her Evita debut on Saturday, June 14 and has pulled in huge crowds so far.
With word continuing to spread about the event, it'll surely become more and more packed.
There are barriers to stop people getting too close to the front of the theatre.
And Argyll Street is also fairly narrow, so if you want to secure a good view, we'd advise to get there early.
She is playing former First Lady of Argentina Eva Peron in the show, which debuted in 1978 and was written by Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber.
Following the announcement earlier this year, Rachel said: "Evita has been such an important musical to me since I was a little girl, when my dad and I would sing Don't Cry for Me Argentina together on my back patio."

With Rachel going outside for the hit number, those who have paid for tickets inside the London Palladium watch through live video link projected onto a massive screen.
As for getting tickets inside, these are from as little as £20.
But looking at the seating plan, these are standing spots behind the stalls.
Affordable seated tickets start at £29.50 for views from the Grand Circle.
The most expensive tickets are as much as £245 for seats central to the stage.
Rachel is no stranger to musical theatre and starred in Stephen Spielberg's Oscar-winning adaptation of West Side Story in 2021.
Here are more of Sun Travel's favourite London attractions - including musical performances.
And Sun Travel's thoughts on the new UK theatre show 'Sabrage' that received an ovation from the A-List crowd.

Everything you need to know about West End Live 2025 in Trafalgar Square this weekend: dates, timings and full lineup

Well, it's the right weather for it. The West End's annual free outdoor musical theatre festival West End Live returns right on time for the sunniest weekend of the year. Whether you've been planning your whole weekend around it for months now or you've only just heard of it and think it sounds like a fun idea, here we've everything you need to know. What happens at West End Live? It's basically an outdoor musical theatre concert. Performers from most musicals currently running in the West End – and a few coming to town soon – perform a song or two live, generally in costume, sometimes with full choreography bells and whistles. Where is West End Live? It's in good old Trafalgar Square, in its usual events area. When is West End Live 2025? This weekend: it runs Saturday June 21 11am to 5pm and Sunday June 22 noon to 5pm. Do I need a ticket? Nope, West End Live is free. HOWEVER it is enormously popular, particularly the first couple of hours on the Saturday when most of the really big hitters squeeze in their performance before their 2.30pm matinee. There is no truly great way of guaranteeing a slot here other than getting in early, though obviously Trafalgar Square is an open space and you should be able to hear the songs if you're in the general vicinity. If you want a more chilled out experience come down Sunday or later Saturday afternoon. Will anyone famous be performing? We tend not to know as the shows don't say in advance what songs they'll be doing and therefore who will be performing. However, it has been confirmed that Rachel Zegler will be representing Evita, though we don't know what song(s) she'll be doing (if it's too busy to get in then remember you can see her do 'Don't Cry for Me Argentina' live on Argyll Street just a few hours later). Is there any shade? No! And on Saturday the temperatures are due to go as high as 32 degrees (Sunday should be a comparatively mild 26 degrees). Wear sun cream. Hydrate. Don't be a hero. Musical theatre needs you healthy. Complete West End Live 2025 lineup and set times Saturday June 21 11am – Disney's Hercules 11.05am – Moulin Rouge! Quaint UK town hiding ‘Disney for history buffs' attraction that's loved by Countryfile star

Plus, the retro tourist town in the UK where you can 'live' in the 1920s BACK IN TIME Quaint UK town hiding 'Disney for history buffs' attraction that's loved by Countryfile star AN unusual attraction that is a "Disney for history lovers" has been raved about by a Countryfile star. Matt Baker, currently appearing in Matt Baker's British Isles, has confessed that he's a huge fan of the 'living museum of the North'. 5 Beamish is a living museum in the North of England Credit: Alamy 5 There are old-fashioned shops in the recreated town Credit: Alamy When Sun Travel asked Matt Baker where he'd recommend anyone to visit on a trip to Durham, he simply answered "Beamish". He continued: "It's the best open air museum in the world, without question. "Basically what they do is take down buildings in the North East and put them back up at Beamish, and go around on all old trams, there's old villages, farms - you can even stay there now and have a historic stay over at Beamish. "It's amazing, it's basically the North East through the ages and you can spend days there." Beamish is a world famous open air museum in the town of Stanely and the first of its kind to open in the region. It brings the history of North East England to life. You can have a Georgian experience at Pockerly Old Hall or see how families lived and worked in the years leading up to the First World War in the 1900s. One of the recent installations was Spain's Field Farm which stood for centuries in Eastgate near Weardale in Durham. It was then dismantled and transported to the museum, where it was been carefully rebuilt to show 1950s life on the region's upland farms. In 2024 Beamish opened a new 1950s town, which includes a toy shop, welfare hall and a cinema that had been taken from Ryhope in Sunderland and rebuilt. There's also a pub, a school, a dentist among its businesses and you can ride on the trams and buses, and explore the railway station too. Matt Baker Explores the British Isles 5 And there are old-school buses too Credit: Alamy Matt added: "There's loads of exhibitions and shops, you can have coal-fired fish and chips, it's the most brilliant day out." "It's like Disney World for history buffs - that's the only way I can describe it. You get transported back in time, it's a proper immersive experience." You can even see Matt on a trip to the living museum if you catch up on one of his previous shows. He told us: "I did a series called 'Travels with Mum & Dad' and we went all over the North East, so if you are fascinated and want to find out more watch that because we went to Beamish." 5 Matt Baker reveals the place in Durham everyone should visit Credit: Channel 4 Tickets to the open air museum are unlimited passes so once you've been once, you can visit for the whole year including daytime events. Adult tickets cost £33, senior and student tickets cost £25, children between 5-16 are £20. As for other places to explore around his stomping ground, Matt recommended Durham Cathedral and the High Force waterfall in Teesdale. He also suggested taking a walk in the Durham Dales and strolling along the coastline. Currently the Countryfile star is on an adventure through the British Isles showing off what the UK has to offer. He's found beautiful beaches on the Northern Irish coastline and discovered tasty sparkling wine at a Champagne-worthy vineyard in Kent. Watch the final episode Matt Baker's British Isles on Tuesday 24, at 9pm on More4. Catch up on all previous episodes on This European city has the world's oldest living museum and £2 local beers. And this retro UK tourist 'town' is where Peaky Blinders was filmed and you can live a 1920s life.

The artistic choice has meant that ticketed audience members are unable to witness the live rendition themselves, but rather, watch it on a screen from inside the theatre. Zegler rose to fame after staring as Maria in Steven Spielberg's West Side Story which saw her win the Golden Globe Award for best actress.
