That's brave! Inside Channel Nine reporter's star-studded wild hens party in Bali - the night before her wedding
Channel Nine reporter Hannah Sinclair has gone out with a bang before saying 'I do' – celebrating her hen's night in true party-girl style in Bali. The 33-year-old, who serves as the network's European Correspondent, shared a glimpse into the celebrations on Thursday, posting several photos and videos from her big night out in the trendy resort town of Canggu. In one wild clip, the bride-to-be was seen tearing up the dance floor in a revealing white dress, letting her hair down at a local nightclub as she belted out DJ Ötzi's iconic hit, Hey Baby. Hannah looked to be living her best life as she jumped on stage, threw her hands in the air and dished out high fives to her fellow partygoers. The glamorous journalist also treated fans to a sneak peek of her pink-themed poolside bash at a luxury Bali resort, where she partied with several of her Channel Nine colleagues and close friends. Hannah posed for photos with the likes of Today weather presenter Tim Davies and reporters Ashley Carter, Pippa Bradshaw and Tiffiny Genders – all of whom have jetted in for the occasion. whom have She captioned the post cheekily: 'What did you do for your hens party? Oh you know... this and that.' Many of Hannah's celebrity friends took to the comment section to offer their well wishes. Veteran Today star Airlie Walsh, who was unable to attend the bash because she was at Delta Goodrem's destination wedding in Malta, shared a love heart emoji. Nine News Perth presenter Tracy Vo chipped in with 'stunner'. 'You look gorge! Hope you had fun!' 9News star Natalia Cooper added. Hannah has worked with the Nine Network since May 2016 as a reporter. She relocated to London last year to accept a position as their Europe Correspondent. Hannah is set to marry her long-time partner Mitch Burke on Friday. The presenter made headlines earlier this month when she was aboard a challenging Qantas flight. Passengers were stunned when told they had to pay in cryptocurrency or cash to book new flights after their plane was forced to divert to Azerbaijan. The QF2 plane flying from London to Singapore was forced to reverse course and make the sudden landing after a passenger went into cardiac arrest. Hundreds of passengers then found themselves in an uncertain situation at Heydar Aliyev International Airport in the country's capital Baku. The passengers were told the flight to Singapore could not continue as the crew had already reached their maximum legal working hours, and the plane had to undergo maintenance. They were offered overnight accommodation and told they could use their existing tickets on another flight, but anyone who could not wait that long could pay for alternative flights if they had cash or crypto. Hannah, who was on board the plane, took to social media to slam the situation. 'Hey Qantas currently stranded in Azerbaijan with almost 500 other passengers after a medical emergency. There's been no help getting a different flight and airport staff are asking for us to pay for new flights in crypto or cash only? Not okay, she said.

Richard Wilkins celebrates 71st birthday in style with towering $150 chocolate cake adorned with strawberries
Channel Nine star Richard Wilkins celebrated his 71st birthday on Thursday. And his devoted colleagues at Today took to Instagram to share a touching tribute to the media veteran, who has been with a brekkie show for over three decades. Today posted a photo of Richard in a smart black suit posing alongside a lavish cake topped with strawberries, which included a message in chocolate icing, 'Happy Birthday Legend'. The delicious looking dessert priced at $150 also included a decoration styled as an '80s TV set complete with V-shaped antennae. And inserted into the television 'screen' was a throwback image of Richard sporting his trademark 'wave' haircut. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. The breakfast team from Nine also included a caption in the post, 'Happy birthday to the heart and soul of TODAY entertainment, our beloved Dickie! 'We hope your day is every bit as legendary as you are.' It comes after the TV stalwart opened up earlier this year about his 38 years working in television. And in a surprising twist the entertainment editor admitted he had a fair share of regrets. The Nine star, who began working for the network in 1987, revealed in January he wishes he tried harder to become a pop star. While he holds much pride in the TV work he has done over the years, the Weekend Today co-host told The Sunday Telegraph he regrets he stopped writing songs. 'I don't think I'd do too much differently, I was playing in bands and wanted to be an actor there for a while,' he said, when asked what he would change about his career. 'I wish I'd kept writing songs because I thought some of them were starting to get quite good and the comeback to that is, "Well it is never too late to stop."' 'But I had an opportunity that came along when television was in a great growth spurt and music television, MTV, came along and it was just a perfect combination of everything that I had done.' Richard went on to say his first gig on MTV when it launched on Nine in the late '80s came at the 'right time, right place', and he would never take it back. He said he 'worked really hard' and has 'enjoyed the majority' of his stint in television, even if it didn't shoot him to rock star status as he hoped it would. Despite being just a few years off his 40th anniversary with Nine, Richard doesn't appear to be slowing down any time soon. The TV presenter said he doesn't know what he would do with himself if he wasn't working. Richard has worked in breakfast television for many years and also hosts weekend radio on Smooth FM. On the side, the media personality is producing a movie and has plans to write a second book following his 2011 memoir Black Ties, Red Carpets, Green Rooms. He was an aspiring pop singer when he first started working in the entertainment industry while still living in New Zealand where he was born. But Richard said working for MTV was 'a perfect combination of everything I have done' previously in showbusiness. It seems the apple doesn't fall far from the tree as Richard's son Christian Wilkins landed the role of red carpet host for the prestigious ARIA Awards last November.

The Block 2025: Channel Nine under fire after fans notice 'irresponsible' Scott Cam detail in new trailer for hit renovation series
Channel Nine has come under fire after fans of The Block noticed an "irresponsible" detail in the trailer for the new 2025 hit renovation series. The Block is expected to return to screens in August, with a fresh round of Blockheads this year building homes from scratch in the Victoria town of Daylesford before each one goes under the hammer for a grand prize. In a fun-packed teaser shared on the renovation show's social media accounts on Wednesday, Scotty Cam and Shelley Craft are seen sounding the horns of two big red trucks en route to the new countryside location. The co-hosts are joined by The Block's famous troupe, including former contestant turned foreman Dan Reilly and real estate agent Marty Fox. Judge Darren Palmer also made a cameo appearance riding a horse shirtless and, in true county theme, declared, "Howdy man". However, fans were quick to notice that Scotty and Shelley were not wearing seatbelts while driving the trucks and lashed out at the detail. "Probably should have put ya seatbelts on," one viewer wrote. Another person questioned, "Where are your seatbelts?" while a third person asked, "Why aren't they wearing their seatbelts, Nine?" One more viewer said Channel Nine was "irresponsible" for showing the TV figures not wearing the crucial safety feature. "How irresponsible of Channel 9 to advertise in prime time, showing celebrities driving on country roads and not wearing seatbelts," they said. "Clearly not aware of the road toll related to driving on rural roads." It's unclear whether Scotty and Shelly were driving the trucks or the scene was created using CGI, with some fans convinced of the latter. "They're not actually driving... watch the windows on the driver's side same scenery," one fan wrote. "It's obviously CGI," another person added. Elsewhere in the trailer, the new 2025 Blockheads were introduced to fans awaiting the return of the top-rated series. Emma and Ben, Can and Han, Robby and Matt, Alicia and Sonny, Brit and Taz enthusiastically jumped out of the back of one of the trailers in pairs. Scotty said a "truckload of fun" awaited the contents, who will undergo the tough job of building homes from scratch in a dramatic series first. The move marks a pivotal step away from the previous series stars competing against each other to renovate a home and sell it at an auction. The premise remains that the couple who wins the highest price at auction receives a grand monetary prize to help set them up for life. The Block has continuously built a strong lead in the prime-time TV ratings, surging ahead of Seven's My Kitchen Rules and The Voice. has contacted Channel Nine for comment.

Alex Cullen confirms surprise new role after getting brutally fired from Today: 'This is an exciting next chapter for me'
Alex Cullen has confirmed his surprising new role, almost six months after he was fired from the Today show for accepting a $50,000 gift from controversial Block bidder Adrian Portelli. In January, the presenter, 44, was given the sizeable sum after he was the first media personality to use Portelli's self-proclaimed nickname 'McLaren Man' live on air - sparking a firestorm which resulted in him leaving Channel Nine. He has now secured a new role as a sports presenter on Melbourne 's Gold 1043.3's top-rating breakfast program The Christian O'Connell Show. Host Christian O'Connell confirmed the exciting news live on-air on Thursday. 'Alex Cullen is brilliant journalist who is looking for a job! You might recognise the name, he's the guy who took the $50,000... That's our guy!' Christian began. From A-list scandals and red carpet mishaps to exclusive pictures and viral moments, subscribe to the DailyMail's new showbiz newsletter to stay in the loop. Christian added the commercial radio sector had different rules than TV and so they were happy to welcome Alex to their team. 'Now Channel Nine might go, "Listen, we can't have that", but commercial breakfast radio... We are very much up for payola! Don't worry Alex, you have found a home here, my friend,' he said. Alex shared his excitement at joining the show in a statement. 'This is such an exciting next chapter for me,' he wrote. 'I actually started my career in radio, so to be coming back to it and joining a show that's so loved and so full of heart is a real thrill. 'I can't wait to be on air with Christian, Pats and Rio, and to get to know Melbourne – my family and I are thrilled to be making it our new home.' He will officially join the show next month, after Christian's co- star Jack Post announced his resignation last month. Earlier this year, Alex was axed from the Nine Network after he accepted $50,000 from The Block billionaire Adrian Portelli. Today host Karl Stefanovic made the announcement that Alex had left the network live on-air. 'As most of you are well aware, our colleague Alex Cullen has not been on air with us this past week,' a solemn Stefanovic told viewers. 'There has been widespread reporting on the circumstances surrounding this, what I can say is that last night, Alex and Nine agreed he would finish with the network. 'Alex has, of course, been part of the Today family for five years now, he's always ready with a smile and a laugh and without hesitation speaking for all of us here, we can say that we are going to miss him terribly. 'A terrific fella, what you see is what you get and he has been a great mate to all of us over these years and we wish Alex, his wife Bonnie and his beautiful kids all the very best for the future.' A Nine spokesperson told Daily Mail Australia: 'Nine has agreed with Today presenter and journalist Alex Cullen that he will finish with the network following a review into a recent incident.' The scandal kicked off when Portelli had grown tired of his long-used nickname 'Mr Lambo' and offered the cash reward to the first person to use his new moniker on air, with Alex obliging on the Today show. The Block entrepreneur then posted what appeared to be a bank transfer of $50,000 to the presenter on Instagram. Accepting cash, gifts or benefits to undermine journalistic independence, and improperly using a journalistic position for personal gain, are both breaches of the journalism code of ethics as defined by the Media Entertainment and Arts Alliance union. The ill-advised stunt led to Alex being suspended by Nine and he did not appear on the show while the network investigated the payment. Nine's parting of ways with Alex went ahead despite Portelli's claim that the journalist intended the money to be paid to charity all along. Network insiders also told Daily Mail Australia that the stunt could have been beneficial for the network and Portelli, if Alex had advised the promoter that, as a journalist, he was unable to accept any payment for making the comment on-air.

Shock as couple told two-hectare property 'unsellable' due to single design flaw in bathroom
A semi-retired couple's mammoth two-hectare property has been deemed unsellable due to carpet covering the entire bathroom. In a recent episode of Unsellable Houses on Channel Nine, Bob and Karolyn were preparing to sell their beloved home of more than 30 years. The couple's property in Snohomish County, Washington, appeared to be desirable enough, with its sweeping views and ample entertaining space. However, Bob and Karolyn encountered one problem when real estate experts Leslie Davis and Lyndsay Lamb came to the rescue. The twin ladies dashed the couple's dreams of an easy sale when they saw their green hallway carpet extended into the very dated bathroom. "And the green carpet is continuous," the experts said in unison. Lyndsay sarcastically quipped there would be no logic behind stopping the carpet before the bathroom door began. "I mean, why would you end it at the doorway? No logical reason," she said. And the problems didn't stop there. The experts pointed out a large step between the shower and bath, also the only tiled portion of the bathroom, served as a tripping hazard. Lyndsay said the bath itself, covered in large white titles, made the room feel cramped. "A lot of tiles around the bath, you're losing a lot of space. It makes it feel tighter than it really is," she said. Leslie proposed stripping the bathroom of all the large materials to make the sizable space usable as a matter of "first priority". With Bob and Karolyn's budget of $76,000, Leslie and Lyndsay got to work on a massive demolition of the room. The experts removed the dated glass-tiled shower and carpet and installed underfloor heating to curb Bob's fear of getting cold feet. The final result was a stunning modern bathroom fitted from floor to ceiling with beige tiles. A vast walk-in shower replaced the old, outdated one, and a large freestanding bath took the place of the previous white-tiled tub. The brand-new room was styled with a stylish bamboo ladder to hang towels from, as well as a stool, plants and bath caddy with candles. Karolyn and Bob were thrilled and could hardly believe the room was the same one. "This is so pretty!" Karolyn said. Leslie and Lyndsay estimated the renovation had paid off, increasing the value of the retiree's home from a tidy $3.06 million to $3.22 million.
