Robert Irwin wears a $23,750 Rolex as he makes a very stylish arrival in Sydney after very famous A-list star gifted one to his sister Bindi
Robert Irwin made a very stylish arrival at Sydney Airport on Tuesday. The celebrity conservationist, 21, looked chic in a cream sweater paired with black pants and bright white Nike sneakers. But it was the wildlife warrior's timepiece that really caught the eye, with Robert wearing $23,750 Rolex Deepsea watch on his wrist. The watch may well have been gifted to him by Russell Crowe, who gave a Rolex to his sister Bindi two years ago. Robert flashed a smile as he strolled through the terminal, talking on his smartphone and carrying a black shoulder bag. Robert Irwin made a very stylish arrival at Sydney Airport on Tuesday and wore a $23,750 Rolex Deepsea watch on his wrist He topped off the stylish look with a black baseball cap and classic aviator sunglasses. Gladiator star Russell, 61, famously gifted his sister Bindi at Rolex back in 2019. In June 2023, the actor played one-off gig with his band Indoor Garden Party at the Irwin family's Australia Zoo. Bindi shared a video of the performance to Instagram, thanking the actor for the concert at the Queensland sanctuary. 'Incredible day @australiazoo. Thank you @russellcrowe, Indoor Garden Party. Music that moves your heart and soul. We love you!' she wrote. In the accompanying video footage, the actor belted out some tunes before addressing the crowd. Russell said that Australia Zoo is 'one of the best places in the world' for punters to get up and close with wildlife. The Oscar-winner is a long-time supporter of Australia Zoo and friend of the Irwins, with his friendship to matriarch Terri sparking decades worth of romance rumours which she has ardently denied. In 2021, Terri thanked the Hollywood star for his donation to Australia Zoo, which resulted in the rescue of an ailing kookaburra called Archie. The year before, he gifted Bindi and her husband Chandler Powell a fig tree as a wedding present. To celebrate his 56th birthday from afar in April 2020, the newlyweds hugged the tree in a sweet Instagram picture, since they couldn't see him in person. In 2021, Terri denied she was dating Russell saying she was 'very very single'. She told Access Hollywood in 2017: 'In all honesty, he (Russell) and Steve became friends many years ago, and after Steve passed, you find out who your true friends are. And Russell has been very loyal as a great friend.' The mother-of-two hasn't dated anyone publicly since her late husband Steve tragically died aged 44 in a freak stingray accident in 2006.

Chandler, 28, carried little Grace, four, who was dressed for the occasion in a sparkling frock and a Mickey Mouse hat, as Bindi held her husband's hand and smiled. 'May was an incredible month,' Chandler captioned the family photo. The former wake-board champion then listed some moments the family shared, including Bindi's shock medical emergency which emerged as a blessing in disguise. 'Very grateful,' Chandler finished off the post, which has garnered over 33,000 likes. Last month, Bindi was rushed to hospital just hours after touching down in Las Vegas for a gala honouring her late father Steve Irwin. She suffered a ruptured appendix and was raced into surgery, missing the prestigious event she was due to attend alongside brother Robert Irwin and mother Terri Irwin. Robert told People magazine at the time Bindi was recovering and her mother was at her bedside. 'She's going to be okay, but surgery - out of all the things we were ready for, that was not one of them,' Robert explained. Terri also missed the event while accompanying her daughter to hospital and staying by her side through surgery. Robert explained Bindi had been suffering some pain in the lead-up to the gala but had tried to soldier on. She suffered a ruptured appendix and was raced into surgery, missing the prestigious event she was due to attend alongside brother Robert Irwin and mother Terri Irwin 'She came to Las Vegas and was ready to put on a brave face. She said, "I'm just going to tough it out." 'But the surgeon told her, "Your appendix is going. It's got to come out."' In an Instagram post, Bindi revealed while her appendix was removed, doctors discovered another 14 lesions from her endometriosis. These were also successfully removed. She also had a large hernia repaired which had developed after giving birth to daughter Grace in 2021.

Bindi Irwin reveals what she really thinks about brother Robert's shirtless thirst traps: 'It is rough'
Bindi Irwin has opened up about how she really feels when she sees her brother Robert participate in shirtless thirst traps online. The Wildlife Warrior, 26, said she 'can't unsee' her brother, 21, flaunting his toned torso in his recent Bondi commercial and Dancing With The Stars US announcement. However, during an appearance on the podcast Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce on Friday, she went on to say she is 'proud' of Robert for all he has accomplished. 'There are some things as his sister that I can't just unsee. Because when he did the Dancing [With The Stars] announcement, he was also just shirtless,' she said. 'He recently did his Bonds commercial where he was just in his underwear. It is rough,' she added with a laugh. 'I really want to be supportive. I really am so proud of him. He is taking the message of conservation to new heights.' Bindi went on to say it is 'wonderful and extraordinary' to watch Robert 'shine' as he grabs people's attention and 'then pivots' them toward wildlife conservation. However, she added: 'Do I get a little bit scared of the girls and women and some guys that are very intense? It can be a lot.' It comes after Robert reacted to Aussie mums checking out his sultry Bonds underwear campaign which went viral earlier this year. 'It was different and pretty nerve-racking but having wild animals part of it, made it a lot more chill for me,' he said during an interview on the Today Show on Thursday. Robert explained he aims to promote conservation and he enjoys raising awareness in a variety of ways. '[The shoot] exemplified that spirit of "even in your undies, Aussies are as cool as a cucumber",' he added. He then joked the shoot was 'scarier than handling any crocodile'. View this post on Instagram A post shared by Not Gonna Lie with Kylie Kelce (@nglwithkylie) The internet went wild over images of Robert posing shirtless in Bonds underwear —flaunting his ripped torso while he cuddled up to native animals including a snake. Robert recently insisted the shoot was never about vanity, and everything he does comes back to one thing: his passion for conservation. 'I really thought in modelling Bonds underwear or doing Dancing With The Stars, that sort of thing, I could bring in a whole new audience to listen to my conservation message,' he told US Weekly. And he's sticking to that plan as just weeks ago, he announced he'd joined the cast of the US version of Dancing With The Stars, once again showing off his buff bod while cradling a snake for the promo. 'That's how I feel comfortable. That's who I am,' he said. 'It's all about this mission and I've got a real sense of purpose and passion. I got to achieve that. 'I definitely feel like I'm really lucky that now I've got a whole new audience that I can reach and hopefully just put out a bit of positivity and hopefully say, "Life's for living at 100."'

Bindi Irwin admits she's ‘scared' by some of her brother's more intense fans
On Thursday, June 5, wildlife conservationist Bindi Irwin joined Kylie Kelce on her 'Not Gonna Lie' podcast. During their conversation, Bindi Irwin talked about being a mother-figure to her younger brother, Robert Irwin, who has over the years found massive fame as he continues to follow in their late father Steve Irwin's footsteps. Most recently, Robert Irwin nearly broke the internet with his Bonds campaign in which he posted photos and videos wearing only Bonds briefs and an exotic snake. During her conversation with Bindi Irwin, Kelce applauded Robert Irwin for the way in which he used the attention to push focus to their charity Wildlife Warriors. While Bindi Irwin admitted she could do without photos of her younger brother in his underwear going viral on social media, she shared how proud she is of him. 'Watching him grab people's attention in such a big way, and then pivot and say, 'Here's what we do. Here's our work. Here's our dedication to wildlife and conservation. And you can get involved,'' Bindi Irwin said, agreeing with Kelce's praise. 'It is wonderful and extraordinary to watch him just shine.' Bindi Irwin continued, saying, 'He's my little brother. We're about five and a half years apart, so I kind of feel like his second mum. I'm kind of a mother-hen. I'm like, always trying to protect him, make sure he's okay. And I have been that way his whole life.' 'Now just watching him shine and flourish and find his own path and voice. It is so inspiring,' the proud sister added, before admitting that sometimes her brother's more intense fans do worry her a little bit. 'Do I get a little bit scared of the women and girls and some guys that kind of are very intense? It's a lot. It can be a lot, but, but he's doing really well with all of it, and I'm very proud of him.' And when Robert Irwin's not doing what he needs to do to spread conservation awareness, Bindi Irwin says he's known as the 'funcle,' or 'fun uncle' to her 4-year-old daughter Grace, much like Travis Kelce is known as the 'funcle' to Kylie and Jason Kelce's four daughters. 'He is such a good uncle,' Bindi Irwin said of her brother. 'We actually call him a 'funcle' as well. It's so cool too, because as Grace has grown up, like she just gets more and more excited to go on Uncle Robert adventures. Because, you know, he, he kind of, like pushes the limits a little he does, he does fun things and exciting things. And so she loves it. And he's, he is so present with her, which I love so much.' It's because of Robert Irwin that Grace gets to know what it would be like if her grandfather Steve Irwin were still around. 'It's the same when we were growing up as kids, me and Robert, it's very similar with dad. He would do the same thing, where he would just pick us up and be like, 'Okay, we're going to go hike up this mountain. Or we're heading to the Simpson Desert to research fear snakes.' And off we would go. And it was just normal to us,' Bindi Irwin shared. 'And I love that dad was such an adventurer, and I see that in Robert. I see he is so similar to dad, and I'm really glad that Grace is going to have that energy in her life like she would have had from dad.' Not only that, but both Kelce and Bindi agreed that Robert and Travis have the energy to get on the floor and really play with their respective children. 'You've got them. I'm gonna have a warm cup of coffee five minutes and maybe have a shower, because that would be nice.'
