Bindi Irwin admits she's ‘scared' by some of her brother's more intense fans
On Thursday, June 5, wildlife conservationist Bindi Irwin joined Kylie Kelce on her 'Not Gonna Lie' podcast.
During their conversation, Bindi Irwin talked about being a mother-figure to her younger brother, Robert Irwin, who has over the years found massive fame as he continues to follow in their late father Steve Irwin's footsteps.
Most recently, Robert Irwin nearly broke the internet with his Bonds campaign in which he posted photos and videos wearing only Bonds briefs and an exotic snake.
During her conversation with Bindi Irwin, Kelce applauded Robert Irwin for the way in which he used the attention to push focus to their charity Wildlife Warriors.
While Bindi Irwin admitted she could do without photos of her younger brother in his underwear going viral on social media, she shared how proud she is of him.
'Watching him grab people's attention in such a big way, and then pivot and say, 'Here's what we do. Here's our work. Here's our dedication to wildlife and conservation. And you can get involved,'' Bindi Irwin said, agreeing with Kelce's praise. 'It is wonderful and extraordinary to watch him just shine.'
Bindi Irwin continued, saying, 'He's my little brother. We're about five and a half years apart, so I kind of feel like his second mum. I'm kind of a mother-hen. I'm like, always trying to protect him, make sure he's okay. And I have been that way his whole life.'
'Now just watching him shine and flourish and find his own path and voice. It is so inspiring,' the proud sister added, before admitting that sometimes her brother's more intense fans do worry her a little bit.
'Do I get a little bit scared of the women and girls and some guys that kind of are very intense? It's a lot. It can be a lot, but, but he's doing really well with all of it, and I'm very proud of him.'
And when Robert Irwin's not doing what he needs to do to spread conservation awareness, Bindi Irwin says he's known as the 'funcle,' or 'fun uncle' to her 4-year-old daughter Grace, much like Travis Kelce is known as the 'funcle' to Kylie and Jason Kelce's four daughters.
'He is such a good uncle,' Bindi Irwin said of her brother. 'We actually call him a 'funcle' as well. It's so cool too, because as Grace has grown up, like she just gets more and more excited to go on Uncle Robert adventures. Because, you know, he, he kind of, like pushes the limits a little he does, he does fun things and exciting things. And so she loves it. And he's, he is so present with her, which I love so much.'
It's because of Robert Irwin that Grace gets to know what it would be like if her grandfather Steve Irwin were still around.
'It's the same when we were growing up as kids, me and Robert, it's very similar with dad. He would do the same thing, where he would just pick us up and be like, 'Okay, we're going to go hike up this mountain. Or we're heading to the Simpson Desert to research fear snakes.' And off we would go. And it was just normal to us,' Bindi Irwin shared.
'And I love that dad was such an adventurer, and I see that in Robert. I see he is so similar to dad, and I'm really glad that Grace is going to have that energy in her life like she would have had from dad.'
Not only that, but both Kelce and Bindi agreed that Robert and Travis have the energy to get on the floor and really play with their respective children. 'You've got them. I'm gonna have a warm cup of coffee five minutes and maybe have a shower, because that would be nice.'

Kylie Kelce Says Her Daughters Are Going to Camp for the First Time — and Reveals How She'll Manage Summer as a Mom of Four
Kylie Kelce is sharing her plans for the summer The podcaster revealed that her older daughters, Elliotte Ray and Wyatt Elizabeth, are going to be going to camp for the first time The mom of four shares her children with husband, retired NFL star Jason KelceKylie Kelce is opening up about her plans for her first summer as a mom of four. During the Thursday, June 19, episode of the Not Gonna Lie podcast, the mom of four, 33, revealed that her older daughters, Elliotte Ray, 4, and Wyatt Elizabeth, 5, would be going to camp for the first time. Since they are still young, Kylie said that it's only going to be for a couple of hours and not for the full week; however, the ultimate goal is to simply get them out the house. "My kids are officially done with their school year, so I thought I'd get honest about summer break as a parent. Everybody knows that when school lets out, that means we have all day every day at home with each other," the mom of four began. "This summer is the first summer where the girls are actually going to do some camps. And when I say camps, I mean, they're 5 and 4 guys. It's like a three- to four-day situation." "I think it's maximum three hours," she continued. "We're really it's just to get them out somewhere else, anywhere else, and moving around." She went on to express the hardships of finding an activity that all of her children could enjoy, before sharing how she plans to manage summer break as a mom of four. "I will say that our age range right now, 5 to — I don't even know how old the youngest one is," she paused, before continuing, "I don't know. You get it. She's new. It's hard to find an activity for everyone." "So, as long as I can hook Finn to the front of me and everybody else has their shoes on, we just we get the heck out," she added. Kylie and her husband Jason Kelce, 37, who announced his retirement from the NFL in March 2024, are the proud parents of four daughters — newborn Finnley 'Finn' Anne, Bennett Llewellyn, 2, Elliotte Ray and Wyatt Elizabeth. The podcaster mused about Father's Day gifts that are 'actually for Mom,' during the June 12 episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast. One of the items on her gift guide list was 'clothes you would like him to start wearing.' Kylie then quipped that if she was going to buy Jason clothes, she would go down a more unconventional route. "I'd probably buy him a banana hammock,' she noted of the revealing spandex thong one-piece famously worn by Sasha Baron Cohen's character Borat. 'Just kidding. In an exclusive clip shared with PEOPLE ahead of an episode of the Not Skinny But Not Fat podcast in April, Kylie joined host Amanda Hirsch to discuss everything from parenting to welcoming her fourth baby. Kylie opened up about the exact moment she realized she wanted a fourth child. 'I've always said that I wanted four kids, [and] room for one pleasant surprise. If we had 5 kids, I'd be like that's enough, like we really need to stop,' ' Kylie explained. 'The one thing I will say is there was this moment when our third was probably like 6 months old, where I was like maybe this is good?" "And then when she hit about a year and some change, I … had this moment of 'Oh, I forgot one' because I kept thinking like I forgot the baby," she continued. "And then I'm like 'S--- no. All my toddlers are here.' I had three kids.' 'The switch that happened was when our youngest really started acting like a toddler, and then my brain started saying, 'You're forgetting the baby,' " she said, noting that this was the moment she knew she wanted to have a fourth baby. "I did not approach our third as if it were going to be my last, and so I have this mental block now where I think that one more baby is right.' Read the original article on People

At the start of the Thursday, June 19 episode of the Not Gonna Lie podcast, the 33-year-old podcaster shared how her 5-year-old daughter Wyatt expertly responded to her asking if she was "for real for real." Kylie noted that her daughter's response caused her to have to "stifle a laugh." "I'm not gonna lie, yesterday, I was caught off guard because I asked Wyatt, 'Are you for real for real?' and she said, 'No it's pretend pretend,' " she said. "I had to stifle a laugh on that one because she was deadass." Now that Jason has retired, Kylie shared what she hopes their daughters will take away from their dad's time playing in the NFL. "I hope that ultimately they end up understanding that their dad had an impact on Philadelphia in a way that was wholesome and that he understood the city, enough that he wanted to stay there and raise a family there," she told Today in March 2024. "He gave his blood, sweat and tears to the city and it was out of sheer love and commitment. And I hope that my girls see that.' Elsewhere in the podcast, the mom of four opened up about a secret she's keeping from her four little daughters, and it's a lie she's totally fine with. "We've taken some trips to the shore, and we were lucky enough to get the screen feature in the back. We have a TV. That is a game changer for the beach. The girls are obsessed," Kelce began to explain in the episode. "Although I won't lie to you guys," she continued, jokingly adding, "I will lie to my children till the day I die — but I won't lie to you guys — and I did lie and tell my children that the TV only works on long car rides." is now available in the Apple App Store! On the Thursday, June 12, episode of her Not Gonna Lie podcast, the mother of four recalled a viral moment from her husband Jason Kelce's New Heights podcast last week where their 4-year-old daughter Elliotte Ray loudly shouted, 'I'm all done pooping!' 'Can someone tell me when you're supposed to stop wiping your kids' butts?' Kylie pondered. 'I could be about to get dragged on the Internet … all the moms out there, can you tell me so that we can sort of add them all up and get the average of when we should stop wiping their butts specifically for poop? Okay? Don't come for me." Noting that she doesn't trust her young children to properly wipe and wash their hands, Kylie shared that she taught her kids to call for them when they're going No. 2. 'That's the soundtrack of my life right there,' she said of the call. 'This happens probably anywhere from two times minimum, six times maximum a day. It is legitimately something that I hear in my — I was gonna say dreams, but let's be honest, that's a nightmare.' Read the original article on People
