Bahrain Defence Force To Conduct Naval Training Drill
The General Headquarters of Bahrain Defence Force announces the execution of a training fining drill at the Southwestern Naval Area that extend from south of Ra's Al mutalah to Ras Al- Ban for a distance of 7 kilometres from the shore towards the sea on Wednesday, 18th of June 2025 from 7am to 10am. The Bahrain Defence Force advises citizens and residents, and all those are concerned to stay clear of the mentioned areas for their safety. Bahrain Defence Force Commander Hosts High-Level Meetings and Eid Greetings
Field Marshal Shaikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), held a series of official meetings on Wednesday, June 11, 2025, with senior government officials and military leaders at the BDF headquarters. In the first meeting, the Commander-in-Chief received His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, Minister of Defence Affairs, along with several senior BDF officers. The delegation extended heartfelt Eid Al-Adha greetings to Shaikh Khalifa, wishing him continued good health and happiness on the occasion. In response, Shaikh Khalifa warmly exchanged greetings and prayers, expressing his hope that this blessed occasion brings peace, blessings, and prosperity to all. In a separate meeting, the Commander-in-Chief welcomed His Excellency Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Minister of Finance and National Economy. Also present was His Excellency Shaikh Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, Advisor for Financial and Technical Affairs at the BDF. Discussions focused on enhancing cooperation between the BDF and the Ministry of Finance, particularly in areas related to strategic coordination and resource management. BDF Chief praises Bahrain-UK ties during meeting with Kingdom's Ambassador to London Later in the day, Shaikh Khalifa received His Excellency Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, Bahrain's Ambassador to the United Kingdom. The Commander-in-Chief praised the Ambassador's efforts in strengthening Bahrain-UK relations, highlighting the importance of continued diplomatic cooperation across various sectors.

HM Leads Royal Eid Gathering
SK bahrain His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa performed Eid Al Adha prayers at Al Sakhir Palace Mosque, accompanied by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, yesterday, highlighting a moment of unity between the Kingdom's leadership and its people on one of Islam's holiest days. Their Highnesses the sons of HM the King, senior members of the Royal Family, ministers, and top officers from the Bahrain Defence Force, the Ministry of Interior, and the National Guard also performed the prayers, underscoring the collective presence of Bahrain's leadership in a shared act of worship. Faith and leadership The sermon was delivered by H.E. Shaikh Dr. Rashid bin Mohammed Al Hajri, Chairman of the Sunni Endowments Council, who highlighted the noble values of Eid Al Adha. H.E. prayed for HM King Hamad's continued health, happiness, and long life to lead the Kingdom towards further achievement, security, and prosperity. H.E. Shaikh Al Hajri also wished Bahrain and its people lasting safety and progress under His Majesty's leadership. Blessings exchanged Following the sermon, HM King Hamad exchanged greetings with worshippers, extending Eid wishes of further blessings and prosperity to the Kingdom and its people, and praying for continued progress across the Arab and Islamic nations.

Northern and Southern Municipalities Achieve Gold Category in Government Service Evaluation
The Ministry of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture has received the prestigious Gold Shield following the outstanding performance of the Southern and Northern municipal service centers, which achieved the Gold Category rating in the fifth edition of the Government Service Centers Evaluation Program (Taqyeem 5). During the official handover ceremony, Dr. Shaikha Rana bint Isa bin Duaij Al Khalifa, Director-General of the Institute of Public Administration and Deputy Chairperson of the Evaluation Committee, presented the shield to H.E. Eng. Wael bin Nasser Al Mubarak, Minister of Municipalities Affairs and Agriculture. Driven by Visionary Leadership Minister Wael Al Mubarak praised the guidance of HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, highlighting that his directives continue to instill a culture of excellence and sustainable development across government institutions. 'These accomplishments reflect the commitment to delivering high-quality services to citizens and residents while constantly enhancing customer service centers,' the minister said. Bahrain Defence Force Sends 50th Hajj Delegation in Honor of National Service In a related development, the Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force lauded the deployment of the 50th Hajj Delegation as a tribute to the tireless dedication of BDF personnel. He noted that this annual mission reflects the continued care and appreciation of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, for the heroic efforts of the BDF members in service of the nation. Commander-in-Chief receives Hajj delegation, extends Royal well wishes Field Marshal Sheikh Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, Commander-in-Chief of the Bahrain Defence Force (BDF), received the BDF's 50th annual Hajj delegation on Sunday, marking their departure to the Holy Sites in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ceremony was attended by His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah bin Hassan Al Nuaimi, Minister of Defence Affairs. Royal Greetings and Prayers for a Blessed Journey During the farewell reception, the Commander-in-Chief conveyed the greetings and best wishes of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, and Prime Minister. He prayed for the delegation's success in performing the sacred rituals of Hajj alongside their fellow pilgrims, asking Allah to shower them with blessings and grace.
