Antoinette Lattouf reveals shock career change as she signs with Abbie Chatfield's talent agency after unfair dismissal case against the ABC

Antoinette Lattouf has undergone a significant career change following her unfair dismissal case against the ABC after signing with a talent agency best known for representing reality TV stars. Ms Lattouf, 45, who briefly worked as a fill-in radio host for Sydney Mornings, launched legal action against the national broadcaster last year, claiming her contract was unfairly terminated in December 2023. She claimed she was dismissed from the ABC after sharing a post on Instagram by Human Rights Watch (HRW) about the war in Gaza on December 19, which read "HRW reporting starvation as a tool of war". The hearing concluded in February, with Justice Darryl Rangiah thanking both Ms Lattouf and the ABC for the 'vast amount of work they have put into this matter and for their assistance' and reserving his judgment for a later date, which is yet to be disclosed. In the months following her high-profile case, Ms Lattouf has expanded her social media presence, where she speaks about social justice issues. She continues to be outspoken about the war in Gaza and frequently calls out headlines she perceives as inappropriate about the matter. It's expected she will now endeavour to secure more paid work in the media through the help of the Talent Management company Stage Addiction. Ms Lattouf took to Instagram on Wednesday to announce she secured representation with the talent agency in a tongue-in-cheek post. "Who is this human headline hottie now being represented by Stage Addiction?" she wrote in the caption of a professional image of herself. "Get your people to call my people etc etc." Ms Lattouf's famous friends welcomed her latest move in the comments, with Aussie Olympic Giaan Rooney commenting three flame emojis. The Bachelor star Matt Agnew, who Stage Addiction also represents, wrote: "Welcome!!" Stage Addiction's Ben Grand will manage Ms Lattouf, utilising his more than 15 years of experience "building the profiles of some of best-known personalities and entertainers," according to his LinkedIn profile. Stage Addiction also represents The Bachelor and FBoy Island star Abbie Chatfield, as well as The Bachelorette alum Angie Kent. It's understood Ms Lattouf, together with Ben, will elevate the journalist's personal brand and seek to further expand her presence into television, music, radio, film, social media, podcasts, theatre, and publishing. She has experience in multiple mediums, including podcasting as co-host of the news and analysis podcast The Briefing and hosts The Weekend Briefing, which profiles prominent Australians. Ms Lattouf has interviewed Grace Tame, a prominent advocate for survivors of sexual assault, as well as Fatima Payman, who sensationally quit the Labor Party in 2024 to launch a political party called Australia's Voice. The Lebanese journalist has also emerged as a voice for charity work and mental health advocacy and holds speaking engagements. Before her case against the ABC, Ms Lattouf did not frequently platform social justice figures on social media as she does now. She said she was informed in a meeting with ABC management the day after sharing the HRW post that she had breached the national broadcaster's policies regarding the personal use of social media. In her statement of claim, she alleged her political opinion on the Israel-Gaza war and race both played a part in the reasoning for her removal mid-way through her five-day radio presenting contract. The broadcaster has denied that Ms Lattouf's contract was unlawfully terminated. has contacted Ms Lattouf and Ben Grand for comment

Sofia Franklyn Compares Herself To Scooter Braun

Former Call Her Daddy host Sofia Franklyn just compared her departure from the podcast to one of the biggest music industry feuds, and it's a rather bold statement. Sofia hosted the Call Her Daddy podcast alongside her roommate, Alex Cooper, from 2018 to 2020. Today, Sofia is the host of her own hit podcast, Sofia with an F. In her new Hulu docuseries Call Her Alex, Alex explained that she and Sofia signed a three-year contract and a "70 grand" deal with Barstool Sports at the beginning of their podcast together. When the popularity of Call Her Daddy skyrocketed, the co-hosts renegotiated their pay in 2020. In the series, Alex said Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy told them, "If you stay at Barstool for one more year, you can own Call Her Daddy."According to the series, Sofia didn't want to take the new deal and decided to leave the podcast, to which Alex said, "I realized the 'Daddy Gang' was bigger than both of us," and believes she made the correct decision. Speaking of her dynamic with Sofia, Alex also said in the docuseries, "It was the classic, 'You think you see something online and people genuinely believe you're like sisters, but our relationship was so awful.'" On June 16, Sofia appeared on the Trading Secrets podcast with Bachelor alum Jason Tartick to explain her side of the exit from Call Her Daddy, and that's when she compared it to the drama between Taylor Swift and Scooter Braun. Sofia has remained relatively quiet about her exit from the podcast. Now, she finally explained that she made this decision out of fear of "looking crazy" if she was honest about her fallout with Alex. However, she could relate to how people were "villainized" in the situation between Taylor and Scooter. In 2019, Scooter acquired Taylor Swift's catalog, which ignited a very public feud between the two, with Scooter receiving a lot of backlash. Taylor went on to re-record and release four studio albums. In May 2025, Taylor announced that she had finally bought back her music catalog. Sofia told Jason that Scooter is a dream podcast guest based on what he experienced during the feud over Taylor's masters. "When I saw the Taylor Swift stuff and looked into it, he looked like a horrible human being," Sofia said. "Then in hindsight, when I was really looking at the details, it's like, well ... he bought something legally ... He was so villainized." What makes Sofia's comparison a miss, in my opinion, is that Scooter and Taylor's feud goes beyond his purchase of the label Big Machine Records, which included Taylor's music, and the subsequent sale to another company. Scooter was Kanye West's (now Ye) manager during his 2016 beef with Taylor, and she has apparently considered him her nemesis for awhile. Their feud even resulted in Taylor being labeled a "snake" and blasted on social media. Scooter was even pictured in a screenshot from a FaceTime call with Ye and Justin Bieber with the caption: "Taylor swift what up." Scooter's proximity to Taylor's situation with Kanye over the release of his controversial song "Famous" and even the footage Kim Kardashian released later in an attempt to discredit the "Karma" singer, it's no surprise she wasn't a fan of her music catalog being even referenced that photo of Scooter, Justin, and Ye, claiming she received "incessant, manipulative bullying" from Scooter, like "when Kim Kardashian orchestrated an illegally recorded snippet of a phone call to be leaked and then Scooter got his two clients together to bully me online about it." Perhaps the split of the Call Her Daddy hosts was as toxic as the Taylor and Scooter drama that lasted over many years and involved several high-profile celebrities with the internet fandoms blowing it out of proportion — but I personally would never want to compare myself to that.

Matty J and Laura have revealed their most controversial reno choice yet

Reality stars Matthew Johnson and Laura Byrne have revealed their latest renovation updates, including their most controversial choice yet. The Bachelor favourites have been renovating a retro seaside property on the South Coast of New South Wales since they purchased it at auction in June 2024 for $2.19 million. The oceanfront house, known as ' Chante Mer house ' (sing the sea), has an Instagram account that charts updates with over 129,000 followers. Since choosing to share their progress, fans of the couple have been all too willing to share their opinions on the design decisions - and this latest reveal has been no different. Last month, Laura shared a post to the account with the caption, "Here is the great fireplace reveal for everyone who has been following along. The most controversial of all our reno choices and the heart of our little home." Loading Instagram Post In the video, Laura explains that she chose the controversial "spew tiles" because they wanted a "bold and beautiful" choice for the heart of their home. The Toni May jewellery designer said she couldn't "be more happy with how it's all turned out," and then urged followers to embrace fun when making design decisions. "Here's your reminder that it's ok to do something really fun with your interiors." Comments on the post were overwhelming positive with followers saying, "It's perfect", "Absolutely love it" and "Stunning". Another big reveal from the couple was the before and after of the downstairs bedroom. In the video, Matty J shares that he and Laura originally wanted a colour for the walls - alternating between yellow, green and salmon - but ultimately went for a neutral. "Thank god we came to our senses and went with a warm white," he said in the post. They choose a rattan bed frame, paired with toffee and green sheets, marble side tables, blue chair and a white floor rug. Followers were very complimentary about the view and styling of the room saying, "Love it", "Looks fabulous", and "The view is too good." Loading Instagram Post The couple also shared images of the foyer with polka dot sconce and marble console with the caption, "Making an entrance, our little foyer area full of personality." This was a far cry from the opinions shared when the couple revealed their main bathroom. Originally pink, the room was gutted and transformed to include a double shower, beige and bone subway stripe tiles and antique brass fittings. While some enthused about the updates, "MY JAW DROPPED! I love it" and "It's amazing", others were far from keen "I love you guys but I hate this. Sorry just hurts my eyes" and "Ekkk sorry but way too much going on. Seems all over the place and doesn't match". It seems followers are more on board with the more recent design decisions. But these weren't the only exciting reveals to come from the couple recently. In April, the parents-of-two shared that they were expecting a third child - another little girl to join the family.

The influencer's celebrity friends and followers quickly flooded the comments with their heartfelt congratulations to the high-profile couple. Australian actress Natalie Bassingthwaighte said she was anticipating they would announce baby number three soon. "Ahh, I had a feeling! So beautiful, congrats," the 2000's hitmaker wrote. Today show presenter Jane Azzopardi said a third addition to the Franklin family will be a breeze with the help of Tullulah, five and Rocky, four. "Oh this is beautiful news for you all! And this time around, you'll have two proper little helpers!!" she wrote. The Bachelor star Anna Heinrich wrote, "Congratulations, so happy for the four of you", while fellow AFL WAG Bed Judd said the news was "so special". Australian fashion designer Pip Edwards also joined the chorus of celebrators, commenting two heart emojis. Amid the wave of support, Jesinta took to Instagram Stories to update her 350,000 followers that her third pregnancy has not always been a breeze. Jesinta Franklin and her husband Lance 'Buddy' Franklin have announced they are expecting their third child. Picture: Instagram "This little person has given me a rough time the last couple of months," she wrote alongside a photo of her growing belly. "Sadly, I'm not someone who thrives when they are pregnant." The model also shared a snap of herself while seemingly feeling unwell and closing her eyes as she rested on the couch beside her two children. Jesinta said the scene accurately depicted the "reality" of the last few months. "House, couch or bed bound given the odd occasion," she said. Jesinta also said she had "spent a lot of time" being sick in public bathrooms when she felt well enough to leave the house. Despite the upheaval, she described her third pregnancy as an "absolute blessing" and revealed she and Buddy would keep the gender a surprise. "Even though we thought we were happy and done with two beautiful children, we have been lucky enough to add another to the family," Jesinta wrote. "Life works in mysterious ways, and I'm leaning into this next chapter with a grateful heart. "Lulu and Rocky are beside themselves and can't wait to meet their baby." Buddy and Jesinta had their first date at Sydney's Crown Hotel bar in 2012. Picture: Instagram Jesinta married the premiership winner in 2016. Picture: Instagram In an interview with Stellar in 2022, Jesinta opened up about the importance of having goals outside of motherhood for her mental health. "As a mum you sacrifice so much for your children,' she told the publication. 'You put your needs at the very bottom of the list of things to do, so it's nice to step back into it (work). "It's also really important for my mental health to have something to strive for outside motherhood.' Buddy and Jesinta had their first date at Sydney's Crown Hotel bar in 2012 after the AFL legend asked a mutual friend for the model's number. Jesinta married the premiership winner in 2016 in a private ceremony attended by their close friends and family. The celebrity couple famously smashed Gold Coast price records when they bought a sprawling mansion in the area in 2022 for a reported $8.75 million. The stunning property spans approximately 1,096 square metres and offers uninterrupted views of the nearby coastline. Located on high ground about 16 kilometres from the Gold Coast CBD, the lavish home features expansive grounds and two separate dwellings.
