Uniqlo's Windproof Jacket is a festival essential to keep you warm and dry

Summer may be here, but typical British weather means the blue skies are sometimes tinted grey and there's downpours instead of heatwaves – well, that's the case at the time of writing this.
Currently it's too mild outside to wear a heavy jacket so we are leaning towards spring jackets. Granted a leather jacket is rather weighty for now, while a denim jacket will get soaked in a shower, yet it's a tad windy to go sans outerwear. The solution? Uniqlo's Windproof Blouson.
The Windproof Blouson is a lightweight, versatile and practical design that will shield you from the elements.
This lightweight short length jacket boasts a two-way hood, which can be folded into a large stand collar or pulled out into a hood. Crafted from a polyamide outer that is weather-proof, while it also features a polyester lining. Available in three colours, including white, black and olive green, all of which come in sizes extra extra small to extra extra large. Buy Now for £49.90
The Windproof Blouson has been crafted from a polyamide outer, with a polyester lining, which is functional, durable and practical for the warmer months and festival season.
The jacket is lightweight to wear, but also compact enough to fold away when the sun comes out and you don't need the extra layer. The fabric is windproof, but also provides a light protection from the rain too.
Uniqlo's creation features a mesh lining, which makes this jacket breathable in those clammy summer days after a downpour.
The jacket offers a relaxed and oversize fit, though the adjustable toggle fastenings on the hem and hood mean you can cinch in the jacket to keep any draughts at bay, but also add volume to the boxy design.
The hood is a two-way design, which means you can wear it as a stand collar, or pull out into a full hood to keep your head dry. Plus, it has a zip-front fastening, and popper details on the pockets.
The short length makes this ideal to pair with shorts, jeans, as well as leggings, and everything in between. More Trending
Shoppers have hailed this 'the perfect windbreaker'.
One unnamed Uniqlo shopper praised: 'Been wearing this daily for a while now and still love it! It's literally everything I wanted in a windbreaker, the inside mesh makes it breathable making it light to the body, but good enough to wear for coverage when it's a bit nippy too. The hidden hood is easy to open to use and when hidden it bulks up the collar to make it stand up, which surprisingly is hard to find in similar windbreakers. I sized up for the baggy look, me being short it's a nice length and the sleeves you can tighten with a button or leave with a bigger sleeve. The only thing that would make this even better is if the pockets were zips and not a button! I carry a lot in my pockets, which means sometimes things can drop out. But otherwise I've currently got a black one and a khaki one, but I might need to buy a black one as a backup because I love it so much!!!'
A separate shopper, Pepper, added: 'In love with this windbreaker. Oversized so would suggest just ordering your usual size for that oversized look, or size down for a 'closer' fit. Love the drawstring waist, and not mentioned in the description, but the brilliant tuck-away hood has drawstrings too – perfect for cycling in the rain, or on windy days when you need your hood to stay put. Breathable, and hand-washable which means it'll maintain its look for longer.'
Another added: 'I really like the quality of this jacket. Thin and lightweight yet cropped. I like how the sleeves and waist are adjustable and can be tightened/loosened. The hood is a large size and not tight.'
The Windproof Blouson comes in three colours, including white, black and olive green, which are available in sizes extra extra small to extra extra large, though sizes are selling out fast. This means you have to shop quickly if you don't want to miss out.

How to find the perfect DD+ dress for summer Looking for the perfect summer dress to fit your bigger bust? Deputy Fashion Editor Abby McHale has the perfect solution. Looking for the perfect summer dress to fit your bigger bust? Deputy Fashion Editor Abby McHale has the perfect solution. Finding a dress that flatters your bigger bust can be hard, often dresses can leave your bra showing, squash your bust and just be ill fitting in general. However, there are a few things you can look out for that will make dress shopping easier. A V-neck is a really flattering neckline as it gives your chest some more space, however, don't discount a square neck also, not only is this a trendy neckline, but will also give your bust the room it needs. Empire line fits are also super flattering, you just need to make sure they fall underneath the bottom of your bra, that way your bust will sit nicely before the rest of the dress skims your body. Wrap style dresses are also a great option but just make sure to look for an added popper detail, so that you don't have to use a safety pin to hold the dress in place and stop your bra from showing. Extra shirring detail on the back will also give the dress more room for stretch around your chest. And if you're looking for a backless dress then make sure there is one with a tie detail at the back that means you can still wear a bra. If all that sounds like something you're interested in then here at Fabulous we have created a collection specifically designed for DD+ boobs that ticks all of these boxes. Check it out here at
