New Diddy Accuser Claims Beyoncé, JAY-Z, LeBron James Witnessed Victim Post-Assault
Sean 'Diddy' Combs is currently being sued for human trafficking by a Florida man named Joseph Manzaro.
The alleged victim claims that Diddy sexually assaulted and humiliated him at one of his infamous 'freak-offs' from April 2015 and that JAY-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron James, and Gloria Estefan all saw him throughout the night.
The alleged incident took place during a birthday party for Diddy's son, Christian Combs, and the disgraced mogul allegedly shamed Manzaro by 'strapping a penis to his face and parading him around.' Per a federal indictment, a 'freak-off' involved Diddy, a male sex worker, and another woman.
In the lawsuit, according to TMZ, Manzaro claimed to have been drugged and transported to Star Island in Miami for the party. He was first dragged to the back entrance of Emilio and Gloria Estefan's mansion, where the singer saw him in a 'drug-induced stupor' and demanded an ambulance. Emilio allegedly silenced her and they returned to the party. James allegedly said to Manzaro, 'Y'all better do something about that,' as he was seen roaming the halls in a towel.
Another Diddy accuser, Adria English, allegedly led Manzaro through a secret tunnel in Diddy's home and it was then he noticed Beyoncé and JAY-Z.
He claims she questioned, 'What's this? What's this all about? Why is this half-naked white man with a c**k mask standing here in front of me?' A member of Diddy's entourage allegedly replied, 'Diddy wants him to see what we do to snitches. This is part of his punishment.'
As he was 'forcibly paraded' around, Manzaro claims Diddy shouted, 'He's gonna find out what we do to snitches tonight. Get him undressed!'
He was left to wear a small thong and a black leather mask with the rubber attachment 'forcibly inserted and zipped closed over his head.' Manzaro said that 'a locking sex device was affixed to the mask, protruding from his mouth' as Diddy and Adria allegedly subjected him to degrading and non-consensual acts.
Later in the evening, Manzaro said celebrity jeweler Jacob Arabo appeared to be 'visibly disturbed' when running into him. Arabo asked, 'What's this? What's going on with this guy? Why is he standing here staring at me with a penis strapped to his face?'
TMZ noted that JAY-Z was in New York City on the date of the alleged party for a TIDAL speaking engagement. VIBE did reach out to Roc Nation for a comment.
However, neither he, Beyoncé, LeBron James, Gloria Estefan, or Jacob Araboare being sued. Manzaro is only suing Diddy, Emilio Estefan, Adria English, Diddy's alleged drug mule Brendan Paul, and others.
Combs' legal team said in a statement to TMZ, 'This complaint demonstrates the depraved lengths plaintiffs will travel to garner headlines in pursuit of a payday. No sane person reading this complaint could credit this story. Mr. Combs looks forward to having his day in court where these lies — and the perverse motives of those who told them — will be revealed.'

Court documents reveal that a male escort named Jules was in contact with an unnamed associate, whose identity is not disclosed, but is referred to as "device owner" in the message screenshots. According to the evidence, on August 26, 2009, the "device owner" reached out to Jules with a last-minute proposition to fly from Los Angeles to New York City to participate in the event. The associate offered Jules a "tip" for the short notice. Within two minutes, Jules responded affirmatively. Diddy's alleged associate then followed up by sending him flight details for a Virgin America trip from LAX to JFK. The "device owner" also instructed the escort to contact them whenever he was ready to leave the event, so they could book his return flight. According to the Daily Mail, after Jules landed in New York early on the morning of August 27, 2009, he messaged the "device owner" to confirm his arrival and let them know he was heading to his hotel room to freshen up. Roughly an hour later, the "device owner" instructed Jules to come to room 4901, to which Jules replied, "OK." Later that afternoon, around 2:45 p.m., Jules texted again, this time requesting help booking a return flight to Los Angeles. However, the associate told him the flight would be arranged after he came back to the room, asking him to return within the hour. Jules replied that he needed a bit more rest and asked if the timing could be flexible. He joked that he hadn't slept in two days and quipped, "u guys r rabbits lol." The associate responded reassuringly, writing, "Lol, Ok hit me when you wake. Sorry bro. No stress. U let me know." At 7:45 p.m. on August 27, 2009, nearly four hours after their previous conversation, Jules messaged that he was on his way to the room. Fifteen minutes later, he followed up to say he was "at the door knocking" and asked to be let in "if u are there." By 8:10 p.m., Jules speculated that whoever was inside had likely "stepped out." It wasn't until 8:21 p.m. that the associate responded with a simple instruction: "OK come up." Months later, in December 2009, text messages show Jules seeking help from the same associate to fabricate a cover story. On December 8, he requested a message he could show his girlfriend to hide his involvement: "Can u shoot me a text just saying you guys will be somewhere else this weekend so I can show her?" After some back-and-forth, Jules confirmed the excuse "worked" and proceeded to offer up his availability. The government expects to rest its case as soon as Monday. If that's the case, the defense said it could rest its case on Tuesday or Wednesday, meaning the jury could have the case as early as next week. At The London West Hollywood in January 2023, records revealed a $3,750 charge for damaged furniture. A damage report read in court Friday stated that hotel staff noticed 'bodily fluids stained on the wood floor' as well as 'used linens in various sections of the room.' Months later in April at the same hotel, a damage report revealed a $1,800 charge for towels that 'appear to have been soaked in baby oil' and signs of smoking in the room. While on the stand, Paul clarified he was 'absolutely not' a drug mule. Brian Steel, one of Diddy's defense attorneys, asked if drugs were just a 'minor part' of what he did for his boss; Paul agreed. The witness also clarified that when he was arrested, he had Diddy's cocaine. 'I was sweeping his room earlier that morning' when he grabbed the drugs and put them in his bag and 'I forgot to put it elsewhere," he said on the stand. He had 0.7 grams of cocaine on him at the time of his arrest, he testified. Paul didn't tell police at the time that they weren't his drugs out of 'loyalty' to his boss, he told the court.
