Beyoncé Replaces Sphere Visual in Cowboy Carter Tour After Cease-and-Desist
Beyoncé has replaced a visual of the Sphere that was featured in her Cowboy Carter tour, days after the venue had reportedly sent her a cease-and-desist over its inclusion in the show.
Originally, her show had featured a visual of gigantic version of Beyoncé picking up the high tech venue in her hands, but during her third show in her five-night stand at SoFi Stadium in Inglewood on Sunday, she replaced the Sphere with Allegiant Stadium, where the superstar is slated to perform in July.

The New York Post first reported the news of the cease-and-desist on Friday, while Billboard reported that the Sphere had tried in the past to book Bey for Sphere shows, though that never came to fruition. As the letter obtained by the Post read, the Sphere visual 'has resulted in significant speculation that Beyoncé will end her tour with a Sphere residency.'
Reps for Beyoncé and the Sphere haven't responded to request for comment on the letter, or on the visual replacement.
Beyoncé is now three dates into her Cowboy Carter Tour, kicking off the trek at SoFi Stadium last week. The Hollywood Reporter described Bey's latest tour as a 'spectacular three-hour country hoedown that married Sergio Leone-esque filmed interstitials to eye-popping choreography and pyrotechnics.' The tour comes two years after her acclaimed Renaissance Tour in 2023, promoting the album of the same name.
Beyoncé will play two more dates in Los Angeles on Wednesday and Friday, and after that the tour is moving on for a three-night stand at Soldier Field in Chicago starting May 15.

Johnny Depp doesn't regret Amber Heard trial: 'It had gone far enough'
To some, Johnny Depp's headline-making defamation trial with ex-wife Amber Heard was a stain on his gleaming Hollywood career. But despite the legal drama, Depp wouldn't change a thing. The Oscar-nominated actor reflected on the 2022 court battle in an interview with The Sunday Times published June 21. "Look, none of this was going (to) be easy, but I didn't care," he told the British outlet. "I thought, 'I'll fight until the bitter (expletive) end.' And if I end up pumping gas? That's all right. I've done that before." Depp sued Heard in 2019, claiming she defamed him in a 2018 Washington Post op-ed in which she said she was a victim of domestic abuse without specifically naming him. Heard was granted a temporary restraining order against the actor in May 2016, just days after filing for divorce, alleging Depp physically abused her various times during their 15-month marriage. As for their trial, a Virginia jury in 2022 awarded Depp more than $10 million in damages following six weeks of widely watched testimony, during which both parties and witnesses testified about alleged abuse throughout the couple's tumultuous relationship. "Look, it had gone far enough," Depp, 62, continued. "If I don't try to represent the truth it will be like I've actually committed the acts I am accused of. And my kids will have to live with it. Their kids. Kids that I've met in hospitals. So the night before the trial in Virginia I didn't feel nervous. If you don't have to memorize lines, if you're just speaking the truth? Roll the dice." 'A soap opera': Johnny Depp shades Amber Heard defamation trial Heard won $2 million in damages from her countersuit over Depp's lawyer calling her claims a hoax. In December 2022, the former couple agreed to a settlement in the defamation case, with Heard paying Depp $1 million that he pledged to charity. The "Pirates of the Caribbean" alum also reflected on the professional fallout from the trial, including testimony from his former agent Tracey Jacobs. According to The Hollywood Reporter and Variety, Jacobs testified that Depp's industry status was being increasingly undermined by his "unprofessional" on-set behavior, which allegedly included frequent tardiness. "There are people, and I'm thinking of three, who did me dirty. Those people were at my kids' parties. Throwing them in the air," Depp said. "And, look, I understand people who could not stand up (for me) because the most frightening thing to them was making the right choice. I was pre-MeToo. I was like a crash test dummy for MeToo. It was before Harvey Weinstein." 10 bingeable memoirs to check out: Celebrities tell all about aging, marriage and Beyoncé The legal troubles of disgraced movie mogul Harvey Weinstein, who was indicted in May 2018 on charges of five sex crimes, are widely regarded as the tipping point for the #MeToo movement's impact on Hollywood. Weinstein was convicted on June 11 of a first-degree criminal sexual act in the retrial of his 2020 conviction on sexual assault and rape charges. Following the conclusion of his trial with Heard, Depp resumed his entertainment career with a starring role in 2023's "Jeanne du Barry," and directed the 2024 period drama "Modi: Three Days on the Wing of Madness." "Honestly? I didn't go anywhere," said Depp of his showbiz reemergence. "If I actually had the chance to split, I would never come back." Cardi B Says ‘We're Outside'—And That's Exactly Where We're Going
Source: Antony Jones / Getty Cardi B just gave us permission to be outside all summer long with the official drop of 'Outside.' And the way this track is hitting, you'd better believe we're heading there now with a fresh nail set, poppin lip gloss, and no apologies. Dropped on Friday, June 20, Cardi's song is already shaping up to be the summer anthem. We've been looking for one – and it seems like we have it. After weeks of teasing fans with snippets on social media and lyrics that hit all too well, Cardi finally let the full version loose. And, yes, it's giving everything it needs to give. RELATED: Cardi B Is Flexing A New Man And A New Chapter On Instagram – And We Love To See It Source: Antony Jones / Getty Cardi B previewed 'Outside' two days ago during a performance at the Spotify Beach event in Cannes, France. Knowing the fire she was about to spit, the femee looked the TF good for the stage moment. Braving the summer temps, the New York raptness rocked a striped fringe dress we loved. The custom mini moment hugged her curves just right and oozed retro realness. The flirty design and fun fabric were the perfect complement to the beats – and bars – she dropped. The 'Bongos' rapper paired her dress with a fierce pair of Maison Margiela booties in a matching orange tone, adorned with a touch of fringe magic. Cardi completed her Cannes look with voluminous black curls, a buss-down middle part, and glam makeup. While 'Outside' is built for the club, it was written with raw honesty. Cardi doesn't hold back—and that's exactly what makes this one resonate. 'When I tell you these n—–s ain't shit, please believe me,' Cardi says on 'Outside.' 'They gon' fck on anything, these n—–s way too easy / Good for nothing, low-down, dirty dogs, I'm convinced / Next time you see your momma, tell her how she raised a btch.' In her Instagram Stories, Cardi revealed that she originally wrote the song while angry. (She joked she had to edit a few lyrics because of her raw emotion). 'Outside' isn't just about shaking something (though we absolutely will); it's about living your best life and reclaiming your peace, self-love, and confidence. Whether you're heading to a rooftop party, brunch with your girls, or making a dramatic exit from whatever no longer serves you, Cardi's got you covered. We don't know if a video or remix is coming, but we're sure something is coming. And when it drops, we'll be ready – and already 'Outside.'
