The dangerous driving behaviour seen on UK roads
An AA survey of over 14,000 members revealed that 88 per cent had regularly witnessed middle lane hogging and vehicles driving too close together.
The survey also highlighted other dangerous driving behaviours, including undertaking, tailgating, and mobile phone use.
75 per cent of respondents reported encountering lane closure signs without any incident occurring, while 66 per cent saw congestion signs for no apparent reason.
22 per cent of motorists described UK motorway conditions as poor, with concerns about congestion and litter.
Jack Cousens of the AA called for stricter enforcement of safe driving practices, improved motorway signage, and better road conditions.

Road to close in Burntwood as resurfacing work to begin

"This product presents a serious risk of choking as the eyes of the hamster can detach and fit wholly in a small parts cylinder," a government report said. "If a child under 3 were to use and mouth the toy, the small parts may become detached and cause the child to choke. "The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys [Safety] Regulations 2011." Other recent product recalls While the laws around toys are stringent, products still make it to market that present a danger to children. The Nail Art Studio kit, by the brand Girls Creator, is a nail art set that includes nail varnish, a battery-operated nail dryer and a range of nail accessories. However, a warning was issued after a product safety report found a risk of suffocation for children. Another recent example was the Joycat Baby Float, sold on Amazon. The blue and yellow sea-themed swim seat, intended for babies and toddlers, was blocked from entering the country at the border. The float was branded a safety risk after authorities found that its attachable canopy could lift the float from the water in windy conditions, putting children in danger. Irwin assessed in hospital after practice crash
Glenn Irwin has been taken to hospital for assessment after crashing during a free practice session at the third round of the British Superbike Championship at Snetterton on Northern Ireland rider came off his Hager PBM Ducati at Turn Nine during FP3 and the session was subsequently 35-year-old missed qualifying as his injuries were assessed.A statement released by the race organisers before Saturday's qualifying explained Irwin's absence."Glenn Irwin was taken to the circuit medical centre after a crash in Free Practice 3," the statement read."Following x-rays on his hip and right leg at the medical centre where nothing was visible, he has been taken to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for further scans and is unfit for Qualifying. Further updates will follow when available."The opening British Superbike race of the weekend will take place at 16:00 BST, with two further races scheduled for Ray secured pole position in qualifying, from defending BSB champion Kyle Ryde second and Rory Skinner leads the series standings on 86 points after the opening two rounds at Oulton Park and Donington, with Irwin 12 adrift on 74 and Ryde third on has secured four podium finishes from the first five races of the season.
