Emperador sets P4B capex for 2025
Emperador Inc. has earmarked P4 billion for its capital spending program this year, with bulk going to the expansion of its Dalmore distillery in Scotland, and to doubling its whisky maturation complex in its Invergordon distillery.
According to Emperador president and chief executive officer Winston Co, the company is close to the completion of the Dalmore distillery expansion in Alness, Scotland, which will double the brand's production capacity moving forward.
It will also finance the expansion of the company's whisky maturation complex at the Invergordon distillery to a footprint of 92 hectares from 45.4 hectares, housing an additional 1.5 million casks of maturing whisky.
