The actor, who has taken a break from the action and fantasy dramas, will headline the new horror-comedy. The film also stars Malavika Mohanan and Nidhhi Agerwal as female leads. Sanjay Dutt also plays a pivotal role in the film.
The Raja Saab teaser begins by introducing fans to a haunted mansion, soaked with dark secrets from the past. As sinister energy and spirits lurk in the night, Prabhas takes it as a mission to wipe out the evil. The teaser consists of all the crucial elements of a Prabhas film – there's a massy entry, dance, dialogues, and the actor perfectly balancing action with comedy. Reportedly, Prabhas, in a surprising move, has reportedly cut down his usual fee from Rs 150 crore to Rs 100 crore for The Raja Saab. The decision is said to be a strategic one, following the slow reception of Adipurush, which faced heavy criticism and delivered an underwhelming box office performance despite. However, the actor bounced back strongly with Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, which raked in over Rs 600 crore globally. More recently, Kalki 2898 AD further cemented his box office clout, amassing a whopping Rs 1,200 crore worldwide.
The Raja Saab is produced by People Media Factory and Viswa Prasad. The film is set to release on December 5, 2025, in five languages – Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam. Directed by Maruthi, the film's music is composed by Thaman S.

Arrowhead, the tigress who once dominated the core of Rajasthan's Ranthambore, has passed away at the age of 14. A touching video shared by a wildlife photographer captures her final moments, offering a glimpse into her last few hours. According to NDTV, Tigress Arrowhead (T-84), a favourite among wildlife enthusiasts and Ranthambore visitors, died earlier this week. Her death occurred just hours after her daughter was moved to another tiger reserve. The news of Arrowhead's death has deeply saddened wildlife photographers, forest staff, and frequent safari visitors. One of them, nature photographer Sachin Rai, had been following her story since she was a cub. In a heartfelt Instagram post, Rai shared a video of what he described as her 'last walk," recorded near Padam Talab on June 17. In his post, Rai recalled witnessing Arrowhead's final moments on the evening of June 17. 'On the evening of June 17th, I witnessed what would likely be the last walk of the legendary tigress Arrowhead. It was heartbreaking to see her struggle, attempting to rise and take a few feeble steps before collapsing again," he wrote in his lengthy post. He described how Arrowhead, weakened by illness, moved with great difficulty, barely managing a few steps before resting beneath a tree. 'Each movement was a visible effort.
