Yes. The Fever announced Clark will play in Indiana's matchup against the New York Liberty following a five-game absence due to a left quad injury.
Clark is sure she suffered the left quad strain during the Fever's loss to the Liberty on May 24 -- where she recorded a double-double with 18 points and 10 assists -- but she can't pinpoint a specific play that caused her injury. She only knows that it happened early on in the contest.
"Obviously, adrenaline covers up a lot of stuff when you're in the heat of battle," Clark said on Thursday. "And after the game, I had some pain, and then we got an MRI, and that kind of gave me the result that I didn't want to see. But, you know, those types of things don't lie."

Fresh frustration for Caitlin Clark as she struggles and Indiana Fever lose AGAIN

In the four games she's played since her return, Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark won the two matchups in the Commissioner's Cup against the New York Liberty and the Connecticut Sun. But in regular-season league play, Clark has now lost back-to-back contests as she continues to struggle since coming back from a quad injury. After only putting up 11 points, seven rebounds, and nine assists while shooting 3-for-14 against the expansion Golden State Valkyries, Clark struggled mightily again on Sunday afternoon. Clark shot a horrendous 1-for-10 from 3-point range and turned the ball over eight times in an 89-81 defeat to the Las Vegas Aces. She finished with 19 points and ten assists, but her shooting woes continued from the game prior - this time, going 7-for-20 from the field. Even one of her biggest fans, Dave Portnoy, admitted that the Fever guard is in need of a 'bounce back'. CC Stat line doesn't tell the story. Great couple games for Caitlin haters,' Portnoy posted on X. He also called the second half Clark played, 'As bad a half as I've seen her have.' Clark struggled in the first half, shooting 2-of-9 from the field and 1-of-5 from 3-point range, but dished eight assists while only committing two turnovers. The second half was a nightmare for her, as Clark shot 5-for-11 from the field and 0-for-5 from 3-point range while turning the ball over six times and putting up a -12 defensive rating. Portnoy continued: 'When she's off it's really hard for them to win. Turnovers. Bad shooting. The works. Lone bright spot. Aliyah [Boston] was great. Gotta bounce back.' Boston led the Fever with 26 points and ten rebounds. Aces star A'ja Wilson also struggled on the day, despite leading Las Vegas with 24 points. She shot 8-of-21 from the field. But she also had the benefit of some strong performances from Jackie Young (19 points, seven rebounds, seven assists) and Chelsea Gray (18 points on 66 percent shooting). Indiana is now 6-7 on the season. They next travel to the Pacific Northwest to play the Seattle Storm on Tuesday.

Sophie Cunningham shows her love for Caitlin Clark with personalized arrival outfit... hours after slamming refs

Sophie Cunningham continued to back Caitlin Clark as she arrived for the Indiana Fever's clash against the Las Vegas Aces - this time with her outfit choices. The 28-year-old was thrust into the spotlight this week after she avenged her Fever teammate by tackling Connecticut Sun star Jacy Sheldon to the court on Tuesday night. Five days later, and the Fever are back in action in Sin City, where Cunningham proved yet again whose side she's on. The 6-foot-1 basketball star opted to give a nod to Clark following the contentious week of controversy, arriving at T-Mobile Area in a baggy white 'Tres Leches' t-shirt. The shirt, sold by Barstool Sports, is a nod to Cunningham, Clark and teammate Lexie Hull and the moniker their trio has earned. Cunningham arrived in Indiana during the offseason after being traded by the Phoenix Mercury and appeared to immediately bond with Clark and Hull, cementing their posse. Fans picked up on their friendship and began dubbing them the 'Tres Leches,' which means the Three Milks. Cunningham's outfit choice comes just hours after she hit out at the WNBA referees in an attempt to justify her actions during Tuesday's clash against the Sun. 'I'm not focused on the extracurricular activities,' Cunningham said at practice on Saturday. 'And you know what, during that, it was just part of the game. I think the refs had a lot to do with that. 'It was a buildup for a couple of years now of them just not protecting the star player of the WNBA. And so at the end of the day, I'm going to protect my teammates. That's what I do. And I'm a team player, so it's all good.' Fever coach Stephanie White echoed that sentiment, saying the refs lacked 'control' of the game and that 'we knew this was gonna happen' in the first quarter. Clark was prodded in the eye by Connecticut's Sheldon, who had previously been caught in a heated exchange with the Fever guard, before being slammed to the floor by Marina Mabrey in a violent moment that sparked outrage. Mabrey escaped with a mere technical, while Sheldon was handed a flagrant 1. But Cunningham wasn't letting it slide. With 46.1 seconds remaining in the game, Cunningham wrapped her arms around Sun guard Sheldon's head and pulled her to the ground in an act of revenge after her foul on Clark. Footage that emerged after the game showed that Cunningham also tried to get involved in the initial scuffle involving Clark. In the video, Cunningham - who was out of the game at the time - could be seen briefly trying to run towards the fracas before being intercepted by assistant coach Austin Kelly. Kelly then held onto Cunningham for several seconds before the incident died down. Cunningham received a fine from the league after the game, while Mabrey's technical foul (assessed for her shove on Clark) was also upgraded to a flagrant two foul, which came with a corresponding fine for such an infraction. The tension between Clark and Sheldon had been building from earlier in the game, as the pair found themselves in a feisty exchange, with the Fever star firing off a volatile message after Sheldon appeared to say: 'You can't do that.' 'I can do whatever the f*** I want to do,' Clark said to Sheldon before shoving her away. Mabrey also stepped in to give a little shove to Clark, though things didn't escalate further in that situation.

Caitlin Clark's rival Angel Reese suffers career-low in rebounds... days after securing trademark for her signature move

After the Chicago Sky's crushing defeat Saturday, it appears Angel Reese's recent trademark filing has severely backfired. The Sky fell to 3-9 with a devastating 107-86 loss to the Phoenix Mercury Saturday night with Reese failing to make an impact on the court. The 23-year-old managed just nine points, two assists and, most shockingly, a mere two rebounds - her supposed signature move. The forward's meagre tally marked a career-low in rebounds for the LSU product and her humiliation was compounded by her recent business dealings. Her poor performance came just days after she appeared to have exacted the perfect revenge against her haters by using their criticism to line her pockets. Reese filed to trademark the term 'Mebounds' - term stemming from her habit of missing layups and snagging the offensive rebound on Monday. The crushing defeat marked a career-low in rebounds for the 23-year-old forward Reese's trademark was field in her home state of Maryland and covers any tee shirts, sweatshirts, and hats with the word on them. During Saturday's blowout defeat, Reese also hit a new all-time low, seeing just 21 minutes in on-court time. Reese is no stranger to controversy and criticism within the WNBA, having regularly made headlines over her rivalry with Caitlin Clark. Last month, Reese had to be restrained after Clark knocked her down and caused her to spill the ball moments after she grabbed an offensive rebound near the end of the third quarter. As tempers hit boiling point, Clark turned her back and walked away as players from both teams got between the two to stop things spilling over. Reese then walked to the side of the court where a Sky official stepped in front of her to try and get her to cool her temper. That led to a racism investigation from the league into Indiana's fans, which found no wrongdoing. All parties involved tried to distance themselves from the situation after the investigation was completed. 'I think the WNBA and our team and our organization have done a great job supporting me,' Reese told reporters. 'I've had communication from everyone, from so many people across this league. It could happen to me, it can happen to anyone. And I think they've done a good job supporting us in this.'
