THE fate of a beloved panel show has been revealed following 32 series on air.
Iconic comedy game Never Mind The Buzzcocks first launched on BBC Two in 1996.

It combines classic comedy panel show with a pop music theme.
Following a six year hiatus, the show relaunched on Sky Max in 2021.
The programme has now been renewed for a new series - its fifth since being revived.
Greg Davies was selected as presenter when Never Mind The Buzzcocks returned to screen.
Joining the Taskmaster star is Noel Fielding, who reprises his team captain role from the original run.
Daisy May Cooper leads the other team, while Jamali Maddix is a regular panelist.
Mark Lamarr was the original presenter, followed by Simon Amstell and then Rhod Gilbert.
For several years, numerous guest hosts took over presenting duties.
Some examples include Jonathan Ross, who was the first guest presenter.
Meanwhile, Johnny Vegas, was the show's final guest presenter.
Chart star confesses she sent love letters to Liam Gallagher
It comes as a Noughties pop star looked unrecognisable as she featured on Never Mind The Buzzcocks.
More than 20 years had passed since Amy Studt's chart-topping song Misfit.
Viewers watched as Amy was part of the line-up game for their noughties special.
Taking to TikTok, the star explained why she had decided to take part.

Amy shared: "A little while ago I took myself off to film in an episode of Never Mind The Buzzcocks in their line up game for their 00's special.
After a little considering, I decided that having professional comedians take the p**s out of me on telly sounded like a LOT of fun and I was gonna do everything I could to win the game of not laughing.'
'If you don't know the game, the line ups are tested to stay emotionless whilst the comedians do everything they can to make you laugh.'
Never Mind The Buzzcocks airs on Sky Max.

Alex Horne hosts Taskmaster for schoolchildren in Warwick

More than 800 schoolchildren participated in a competition inspired by the hit TV show Taskmaster, hosted by the show's creator, Alex School Tasking Champion of Champions Final took place at the University of Warwick on Thursday, after teams had fought it out to be declared regional champions and earn their place in the by Dr Ali Struthers in 2022, the competition introduces Year 5 pupils to the world of law through imaginative tasks and team Tasking is a Warwick-led legal outreach programme that now works with over 3,000 schoolchildren and 34 universities across the UK and Ireland. At the final on Thursday, the competitors took part in fun tasks on stage with Alex Horne - from finding the audience member closest in height to a chicken, to tossing beanbags into Dr Horne's mortar board, to hiding in Warwick's iconic Butterworth Hall – in a bid to be crowned School Tasking Champions Horne said: "Every year, the children in this project consistently show how capable and creative they are in approaching each and every one of the tasks at the Champion of Champions. "It must be nerve-wracking for them standing up on stage and being given tasks to do by 'that man off the telly', but they really do take it all in their stride and perform magnificently." This year's School Tasking champion was Da Nuggets from Pirniehall Primary in Scotland. The other regional winners taking part in the national final were:Brockwell Mega Minds from Brockwell Junior School (Midlands)Cookies 'n' Cream from St George's Catholic Primary (North East)The Law Busters from Stanhope Street Primary (Ireland)The Preppy Kids from Willow Lane Primary (North West)The Prison Breakers from Lawdale Junior School (South) Dr Ali Struthers from the University of Warwick, said: "The School Tasking Champion of Champions is always such a joyful event, bringing together Year 5 teams from across the country who have won their Regional Finals and earned the right to lark about on stage doing ridiculous tasks with Little Alex Horne. "It's not easy performing on stage in front of around 1,000 people in the audience, but they rise to the challenge brilliantly and absolutely give it their all."School Tasking won the prestigious LawWorks and Attorney General Student Pro Bono Award for 'Best Contribution by a Team of Students' at a ceremony at the House of Lords earlier this was also shortlisted for the Times Higher Education Award for Widening Access or Outreach Initiative of the Year 2024. EastEnders schedule change to occur in summer on BBC One

Due to this, there won't be any room for EastEnders to air in the usual 7.30pm slot. Instead, viewers will need to head over to BBC Two to get their usual fix of the soap. On the week commencing June 30, EastEnders will only air on Monday and Tuesday. However, it will broadcast two episodes in a row, therefore effectively broadcasting a week's worth of episodes in just two days. As reported by The Metro, the storylines across those two days will involve Linda Carter (Kellie Bright) and Elaine Peacock (Harriet Thorpe) clashing, while Ravi Gulati (Aaron Thiara) plots to catch someone out. At the time of writing, no information has been revealed regarding whether the episodes will arrive on BBC iPlayer at the usual time of 6am or what the schedule will look like for the week commencing July 7. EastEnders fans react to summer schedule change A post shared on the r/EastEnders Reddit page shared the changes to the schedule for EastEnders. Quite a few were wondering how this would impact the usual release of episodes on BBC iPlayer. A person commented: "Will we get the 6am releases on iPlayer to be able to watch it at the usual time on the usual days?" One replied: "Glad you asked this because I was wondering the same! Hopefully we still get 6am iPlayer releases but wonder if they'll be double bills on Monday and Tuesday, or the usual Monday-Thurs (which would mean terrestrial/schedule viewers would get the storylines before the iPlayer episodes drop…) "Also the temptation to watch the doubles on Monday and Tuesday will be too much, but then what on earth do we do with ourselves for five days 🤣. Plot: After an open casting call that sent the nation's parents flying into action, this TV adaptation of novels will star newcomers Dominic McLaughlin as Harry, Arabella Stanton as Hermione and Alastair Stout as Ron. Each series will focus on one of the books, starting with the debut story The Philosopher's Stone. Some big names are lined up including John Lithgow as Dumbledore, Paul Whitehouse as Argus Filch, Katherine Parkinson as Molly Weasley, Nick Frost as Hagrid and Bertie Carvel as Cornelius Fudge. It's bound to be magic. ‌ The Thursday Murder Club, Netflix Novel: The Thursday Murder Club by Richard Osman Plot: With an incredible cast, including Pierce Brosnan, Helen Mirren, Ben Kingsley, Celia Imrie, Daniel Mays, David Tennant and Richard E. Grant, this adaptation of the cosy crime thriller has been hugely anticipated. It's comedic but also very emotional.' ‌ Lynley, BBC1 ‌ Plot: Leo Suter and Sofia Barclay star as the unconventional detective duo DI Tommy Lynley and DS Barbara Havers in this new imagining of the hit crime novels. If it sounds familiar, it's already been on the BBC in the past as The Inspector Lynley Mysteries, but this latest version promises a contemporary update. Lynley is a brilliant detective, but an outsider in the force thanks to his aristocratic upbringing. He's paired with Havers, a working-class sergeant with a maverick attitude. But they make a formidable team, bonded by their desire to see justice done. Also features Daniel Mays and Niamh walsh. Author Elizabeth says: 'Watching my characters brought to life on television is a real celebration.' Murder Before Evensong, 5 ‌ Novel: Murder Before Evensong by Rev Richard Coles Plot: This six-parter promises all the hallmarks of cosy crime - small village drama, gossip and secrets and a murder that shakes a community to its core. Canon Daniel Clement (Matthew Lewis) lives in the quaint village of Champton with his widowed mother - opinionated, fearless and annoying Audrey (Amanda Redman). But when Daniel suggests installing a loo in the church, the seemingly innocent plan stirs up trouble - and then a body is found in the church, stabbed in the neck with a pair of secateurs. The cast includes Amit Shah, Meghan Treadway, Tamzin Outhwaite. ‌ Waiting For The Out, BBC1 Novel: The Life Inside by Andy West Plot: Based on a memoir, Josh Finan leads the cast as Dan, a philosopher who begins teaching a class of men in prison. He leads discussions about dominance, freedom and luck, topics that ignite passions and create tensions. Through his work, Dan begins to dig deeper into his own past – growing up with a violent father (Gerard Kearns) who ended up in prison, as did his brother Lee (Stephen Wight) and uncle Frank (Phil Daniels). Miranda Otto, who plays the head of model gowns, Virginia, says: 'I loved the book and thought the TV series was a great chance to take the story further. The Seven Dials Mystery, Netflix ‌ Novel: The Seven Dials Mystery by Agatha Christie Plot: Billed as 'Agatha Christie, for a whole new generation'. It's England, 1925. At a lavish country house party, a practical joke appears to have gone horribly, murderously wrong. It will be up to the unlikeliest of sleuths - the inquisitive Lady Eileen 'Bundle' Brent (Mia Mckenna-Bruce) - to unravel a chilling plot that will change her life, cracking wide open the country house mystery. Mia is joined by top British talent, including Helena Bonham Carter as Lady Caterham and Martin Freeman as Battle. Mia says: 'I am thrilled to be part of this new interpretation.' ‌ The Walsh Sisters, BBC1 Novel: Rachel's Holiday and Anybody Out There by Marian Keyes Plot: Irish author Marian's much-loved Walsh family are the focus of this Dublin-set saga, based on two of her books. It follows the lives of sisters Rachel (Caroline Menton), Claire (Danielle Galligan), Maggie (Stefanie Preissner), Helen (Mairead Tyers) and Anna (Louisa Harland) as they navigate their 20s and 30s. A comedy with series topics, expect themes of heartbreak, grief, addiction and parenthood. Marian says: 'I love the scripts, they've really kept the spirit of the books.' ‌ Steve, Netflix ‌ Plot: Cillian Murphy stars in this intense feature-length drama that is based on a book that 'broke his heart'. He plays a headteacher at a college that aims to reform students, with the story taking place over 24 hours. As he and the students try to stop the school facing closure, Steve also struggles with his mental health. The plot also follows Shy, a troubled teenager who is on a self-destructive path. Cillian says: 'I love films that happen in real time, there's immediately an intense pressure on the characters.' A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms, Sky Atlantic ‌ Novel: A Knight Of The Seven Kingdoms novels by George R.R. Martin Plot: Game of Thrones fans, brace yourselves, the world of Westeros is expanding with this second prequel spin-off. Set 100 years before GoT and 100 years after House of the Dragon, this six-parter tells a gentler tale about Ser Duncan the Tall (Peter Claffey) and his squire Egg (Dexter Sol Ansell). It's a lighter series, but author George teases: 'It's still Westeros, so no one is truly safe.'
