Two men, aged 37 and 39, were taken to the hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
According to the Metropolitan Police, eight people were arrested in connection with the incident, including the 39-year-old injured man.
By Saturday, seven of those arrested were charged with causing grievous bodily harm with intent under Section 18 of the Offences Against the Person Act 1861. All are Iranian nationals.
They have been remanded into custody and are scheduled to appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court on Monday, June 23.

Israeli Air Force drops 100 munitions on targets in Tehran as part of deep strikes

Tel Aviv/Tehran, June 23 (UNI) Israeli Air Force fighter jets have dropped over 100 munitions on targets in Tehran in the past two hours, according to the IDF, reports Iran International. The attacks mark the most recent strike by Israeli forces in Iran, as Tel Aviv continues with its campaign of launching deep strikes into Iranian territory, targeting their military installations, state apparatus, communications, and other state machinery. In the latest wave of strikes on Tehran, the IDF says it struck the Thar-Allah Headquarters of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, which is 'tasked with defending Tehran against security threats, including internal threats.' The strikes also targeted the Sayyid al-Shuhada Corps, a part part of the IRGC, which the military says is 'responsible for homeland defence, including the suppression of internal threats such as protests and unrest in Tehran.' Additional strikes in Tehran hit the headquarters of Iran's internal security forces' information security unit. According to the IDF, the unit is 'responsible for monitoring personnel within the internal security forces, and overseeing the control and supervision of information and communications within the organisation.' Israeli Defence Minister, issuing a statement about the attacks said on X: 'In accordance with the directives of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and myself, the IDF is now attacking with unprecedented force regime targets and government repression bodies in the heart of Tehran, including the Basij headquarters, Evin Prison for political prisoners and opponents of the regime, the 'Destruction of Israel' clock in Palestine Square, the internal security headquarters of the Revolutionary Guards, the Ideology Headquarters, and other regime targets. 'For every shot fired at the Israeli home front, the Iranian dictator will be punished and the attacks will continue with full force. We will continue to work to defend the home front and defeat the enemy until all war goals are achieved.'

Iran threatened Trump with sleeper cell attacks in case of US strikes: Report

Iran had warned US President Donald Trump about attacks inside the United States via sleeper cells in case of US strikes on its nuclear sites, according to a report. read more In the days leading up to the 'Operation Midnight Hammer', Iran had warned US President Donald Trump that it could carry out attacks inside the United States via sleeper cells in case of US strikes on its nuclear sites, according to a report. Irrespective of such a threat, the United States on Saturday bombed Iranian nuclear sites at Natanz, Fordow, and Isfahan in Operation Midnight Hammer. As Iran has vowed retaliation, the United States is on alert domestically and abroad as well. STORY CONTINUES BELOW THIS AD NBC News has reported that Iran sent a message to Trump via an intermediary that told him that Iran could activate its sleeper cells inside the United States to carry out terrorist attacks in case of any US strikes inside Iran. The report said the message was conveyed to Trump during the G7 Summit in Canada earlier this month. Trump left the G7 Summit early on June 16 in the wake of the Israel-Iran war. Sleeper cells refer to groups of terrorists or spies integrated in the general population just like any other common persons. These people have regular jobs and live regular lives unless they receive orders by their handlers to carry out operations. Sometimes, they may live regular lives in their communities for several years, even decades, before being activated for operations or being discovered by the country's security agencies. Sleeper cell threat has 'never been higher' A federal law enforcement agency warned on Sunday —the same day the United States bombed Iranian nuclear facilities— that the threat of sleeper cells has 'never been higher'. In a memo reported by NewsNation, the US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) said that the threat of sleeper cells has 'never been higher'. The memo said that 'thousands of Iranian nationals have been documented entering the United States illegally and countless more were likely in the known and unknown got-a-ways'. Separately, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) warned on Sunday that the 'Iran conflict is causing a heightened threat environment in the United States', according to NBC News. The DHS said that there could be an increase in terrorist attacks in the United States 'if Iranian leadership issued a religious ruling calling for retaliatory violence against targets in the Homeland'. The DHS also warned of cyberattacks on US networks and attacks on current and former US government officials whom Iran blames for the assassination top Iranian general Qasem Soleimani, who was killed in 2020 in a US airstrike. Israeli Strike On Iran's Evin Jail 'Irresponsible': French Prisoner's Sister

An Israeli strike on Evin prison in Tehran on Monday is completely irresponsible and puts prisoners "in mortal danger", said Noemie Kohler, the sister of French national Cecile Kohler who is jailed there. Iran's judiciary said Israeli strikes left sections of the facility damaged and Israel's defence minister confirmed the army was targeting it. Cecile Kohler has been held along with her partner Jacques Paris in Evin since May 2022 on espionage charges their families reject. Overall, Iran is believed to hold around 20 European nationals in what some Western governments describe as a strategy of hostage-taking aimed at extracting concessions from the West. Most are held in Evin, a large, heavily fortified complex notorious among activists for rights abuses. It is located in a northern district of the Iranian capital. "This strike is completely irresponsible. Cecile, Jacques and all the prisoners are in mortal danger," Noemie Kohler told AFP. "This is really the worst thing that could have happened," she added. "We have no news, we don't know if they are still alive, we're panicking," Noemie Kohler said. She urged the French authorities to "condemn these extremely dangerous strikes" and secure the release of the French prisoners. She also expressed concern about the risk of "chaos" and "riots". Noemie Kohler has tirelessly campaigned to secure the release of her sister and her sister's partner Jacques Paris. Chirinne Ardakani, a lawyer for the Kohler family, denounced the strikes as "illegal". "The risk of riots, general confusion and reprisals by the security forces against the insurgent prisoners raises fears of bloodshed," she told AFP. "Both sides are playing with people's lives." The Iranian judiciary's website, Mizan Online, said that the prison buildings remained "under control."
