
Missing 61-year-old Riverside County man found after three-day search
A missing 61-year-old man was found safely on Saturday following a three-day search, according to authorities.
The man, who was not publicly identified by the Riverside County Sheriff's Department, was reported missing at around 1 a.m. on Wednesday in the 38000 block of Overton Road in Sage, according to a news release from the department.
"A search operation was immediately launched and continued for three days," said the release.
Crews from RSO and from search and rescue teams from Orange, San Diego and San Bernardino counties joined the efforts, deputies said.
Eventually, the man was found Saturday morning, but deputies did not provide exact details as to where or how he was found. He was found alive and stable and was briefly hospitalized before being reunited with family, the release noted.
"This case is still under investigation and no additional information is being released at this time. The search operation required a temporary closure of the Overton Road area in Sage," the press release said.

A man was arrested after allegedly opening fire on sheriff's deputies in Victorville early Saturday, according to law enforcement officials. The shooting took place about 2 a.m. Saturday at a multi-unit commercial building in the 13800 block of Amargosa Road, according to San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department officials and county records. Deputies responded to the building in response to "multiple wireless 911 calls," the sheriff's department said in a written statement. Authorities say it is possible that Travis Decker, 32, has altered his appearance in order to go undetected by law enforcement. Family of missing Albertville teen offering $3,000 reward for information leading to safe return
ALBERTVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) — The family of Kensleigh Shelton has raised the reward money for information that leads to her safe return. Kesha Holman, Kensleigh's mother, announced on Saturday that the reward money has been raised from $1,200 to $3,000. 15-year-old Kensleigh has been missing since Monday, with few answers about where she is or what happened the night she disappeared. According to family members, Kensleigh was last seen wearing white pajama pants, a pink PCB hoodie and black shoes. She is 5'4 and weighs around 100 pounds. Family members told News 19 that the teen may be traveling in a red Ford F-250 pickup truck with chrome rims, last seen in the area on the night of her disappearance.
