In the preview clip, Maria is shown and heard leaving Gary a message. ‌ She pleads with him, telling him that it's fine if he's decided to extend his visit or has other plans but to make sure he lets her know so they don't wonder what's happened. Calling him out, she says: "It's not on. Call me back when you get this." Liam then asks if she's heard from him but reassures him: "I'm sure he'll be back soon." Liam panics saying: "I thought you said he'd be home last night?" ‌ Maria reassures him again saying: "Yeah I know, maybe he's just like got his days mixed up or he's missed his train.
