EXCLUSIVE Kendall Jenner's 200 calorie breakfast is 'packed with healthy fats that keep her thin'... after accidentally sharing she's a size 2
Kendall Jenner is one of the highest-paid supermodels in the world due in part to her killer figure.
And now the 29-year-old leggy wonder from Calabasas has revealed the very low calorie breakfast she eats to stay so thin.
The reality TV star shared a picture of her healthy morning meal to Instagram on Wednesday.
'The whole plate is about 200 calories,' functional nutritionist Monica Partier tells DailyMail.com as she broke down what the ingredients were. 'It's full of healthy fats that help keep her thin.
'The meal consists of fresh berries like raspberries, strawberries and blackberries that have fiber and vitamins in them. She added Matcha green tea powder, which is an antioxidant and contains vitamin C, chromium, magnesium, selenium and zinc,' added Partier.
'There also a few small nuts which contain healthy fats, and a splash of Greek yogurt which is high in calcium and protein, and supports gut health, and also is a healthy fat.'
On the side was a Golden Milk Latte - a nutrient-rich turmeric coffee beverage that gives the drink its famous golden color - and bowls of oatmeal as she dined on a wood table.
'Turmeric is rich in phytonutrients that may protect the body by neutralizing free radicals and also has anti-inflammatory properties,' added Partier.
Jenner, who stands at 5ft11in, accidentally revealed on her Kardashian Kloset page that she is a size two as she was forced to list the sizes of her old clothing.
She has used her hot body to land a contract with Italian swimwear brand Calzedonia.
Jenner looked her very best in a shoot last year by a swimming pool from photographer Cameron Hammond.
'Across the full collection, shoppers can discover bikini tops and bottoms in a range of styles, including triangle, balconette, Brazilian, and full coverage, as well as swimsuits,' a press release shared.
'Other lines which are part of the Limited Edition collection include: the Black Crystals and White Pearls sub-collections.'
The older sister of Kylie Jenner was modeling the summer line for Calzedonia, an Italian fashion group founded in Verona by Sandro Veronesi in 1986, with over 5,000 shops worldwide as of 2021.
The company called Jenner their 'summer muse' as she made the most of the suit they described as 'shiny satin.'
The cover girl was seen near the ocean as she wore her light brown hair down over her bare shoulders. And in two photos, she had on no top as she used her hand to cover her chest slightly.
In 2023 Kendall insisted that she wants a traditional marriage and three kids, though she admitted she's not ready to settle in an episode of The Kardashians.
While her mother Kris kept not so subtly hinting that she wants Kendall to have a kid, the supermodel insisted that she has 'got this.' Kris tells Kendall that she had a dream about her having a baby, as Kendall asks, 'With who?'
'It wasn't clear who it was with, it was just you had a baby,' Kris says, asking if she'll ever want to have a baby one day.
'Of course. Three max. I'm cool with two, though. I just want my kid to for sure have a sibling, I know that,' Kendall says to Kris.
Kris adds in confession, 'I know we're all different, but me personally, I would love to see Kendall have a baby, and she'd be such a good mommy.'
Kendall responds in confession, 'I swear I got this, and I will give you a grandkid when the time is right and when it all makes sense perfectly.'
Kendall shared, 'I just think about my life and the freedom that I have right now and like the ease in just picking up and going somewhere, I just like that right now.'
She clarified that after having a baby 'Your whole life changes. But I'm also like not gonna do it with just anybody.'
She says she wants a wedding and adds, 'I'm traditional in that sense.'

I'm 28 and I've been married only so I'm like, "We'll see what happens." I'm open to whatevs but I'm not looking for any kind of a partner right now.' Dele Alli cuts a sporty figure as he steps out for some luxury shopping in Milan with mystery Cindy Kimberly lookalike - just weeks after they split
Dele Alli was spotted enjoying a day out in Milan with a mystery woman on Thursday just weeks after splitting from his ex of three years Cindy Kimberly. The former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, 29 - who now plies his trade at Italian outfit Como - and his model ex, 26, confirmed they had called time on their relationship earlier this month. After fans spotted she had deleted a host of pictures of them from her Instagram, Cindy confirmed her and Dele had broken up, telling GSM: 'We've been separate for a little while already.' Just weeks after their split was made public, Dele was spotted strolling around downtown Milan with a mystery companion on Thursday. Clad in an eye-catching light blue Nike tracksuit, Dele enjoyed an afternoon of luxury shopping with the mystery brunette - who looked strikingly similar to his ex Cindy. Joined by a few friends at high-fashion outlets Goyard and Loro Piana, she sported a pair of beige shorts and a white blouse for the outing and covering her eyes with dark shades. While Dele was in Milan, Cindy had jetted off to St. Tropez for a getaway with her pal Chantel Jeffries after her break-up with the footballer. Dele and Cindy first confirmed their romance in 2022 while he was still playing in England for Everton. After signing for Serie A club Como in January in a bid to get his career back on track, Cindy moved out to northern Italy with Dele. They had appeared smitten since relocating, with the Sports Illustrated cover star posting pictures of her and Dele together on multiple occasions. Cindy had been a rock for the footballer, who in 2023 opened up on his traumatic childhood, which included being sexually abused as young as the age of six. She also stood by him as he revealed his addiction to sleeping pills and his mental health issues in an incredibly raw interview with Gary Neville. Rumours of a split however began circulating earlier this month after Cindy deleted a host of pictures of the couple together, including one taken in April of them soaking in the Como sun. A short time later she confirmed the pair's split, telling GSM that they had been apart for some time. Despite moving to Como in an attempt to revitalise his career ahead of next summer's World Cup, things haven't gone as Dele had likely planned since his Italian move. During the ex-Spurs midfielder's only appearance for his new side this season away at AC Milan, he was shown a red card for a reckless challenge on Englishman Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Dele lasted just 10 mins - his only appearance in more than two years - on his debut for Como, with manager Cesc Fabregas lambasting the footballer for his 'grave mistake' post-match. 'Dele Alli is a player who can score goals,' Fabregas told DAZN. 'He perhaps didn't deserve this opportunity because he has only been working with us for two weeks and has a lot to improve. 'It is a grave mistake, one that we should not see from a player of his experience. 'It was a clear red card, there's nothing to be said about that, he left the team down to 10 men during a crucial moment when we were pushing for 2-2. 'That is the most negative thing about this evening, but we keep going.'

New Midjourney AI Video Generator Tested : Transform Your Photos into Videos
What if your favorite still image could suddenly spring to life, telling a story through movement and emotion? With Midjourney's new video model, that vision is no longer a distant dream. This innovative tool takes static images and transforms them into short, dynamic animations, opening up a world of possibilities for creators. But here's the catch: while the technology is undeniably exciting, it's not without its growing pains. From resolution limitations to steep costs, this experimental feature is as much a challenge as it is a breakthrough. So, is it worth diving into this new frontier of image-to-video animation, or does it fall short of its ambitious promise? In this exploration, Thaeyne takes us through the core features of Midjourney's video model, from its automatic and manual animation modes to its creative potential and technical hurdles. You'll discover how this tool can bring your ideas to life, but also where it might leave you frustrated. Whether you're a professional looking to push the boundaries of visual storytelling or an enthusiast curious about the future of animation, this deep dive will help you decide if this experimental technology is the right fit for your creative ambitions. The question is: how far are you willing to go to turn stillness into motion? Midjourney Video Model Overview Core Features: How the Video Model Works Midjourney's video model focuses exclusively on image-to-video animation, deliberately excluding text-to-video capabilities for now. It offers two distinct animation modes, each catering to different user needs: Automatic Mode: This mode applies predefined motion patterns to your image, making it a quick and accessible option for generating animations without requiring advanced input. This mode applies predefined motion patterns to your image, making it a quick and accessible option for generating animations without requiring advanced input. Manual Mode: For users seeking greater control, this mode enables you to define specific movements, allowing for tailored animations that align with your creative vision. Additionally, the tool provides two motion intensity settings—low and high. The low-motion setting generates subtle, realistic animations, ideal for maintaining a natural look. In contrast, the high-motion setting creates more dynamic and dramatic effects, though it can sometimes result in exaggerated or unnatural movements. Despite these options, the model occasionally encounters motion errors, particularly when operating in high-motion mode, which can detract from the overall quality of the animation. Watch this video on YouTube. Access and Cost: What You Need to Know The video model is currently accessible only through Midjourney's web portal, with no integration into Discord. While this web-based approach may simplify navigation for some users, it limits accessibility for those accustomed to Discord-based workflows, which have been a hallmark of Midjourney's other tools. Cost is another critical consideration. Video generation is significantly more expensive than image creation, costing approximately eight times as much. For frequent users, the Pro subscription tier, priced at $60 per month, includes a 'relaxed mode' that allows for unlimited video generation. However, for casual users or those experimenting with the tool, the high costs may present a barrier to regular use, making it less accessible for non-professional projects. Midjourney Video AI Mode Watch this video on YouTube. Below are more guides on Midjourney from our extensive range of articles. Technical Specifications and Limitations The videos produced by Midjourney's model are short, typically ranging between 5 and 20 seconds in length. The resolution is capped at 480p, which may not meet the standards required for professional or high-quality projects. To achieve higher resolutions, you'll need to rely on external upscaling tools such as Cupscale or Topaz, adding additional steps to your workflow and increasing the time and effort required to finalize a project. The tool performs best when animating single-subject images, where it can effectively bring static visuals to life. However, it struggles with more complex scenarios, such as: Animating multiple faces, which often results in inaccuracies or distorted movements. Generating realistic facial expressions or achieving precise lip-syncing, which remains unreliable. These limitations underscore the experimental nature of the tool and its current inability to handle intricate visual elements effectively. As such, it is better suited for simpler projects that do not require high levels of detail or precision. User Experience: Opportunities and Challenges The video model encourages creative experimentation, allowing you to explore a variety of prompts and animation styles. This flexibility can lead to unique and visually engaging results, particularly for single-subject animations. However, the user experience is not without its challenges. For example: Downloading videos can be cumbersome due to limited resolution options and the absence of streamlined export features, which complicates the workflow. The tool's performance can be inconsistent, especially when handling complex prompts or operating in high-motion settings, leading to mixed results. Despite these hurdles, early feedback has been largely positive, particularly regarding the tool's ability to create smooth and visually appealing animations for simpler projects. This suggests that, even in its current experimental phase, the video model holds significant creative potential for users willing to navigate its complexities. Future Potential and Current Suitability Midjourney's video model represents a promising step forward in the realm of image-to-video animation, offering you a novel way to bring static images to life. Its creative possibilities are undeniable, but the tool's current limitations—such as low resolution, high costs, and technical challenges—highlight its experimental status. As the technology evolves, future updates may address these shortcomings, potentially improving resolution, reducing costs, and enhancing the tool's ability to handle complex animations. For now, the video model is best suited for users who are willing to embrace its experimental nature and explore its potential for innovative visual storytelling. Whether you are a professional seeking to push creative boundaries or an enthusiast experimenting with new tools, this feature offers a glimpse into the future of animation technology.
