Dele Alli cuts a sporty figure as he steps out for some luxury shopping in Milan with mystery Cindy Kimberly lookalike - just weeks after they split

Dele Alli was spotted enjoying a day out in Milan with a mystery woman on Thursday just weeks after splitting from his ex of three years Cindy Kimberly. The former Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, 29 - who now plies his trade at Italian outfit Como - and his model ex, 26, confirmed they had called time on their relationship earlier this month. After fans spotted she had deleted a host of pictures of them from her Instagram, Cindy confirmed her and Dele had broken up, telling GSM: 'We've been separate for a little while already.' Just weeks after their split was made public, Dele was spotted strolling around downtown Milan with a mystery companion on Thursday. Clad in an eye-catching light blue Nike tracksuit, Dele enjoyed an afternoon of luxury shopping with the mystery brunette - who looked strikingly similar to his ex Cindy. Joined by a few friends at high-fashion outlets Goyard and Loro Piana, she sported a pair of beige shorts and a white blouse for the outing and covering her eyes with dark shades. While Dele was in Milan, Cindy had jetted off to St. Tropez for a getaway with her pal Chantel Jeffries after her break-up with the footballer. Dele and Cindy first confirmed their romance in 2022 while he was still playing in England for Everton. After signing for Serie A club Como in January in a bid to get his career back on track, Cindy moved out to northern Italy with Dele. They had appeared smitten since relocating, with the Sports Illustrated cover star posting pictures of her and Dele together on multiple occasions. Cindy had been a rock for the footballer, who in 2023 opened up on his traumatic childhood, which included being sexually abused as young as the age of six. She also stood by him as he revealed his addiction to sleeping pills and his mental health issues in an incredibly raw interview with Gary Neville. Rumours of a split however began circulating earlier this month after Cindy deleted a host of pictures of the couple together, including one taken in April of them soaking in the Como sun. A short time later she confirmed the pair's split, telling GSM that they had been apart for some time. Despite moving to Como in an attempt to revitalise his career ahead of next summer's World Cup, things haven't gone as Dele had likely planned since his Italian move. During the ex-Spurs midfielder's only appearance for his new side this season away at AC Milan, he was shown a red card for a reckless challenge on Englishman Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Dele lasted just 10 mins - his only appearance in more than two years - on his debut for Como, with manager Cesc Fabregas lambasting the footballer for his 'grave mistake' post-match. 'Dele Alli is a player who can score goals,' Fabregas told DAZN. 'He perhaps didn't deserve this opportunity because he has only been working with us for two weeks and has a lot to improve. 'It is a grave mistake, one that we should not see from a player of his experience. 'It was a clear red card, there's nothing to be said about that, he left the team down to 10 men during a crucial moment when we were pushing for 2-2. 'That is the most negative thing about this evening, but we keep going.'

How to find the perfect DD+ dress for summer Looking for the perfect summer dress to fit your bigger bust? Deputy Fashion Editor Abby McHale has the perfect solution. Looking for the perfect summer dress to fit your bigger bust? Deputy Fashion Editor Abby McHale has the perfect solution. Finding a dress that flatters your bigger bust can be hard, often dresses can leave your bra showing, squash your bust and just be ill fitting in general. However, there are a few things you can look out for that will make dress shopping easier. A V-neck is a really flattering neckline as it gives your chest some more space, however, don't discount a square neck also, not only is this a trendy neckline, but will also give your bust the room it needs. Empire line fits are also super flattering, you just need to make sure they fall underneath the bottom of your bra, that way your bust will sit nicely before the rest of the dress skims your body. Wrap style dresses are also a great option but just make sure to look for an added popper detail, so that you don't have to use a safety pin to hold the dress in place and stop your bra from showing. Extra shirring detail on the back will also give the dress more room for stretch around your chest. And if you're looking for a backless dress then make sure there is one with a tie detail at the back that means you can still wear a bra. If all that sounds like something you're interested in then here at Fabulous we have created a collection specifically designed for DD+ boobs that ticks all of these boxes. Check it out here at

I'm TV's Queen of Clean & swear by 1p Tesco bargain to stop your bins from smelling in hot weather

The QUEEN of Clean has revealed the 1p Tesco hack she swears by to stop your bin from stinking during hot weather. Britain has been baking in blistering heat this week, with the Met Office predicting sunny days to be twice as likely as usual this summer. 3 And whilst the hot weather is a welcome treat for tan-happy Brits, it also comes with its fair share of downsides. Balmy temperatures can often lead to household bins smelling, as leftover foods decompose quicker, leading to unpleasant odours. Thankfully, Lynsey Crombie, known for her appearances on ITV 's This Morning has revealed that you can banish unwanted stenches from your bin simply by using a 1p hack. The Queen of Clean revealed that she relies on Cif Infinite All in One Cleaner Spray to carry out the essential household task. "A spray under the lid and around the rim helps tackle bad smells, fast", the cleaning whizz revealed. The Cif product is currently on sale at Tesco, Sainsbury's and Waitrose for £4 for a 280 ml bottle. According to Cif, each bottle contains 2800 sprays, meaning that each spray costs just 1p. And it's not only bins that can be cleaned with the budget-friendly cleaning spray. Lynsey also relies on the spray to clean her toilet lid, seat and base. "It's easy to forget the bits you don't see - like the base of your loo", she said. Lynsey Queen of Clean shares her tips on how to get rid of ants "A quick spray around the seat, lid and base gives a hygienic clean that keeps working long after you flush." The spray is also perfect for giving your smelly car a quick refresh. "Car smelling a bit… lived in?", Lynsey said. "Lightly mist the seats or floor mats to cut through odours (always spot-test first!). 10 Grossest Areas People Forget to Clean By Danielle Mason, who has 20 years of experience Under and Behind the Fridge Crumbs, dust, and spills accumulate over time, attracting pests and creating bad odours. Shower Curtain & Liner These collect mildew and soap scum but are often overlooked. Wash or replace them regularly to keep your bathroom fresh. Toothbrush Holder One of the germiest places in the bathroom, filled with bacteria and toothpaste residue. Rinse and disinfect it weekly. Dishwasher Filter Food particles and grease build up, leading to unpleasant smells and reduced efficiency. Remove and clean the filter every few weeks. Washing Machine Seal The rubber gasket traps mould, mildew, and detergent buildup. Wipe it down with white vinegar and leave the door open to air dry. Light Switches and Remote Controls Touched daily but rarely cleaned, making them germ hotspots. Wipe them down with disinfectant regularly. Under the Sofa Cushions Crumbs, dust, and even lost items hide in the cracks. Remove the cushions and vacuum thoroughly. Kitchen Sink & Plughole Food residue builds up, causing bad odours. Pour boiling water, bicarbonate of soda, and vinegar down the drain to freshen it. Ceiling Fans Dust piles up on the blades and gets redistributed into the air when turned on. Use a microfibre cloth or pillowcase to clean them easily. Doormats They trap dirt and bacteria from shoes but are rarely washed or vacuumed. Shake them out weekly and deep clean them every month. Head to her Instagram pages for more cleaning information @ missmasoncleaning @ daniellemasonuk "It leaves a fresh, clean scent without any scrubbing." And Lynsey also swears by the cleaning spray for keeping bathroom taps and chrome fixtures sparkling. "This spray brings back the shine to taps, shower heads and metal handles. "Say goodbye to water spots and fingerprints!" Finally, the cleaning pro explained that the spray is her secret weapon for the family sofa. "Fabric sofas take a lot of daily wear", she said. "Between deep cleans, you can mist over cushions to keep things fresh and inviting."
