On June 13, one person died and two were injured after a shooting at a restaurant in Brickfields, Kuala Lumpur.

Johor cops probe Singapore-registered car for driving against traffic on expressway, Singapore News

In a statement on Sunday (June 22), Kota Tinggi police chief Superintendent Yusof Othman said the incident is believed to have occurred at around 11.31am on Saturday. The cafe called an ambulance and ushered the tourists inside. The boy's mother told Mothership that "it all happened in a split second" and her son quickly broke into tears and vomited.
