On This Morning, Kate Lawler had an unfortunate mishap with a hammock during a live TV segment. The former Big Brother star was on the ITV programme presenting the latest competition details to viewers. Wishing "good luck indeed" to the audience, she attempted to take a seat on the hammock and ended up tumbling off as soon as she tried to sit down.
Despite the fall, Kate remained dedicated to engaging with viewers, declaring "what a better way to enjoy the sunshine" while attempting, albeit unsuccessfully, to remount the unwieldy hammock.
Towards the conclusion of the video, we see Kate finally mastering the hammock, triumphantly stating, "I did it".
Yet, shortly after her victory, Kate revealed that she had inadvertently injured her ankle in the process, humorously requesting an espresso martini from a member of the crew.
Cat Deeley and Ben Shephard, the show's presenters, couldn't hold back their laughter upon witnessing Kate's comical struggle.
In completely different news, Kate recently confessed to her followers about breaking the rules. Sharing on Instagram, Kate recounted how she found herself at odds with a neighbour as a result of a shed alteration, reports the Mirror.

After being displeased with the "garish blue" colour of her neighbour's shed, she took it upon herself to paint the part facing her property black, leading to her neighbour's strong disapproval, even though Kate is the only one who actually sees the offending shed.
She confessed: "Why do I always get myself in these situations? I'm in trouble with my neighbour for painting the back of their bright blue, garish, shed a different colour. Won't be doing it again as in hindsight I know I should have asked first, but I didn't think it would be a big deal given that they can't see it?"
The TV personality then sought advice from her followers, questioning whether she was in the wrong and if she "needed to buy flowers".
She asked: "It has made me wonder though... Would you be annoyed if you discovered the back of your shed (which you couldn't see) had been painted by the neighbour whose garden backed on to yours?
"Have you had a similar fall out with your neighbour? Basically, am I a******e and should I buy them flowers and a box of milk tray to apologise?"
Her post elicited responses from fellow celebrities, including This Morning's Lisa Snowdon who simply replied: "Oops" accompanied by a see-no-evil emoji.

Another follower advised: "Honestly .. you should have asked and she should have said yes", while another quipped: "Id love it! ..you're the famous Kate Lawler! That's like having a Banksy on your shed."

Kate first shot to fame in 2002 after winning Big Brother. She has previously expressed gratitude for her decision to participate in the show, attributing her successful career to it.

Just a week prior, Jesy shared the uplifting news that her baby twins had made it to their family home for the first time. The ex-Little Mix vocalist introduced her daughters, named Ocean Jade Nelson-Foster and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster, to the world on May 18. The little ones came prematurely, born at just over 31 weeks, amidst a risk-laden pregnancy troubled by twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome. Tubes and masks in the way with people poking and prodding them, it breaks your heart into a million pieces." Jesy, known for her hit 'Black Magic', couldn't hide her elation when her children were finally reunited after their treatments. She went on to say: "Having them reunited for the first time ever today was the most magical feeling I will never be able to describe. The strongest little girls I've ever known who really do have the most inspiring story to tell." The former Little Mix star, Jesy, and 25 year old musician Zion have been in an intermittent relationship since January 2022. Throughout Jesy's pregnancy and hospitalisation, Zion has been a constant source of support by her side. In early May, the couple sparked rumours of a secret wedding when Zion posted a series of black and white snaps on social media, showing him and Jesy grinning and chuckling together in bed. Jesy fuelled speculation by commenting "My husband" beneath the photos, which sent fans into a frenzy of excitement.
