Jacobs became an integral part of the team's offense, playing all 17 games and helping Green Bay reach the postseason.
The former Las Vegas Raiders back tallied an impressive 1,329 rushing yards on 301 attempts, achieving the second-best yards total in his career.
He also scored 15 rushing touchdowns, the most he's ever had in six seasons, showing he is a valuable component on the field for quarterback Jordan Love to hand off to or throw to.

However, he could have had even better stats last season if his team hadn't cost him so much during games.
An NFL report arrived on Friday the 13th, which some believe is an unlucky day on the calendar. Based on the NFL's data, Jacobs led the league in a "bad luck" stat last season.

The star running back had the most rushing yards negated by penalties, 94, although that isn't necessarily Jacobs' fault, as Packers teammates were also responsible. He also had three touchdowns taken away due to penalties, tied for the most in the NFL.
It's also worth noting that Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Johnson was right behind Jacobs with 87 rushing yards negated by penalties.
Despite the unfortunate stat hindrance, Jacobs still had a healthy and significant season in his Packers debut, finishing fifth amongst running backs for total rushing yards last season.
Let's not forget, he also caught 36 passes for 342 receiving yards and a touchdown. His skills after a catch were on full display in a highlight against the Dolphins on Sunday Night Football.
The good news is there's a new season ahead, with the Packers ready to push beyond than the Wild Card Playoffs.

In his seventh NFL season, a talented and powerful back like Jacobs could perform better than he did in 2024. However, his teammates should really cut down on those penalties to help him progress in Green Bay.

New York Giants the top 'wallet-friendly experience' in NFL, poll shows
Based on a recent poll, the New York Giants offer the most "wallet-friendly experience" for fans among the 32 franchises in the NFL. The folks at Hard Rock Bet analyzed the "Fan Cost Index" from 1991 to 2024 to identify the most generous owners and franchises across all four major North American sports leagues. The Giants topped the list as the most wallet-friendly NFL franchise. The NFL's New York Giants are owned by John Mara and Steve Tisch. These two owners have kept prices low, too, as the Fan Cost Index was $151.80 in 1991, $629.62 in 2015, and only $655.06 in 2024, which is only a 4% increase over nine years. The data found that the New York Giants are: These are surprisingly reasonable numbers for a franchise located in a big market. The late Wellington Mara considered fans as "customers" and was always conscious of providing them with the best possible bargain he could. His heirs have kept that tradition in place. For the record, the top-5 most wallet-friendly teams were the Miami Marlins (MLB), Vancouver Canucks (NHL), Washington Wizards (NBA), Miami Heat (NBA), and Minnesota Twins (MLB).

PFF rank Steelers among bottom-five NFL teams in one key area
The Black and Gold faithful aren't the only ones aware of Pittsburgh's poor receiving corps heading into 2025 — as Pro Football Focus ranked the Steelers' unit near the very bottom of the NFL. PFF's Trevor Sikkema recently ranked NFL teams' receiving corps — and the Steelers came in at No. 29: "The Steelers traded for D.K. Metcalf in the offseason but then shipped off George Pickens," Sikkema said. "That profiles as only a slight upgrade for a team that finished 20th in PFF receiving grade in 2024. Pittsburgh should get more out of second-year receiver Roman Wilson, who was largely injured last season, and the backfield combination of Jaylen Warren and Kenneth Gainwell brings some third-down, pass-catching ability." Acquiring Metcalf to trade away Pickens was definitely a head-scratcher, but one that was seemingly explained by ESPN insider Jeremy Fowler, who argued Aaron Rodgers' impending arrival played a role in the move. Still, the Steelers are clearly in need of some additional pass catchers — but who and when remain a complete mystery for Pittsburgh. Panthers Receive Unfortunate Update on Sam Bennett Future
Panthers Receive Unfortunate Update on Sam Bennett Future originally appeared on Athlon Sports. The Florida Panthers are fully focused on winning the 2025 Stanley Cup Final against the Edmonton Oilers. Florida is currently tied 1-1 with Edmonton in the series, as Games 3 and 4 get set to begin. Advertisement But behind the scenes, the front office of the Panthers is preparing for a massive offseason. Florida has some key free agents about to hit the market, and it could impact how the roster looks next season. One of those players is star center Sam Bennett, who has been putting together a special run in the postseason this year. Bennett has scored 13 goals and put in six assists over 19 playoff games for Florida this season. Most around the NHL believe Bennett will stay in Florida, but anytime a player hits free agency, things can get complicated. NHL insiders Pierre LeBrun and Chris Johnston of The Athletic hint that there is a chance Bennett departs from the Panthers this summer. "While Bennett is believed to have strong interest in signing a new deal with the Panthers, the unprecedented nature of his situation could lead to a difficult business decision in the next few weeks. The 28-year-old is fresh off his first career 50-point regular season but has shown tremendous value in the playoffs that will see him paid well beyond your typical 50-point producer.", the NHL insiders wrote.
