Zara Larsson wants to collaborate with Tate McRae
Zara Larsson would love to do a 'joint album' with Tate McRae.
The 27-year-old Swedish pop star - who is supporting Tate on her Miss Possessive tour in North America and South America - thinks the Greedy hitmaker is "so talented" and would be up for collaborating with her.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at Capital's Summertime Ball with Barclaycard at Wembley Stadium in London on Sunday (15.06.25), Zara said: "I would love to collaborate with Tate.
"What if we like do this [Summertime Ball] on tour and make a joint album?
"I really would [love to collaborate with Tate]. I think she's so talented."
Tate's "danceable" tunes have motivated Zara to get into a dance studio and practice her choreography for the Miss Possessive Tour.
Zara - who performed her much-loved hits, including Symphony and Never Forget You, at Summertime Ball - said: "I love her music, I love the fact it's so danceable, and it's something that inspires me a lot.
"So I'm definitely going to be getting into the dance studio and rehearsing for the tour."
Tate - who sang the likes of Greedy and Revolving Door at Summertime Ball - and Zara first shot to fame by taking part in TV talent shows.
Zara won the second season of Talang, the Swedish version of the Got Talent franchise in 2008, and fears being a judge on talent shows might make her mean.
The Lush Life singer responded when asked if she would like to be a judge: "Never say never. Maybe I would be a judge on a show like that. I think that would be quite fun.
"But I like to be nice. I don't want to tell anyone they're not good. So, I would just be the positive one, probably."
Zara encourages aspiring singers to utilise the power of social media to get themselves out there.
Offering her advice to young talent, she shared: "I would just say, if you have the dreams, you can do it. Like literally, especially now because there are so many platforms where you could express your music, or your style, or your opinions, and who you are.
"So really use those platforms because - I mean, that's like my label's number one marketing thing; they're like, 'Post a TikTok.'
"And I'm like, 'OK! I guess.' So, you've just got to put yourself out there and don't be shy. And to really surround yourself with people who care about you, I would say is very important."

Lola Young to release new album I'm Only F****** Myself in September
Lola Young will release her third studio album, I'm Only F****** Myself, on September 19. The Messy hitmaker has announced her next studio effort alongside the new single, Not Like That Anymore, "a fist-in-the-air anthem built for shouting back at the world", set for release on Friday (20.06.25). A press release notes that: "Lola's upcoming third album encapsulates emotional and musical growth. It's a bright, touching body of work that often dives into the dark and raw but is counterbalanced by Lola's uncompromising attitude, unafraid to get candid with exactly how she feels." It continued: "I'm Only F****** Myself explores themes of self-sabotage, using vices like sex and drugs as a form of escapism, which can quickly turn into nihilism." Fans have already heard the infectious earworm, One Thing. I'm Only F****** Myself follows 2024's Top 20 LP This Wasn't Meant for You Anyway. The 24-year-old star has been racking up awards and was honoured with the ASCAP Vanguard Award in recognition of her growing list of achievements on June 17. The ASCAP accolade followed Lola receiving the Rising Star Award at this year's Ivor Novellos. Meanwhile, Lola recently suffered a technical glitch when her earpiece malfunctioned during her performance of Messy at Capital's Summertime Ball. The star was praised by fellow pop star RAYE, who commented on a TikTok of the viral moment: "Sound travel[s] slowly, especially across a venue this big. "Like a 3 second difference from it coming out of speakers to reaching the other side of the stadium, without in ears or a floor monitor, it is almost impossible to sing in time or pitch yourself !! "Lola you're doing amazing! So proud of you. (sic)"

At Royal Ascot, an Australian designer continues her winning streak
Gambling at Royal Ascot in the UK takes place beyond the betting ring, with designers keeping a close watch on Princess Catherine and other members of the royal family as they set the tone for styles and sales in the coming months. 'When a member of the royal family wears your clothes, it has a direct impact on sales in the UK and beyond,' says Australian designer Rebecca Vallance. On day one of Royal Ascot, Vallance was a surprise winner when Zara Tindall wore a collared midi dress in pale blue, with a fitted empire bodice and contrasting lace from a recent collection. 'The great thing with the royal family is that they don't just wear the dresses once,' Vallance says. 'They wear them again and again.' Tindall first wore the suitably modest dress, paired this time with a pink hat from Sarah Cant millinery, at Magic Millions on the Gold Coast in January. With Princess Catherine absent from Royal Ascot, Tindall was the focus for fashion watchers, alongside Princess Beatrice in a matching pink and white tweed blouse and skirt from Beulah London. The gingham check drew comparisons with a Catherine Walker coat dress worn by the late Princess Diana at a Thanksgiving service at St Paul's Cathedral in October 1990. Last month, Beatrice wore a fitted black Rebecca Vallance dress with diamante bows to an event in New York and a red brocade dress by the designer to a conservation event in London. 'These relationships happen over time, directly or through the stylists of members of the royal family,' says Vallance. 'The great thing is that these incredible women are so down to earth and know what suits them and the occasion. They are also great supporters of fashion. Zara was there when I launched in Harrods in 2023 and Princess Beatrice attended the launch of my Nicky Hilton capsule collection in London last year.' Queen Camilla looked further afield than London – but closer to home than Australia – with a mint green coat dress from Paris fashion house Dior. Along with a matching Philip Treacy hat and Chanel pumps, the outfit was completed by the 18.8-carat heart-shaped Cullinan V brooch.
