2026 Audi Q3: What We Know So Far
Overview
Audi's Q3 subcompact SUV has been a success in the U.S., and the 2026 Q3 appears poised to build on that popularity. Essentially a mini-me of the bestselling Q5, the Q3 tees off against the BMW X1 and Mercedes-Benz GLA-class, but has traditionally trailed both in the muscle department. Despite this, the Q3 carries on with the tried-and-true 228-hp 2.0-liter turbo-four and eight-speed automatic transmission. Otherwise, it features new styling inside and out, a revised suspension, and updated tech. The advanced headlights utilize Audi's micro-LED technology which allows for an aerodynamic design that complements the new exterior.
What's New for 2026?
In addition to the new bodywork, interior, and headlight technology, the Audi Q3 sees an updated standard suspension and a newly available upgraded suspension with adaptive dampers.
Pricing and Which One to Buy
The price of the 2026 Audi Q3 is expected to start around $42,000 and go up to $44,000 depending on the trim and options.

Audi hasn't released Q3 pricing for the U.S. yet, but we expect the 2026 Q3 to enter our market with modest increases over the current pricing. We'll update this section as soon as Audi releases more information.
Engine, Transmission, and Performance
When the Q3 hits North American showrooms, it'll be powered by the brand's trusty turbocharged 2.0-liter four-cylinder. Rated for 228 horsepower and 251 pound-feet of torque, it mates with an eight-speed automatic transmission. This should provide similar performance to the outgoing model, as the powertrain is unchanged for the new model. It's worth noting that the European market will have a choice of two hybrids and a diesel engine as well, and it's possible one of the hybrids may become available Stateside at some point in the future.

2026 Audi Q3 Gets Sharper Styling, High-Tech Cabin
Interior, Comfort, and Cargo
The interior features a host of changes intended to improve functionality and create a welcoming environment. The shifter has been moved to a steering wheel stalk to create additional storage in the console, acoustically laminated glass joins the option list, and numerous interior illumination themes are on offer. Many different trims are available, such as sustainably sourced wood and recycled fabrics for the upholstery and floor mats. Rear cargo room is down slightly to a claimed 20 cubic feet with the rear seat in place (previously 24 cubes), but with the rear seat folded it matches the outgoing Q3's 48 cubic feet.

Infotainment and Connectivity
A new panoramic display combines an 11.9-inch instrument panel with a 12.8-inch infotainment screen to create a slightly curved, driver-focused cockpit. Built on Android Auto OS technology, it allows the integration of third-party apps such as YouTube directly without the need for a connected smartphone. AI-enhanced voice recognition aims to streamline voice commands, and an available 420-watt, 12-speaker Sonos audio system keeps the tunes flowing.
Safety and Driver-Assistance Features
Standard kit includes parking assistance, lane-keep warning, front cross-traffic alert with accident avoidance, and automatic emergency braking. Adaptive cruise control with lane-change assist is available, as is parking assist with a "trainable" parking feature that remembers the parameters of your regular parking spot and allows the car to park and embark automatically on demand.
Warranty and Maintenance Coverage
Audi's standard warranty package is nothing special, and both its limited and powertrain warranties match those offered by BMW and Mercedes-Benz. Some rivals offer more value here with longer powertrain coverage; the BMW X1 offers three years or 36,000 miles of complimentary scheduled maintenance.

LONG POND, Pa. (AP) — Dale Earnhardt Jr. might already be NASCAR's most popular crew chief. He's certainly an undefeated one. Pressed into unexpected service, Earnhardt called the shots for 18-year-old prospect Connor Zilisch in the No. 88 Chevrolet and they landed in victory lane Saturday in the second-tier Xfinity Series race at Pocono Raceway. 'We had a lot of things going our way,' Earnhardt said. Earnhardt — who won NASCAR's most-popular driver award 15 times — made a pit stop from his day job as team owner at JR Motorsports with normal crew chief Mardy Lindley suspended one race because of a lug nut infraction this month at Nashville. Aside from his duties as team owner, Earnhardt also was at Pocono for his role on the Prime broadcast for the NASCAR Cup Series race Sunday. 'Lot of fun for me today,' Earnhardt said. 'I missed the thrill of competition. I love broadcast, don't get me wrong. But nothing compares to driving or just being part of the team. Being an owner doesn't really deliver like this. This is a lot of fun.' Earnhardt had his wife and two young daughters in tow with him as he made the celebratory walk to victory lane. Oldest daughter Isla Rose clutched the checkered flag while youngest Nicole Lorraine soaked in the scene from her dad's arms. The win continued a banner season for the NASCAR Hall of Fame driver — who swept two races at Pocono as a driver in 2014 — after JR Motorsports and reigning Xfinity Series champion Justin Allgaier qualified for the season-opening Daytona 500 and secured their Cup Series debut. Earnhardt won two Daytona 500s, in 2004 and 2014, and 26 races overall. His side hustle Saturday was made a bit easier with Zilisch behind the wheel. Zilisch, who turns 19 in July, raced to his second Xfinity victory of the season and third of his young career. He won his Xfinity debut last year at Watkins Glen International. Earnhardt even pitched in during the race and tossed tires over the wall during pit stops. Zilisch took the win down to the wire and finally passed Jesse Love with five laps left in the race. Dan Ives' new artificial intelligence exchange-traded fund (ETF) holds securities beyond the Magnificent 7 stocks, as he believes in looking past valuations for investments in the technology sector. What Happened: The Dan IVES Wedbush AI Revolution ETF (NYSE:IVES), managed by the Wedbush analyst, started trading on June 4, earlier this month. Ives boasts of the fund by saying that it just doesn't have the top four, five Magnificent 7 names, but stocks which investors wouldn't even thematically consider as an AI name today. "I believe the market is still massively underestimating what the growth is going to look like for the AI revolution in tech," he told CNBC. The ETF has $183 million in assets under management as of June 17 close. Ives said that the AI space was experiencing a "golden age." The Dan IVES Wedbush AI Revolution ETF has risen by 2.76% since its inception. A comparable index, S&P Kensho Global Artificial Intelligence Enablers, rose 6.08% on a month-to-date basis. Meanwhile, the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (NYSE:SPY) and Invesco QQQ Trust ETF (NASDAQ:QQQ), which track the S&P 500 index and Nasdaq 100 index, respectively, declined slightly on Wednesday.
