Aasif Sheikh and Geetanjali Mishra on how Yoga changed the lives of these actors
Yoga has long been a source of balance and healing for many, offering a path to physical, emotional, and mental well-being. On this International Yoga Day, artists share how this ancient practice has positively impacted their lives, hoping to inspire others to embrace its benefits. These include Geetanjali Mishra (Rajesh from Happu Ki Ultan Paltan) and Aasif Sheikh (Vibhuti Narayan Mishra from Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai). Geetanjali Mishra, who plays Rajesh in Happu Ki Ultan Paltan, shares, "Yoga has been a transformative force in my life, especially during emotionally trying times. I used to battle stress-induced overeating, particularly after demanding shooting schedules. Introducing Paschimottanasana (Seated Forward Bend) into my routine helped soothe my nervous system and curb emotional cravings. Another go-to for me is Nadi Shodhana Pranayama (Alternate Nostril Breathing), which acts like a reset button, instantly calming and grounding. These practices have brought mindfulness into my life, helping me become more attuned to my body and emotions. To me, yoga is more than just physical exercise; it's a powerful form of therapy that nurtures inner well-being." Aasif Sheikh, who portrays Vibhuti Narayan Mishra in Bhabiji Ghar Par Hai, adds, "In our line of work, mental and emotional balance is as important as physical fitness. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like 5 Dividend Stocks With Strong Ratings Seeking Alpha Read Now Undo Yoga has been my anchor in this fast-paced world. Lauren Gottlieb just set the bar for bridal fashion with her Tuscan wedding look
Lauren Gottlieb and Tobias Jones celebrated their marriage in a dreamy Tuscan ceremony. Lauren wore a romantic off-the-shoulder mermaid gown with delicate lace and beadwork. The celebration included a live singer, a champagne tower, and fireworks set to Coldplay, creating a heartfelt and stylish event that balanced glamour and ease. If you've ever daydreamed about getting married under the Tuscan sun, Lauren Gottlieb just brought that fantasy to life -flawlessly. The dancer and actor tied the knot with longtime partner Tobias Jones in a stunning, intimate ceremony in Italy, and let's just say, every detail felt like a scene from a romance film. But of course, all eyes were on the bride and Lauren's look did not disappoint. Lauren walked down the aisle in a dreamy off-the-shoulder gown that managed to be both romantic and modern. The dress featured a deep neckline and a perfectly fitted mermaid silhouette that showed off her shape without being over the top. The real magic, though, was in the details: lace embroidery, delicate beadwork, subtle sequins, and floral threadwork that added texture and shimmer in all the right places. A soft tulle overlay and a gentle train gave the whole look that floaty, princess-like touch we all secretly love. She kept the rest of her look clean and elegant. Lauren wore white pumps, silver rings on both hands, and a pair of simple drop earrings that added just a bit of sparkle. Her bouquet? Classic white roses, timeless and fresh. Her hair was styled in a relaxed half-up, half-down 'do, parted in the center and topped with a sheer tulle veil that flowed behind her. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Perdagangkan CFD Emas dengan Broker Tepercaya IC Markets Mendaftar Undo As for makeup, she nailed the glowing bridal look: flushed cheeks, rosy-pink lips, long lashes, and that soft, dewy finish that photographs like a dream. Tobias, who works as a director and video creator, kept it sharp in a black tuxedo with a white shirt, black bow tie, and a single corsage on his lapel. Simple, classic, and totally in sync with Lauren's effortlessly elegant vibe. Though the setting was incredibly chic, the celebration itself felt heartfelt and relaxed. The couple kept it small and meaningful with close family and friends. There was a live singer serenading Lauren as she walked down the aisle, a very photogenic champagne tower, and the evening ended with fireworks set to Coldplay's 'A Sky Full of Stars.' (Yes, really. We're emotional.) Lauren's wedding style was the perfect balance of glamour and ease, classic but not boring, romantic without being overdone. She looked confident, radiant, and completely herself. Lauren Gottlieb raises the temperature in cyberspace with her beautiful pictures If you're gathering inspiration for your own wedding or just love a good bridal moment, this one's worth saving.
