Apoorva Mukhija, popularly known as Rebel Kid, has found herself at the center of multiple controversies ever since her appearance on Samay Raina's India's Got Latent. From being evicted from her home after police visits to receiving disturbing threats and facing off with co-contestant Uorfi Javed on The Traitors, the influencer's reality TV stint has spiraled into a series of real-life challenges.
In a new interview with Mashable India, Apoorva revealed that she was asked to vacate her home after cops arrived to serve a notice related to an FIR. The building management used it as justification for not renting to single women, making her feel she was blamed for 'evacuating feminism' from the building.
In a vlog shared in April following the controversy, Apoorva revealed she couldn't return home due to safety concerns, as her address had become public.
She received disturbing threats, including graphic messages of sexual violence and acid attacks, leaving her fearful for her life.
Apoorva Mukhija, currently seen on The Traitors, played a key role in eliminating the show's first traitor,
Raj Kundra
. However, drama soon followed as she had an off-camera showdown with co-contestant Uorfi Javed. In a vlog, Apoorva said the clash began while she was quietly crying alone, sparking an ongoing feud.
Uorfi Javed has now hit back at Apoorva Mukhija, claiming their fight on The Traitors was scripted. In a social media post, Uorfi alleged the entire incident was 'planned' and said she felt misrepresented by Apoorva's exaggerated version. She also accused Apoorva of making hurtful remarks off-camera, which led to her angry reaction.

Sudhanshu Pandey slams Apoorva Mukhija for 'highly inappropriate' tone towards Ashish Vidyarthi: ‘Jab aapki zubaan kharaab ho jaaye na...'
Anupamaa actor Sudhanshu Pandey has called out influencer Apoorva Mukhija, popularly known as The Rebel Kid, for her dismissive comment about veteran actor Ashish Vidyarthi on the reality show The Traitors. During a recent Instagram Live, Sudhanshu said he found her tone 'highly inappropriate' and far from respectful. Referring to Apoorva 's remark—'Mujhe lagta hai Ashish jaayega' (I feel Ashish will be eliminated)—Sudhanshu questioned the casual manner in which she spoke about a senior artist. 'Is he your childhood friend or what?' he asked bluntly. Sudhanshu takes on Apoorva's tone about senior actor Sudhanshu clarified that he wasn't trying to vilify Apoorva as a person. 'I'm not saying she's a bad person. She's a good kid. I'm sure she has a good heart too,' he said. 'But jab aapki zubaan kharaab ho jaaye na, toh wo sab kuch kharaab kar deti hai.' (When your words turn foul, they ruin everything.) He explained that no matter how popular someone is, basic respect for senior professionals should not be compromised. 'Everything else goes for a toss if you do not have the know-how about what to say, and how to speak, about people who are senior to you,' he added. Calls out Gen Z behaviour, cites his own kids as contrast Sudhanshu also addressed the larger cultural issue of how Gen Z engages with elders, stating that such behaviour reflects poorly on the younger generation. by Taboola by Taboola Sponsored Links Sponsored Links Promoted Links Promoted Links You May Like Thị trường có dấu hiệu suy thoái không? Drawing a parallel from his own family, he shared, 'Even I have kids, and even they are Gen-Z and they are extremely respectful to other people. So I am sorry, I think there are a lot of problems.' Sudhanshu emphasised that Ashish Vidyarthi, whom Apoorva casually referred to, is a veteran actor and highly respected in the industry. 'Ashish bhai is very senior to me as well. So, behind my back, she was talking about Ashish bhai, and saying, 'Mujhe lagta hai Ashish jayega,'' he reiterated.

Raftaar was always under the scanner in the last three episodes during the circle of shaq. He did manage to defend himself and share that he is not a traitor initially, but Sufi Motiwala brought out the plan that during the task there was a question which read, 'Who are the traitors most scared of?' The choice was between Sufi and Raftaar, and the correct answer was revealed to be him. Sufi reasoned that Raftaar being the traitor tried to name himself in the answer so that no one would doubt him. Raftaar said that he is not that foolish to do that deflection game even if he were a traitor. However, he shared that he would rather prove his point of having a 'good character' and show that he is a man of his words. Upon being voted out, Raftaar revealed that he is an innocent, which shocked everyone. In the fifth episode, Purav Jha pointed out that Ashish Vidyarthi is playing the game very well and could definitely be the traitor. Many others seemed to agree on that note and he was voted out. He also turned out to be an innocent, which came as a shock to many. As of now, Raj Kundra, Lakshmi Manchu, Sahil Salathia, Maheep Kapoor, Mukesh Chhabra, and Raftaar have been eliminated from the Karan Johar-hosted reality show. Unbeknownst to the rest of the gang, Elnaaz Norouzi and Purav Jha are the traitors. The new episodes will air on Prime Video every Thursday at 8 p.m.

You realise who your tribe is, and you never take them for granted again,' he said, adding, 'Shilpa stood by me with grace and resilience, even when it would've been easier to walk away.
