As he left the ring, Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed came down to the ring and launched a 2-on-1 attack on him. They had the upper hand for a bit before LA Knight brought in a chair to even the odds. The heated foes locked up and engaged in a heated battle that spilled all over the ringside. John Cena delivered a compelling showdown while R-Truth brought his newly found aggression. Cena attempted to leave the match, but Truth tried to stop, only to be nailed by the champion with his Undisputed WWE title belt, causing a disqualification. CM Punk arrived to brawl with him, but Cena got the upper hand using a low blow. He then laid him out with a belt shot and AA through the table. Cena delivered a promo similar to CM Punk's infamous pipebomb in 2011 and left as Punk lay lifeless in the ring.
