TikTok user Jordan Kamelleri (@jordankamelleri) and his partner Emmanuele are no strangers to rennovating old buildings and transforming them into high-end properties.
Their latest purchase is an "abandoned Italian palace" which hasn't been inhabited in 40 years.
The couple have been documenting their rennovation work on the 14-bedroom space, amassing eight million views on one of their clips.
"When I was younger, I would have dreamed of a place like this," Jordan told his followers, revealing that features such as the property's armoury immediately sold him.
Now, the pair plan to convert the 16th-century Italian palace into a private residence, reports People.
They have been working to renovate various properties together since 2018, eventually leading them to their most restoration yet.
Their new estate was built sometime in the 1500s and has over 21,500 square feet of living space.
With years of experience navigating Italy's real estate market, the couple were able to negotiate the purchase price down to roughly half the original listing.
They revealed that they ultimately paid the equivalent of £557,000 for the property, plus additional fees and taxes.
The pair are now focused on clearing out the vast spaces and salvaging what they can.

However, the long-abandoned property comes with one major drawback.
They revealed that they have had to deal with "decades of decay" in their efforts to do up the space.
But there are significantly more pros than cons with this property, as well as being a steal with magnificent views of the Italian countryside, it remarkably also has functional plumbing.
While the current plan is to convert the space into a private property, the couple are remaining flexible and allowing for the possibility of opening one wing to guests as a vacation rental.
They added that they are also considering opening parts of the palace for events such as weddings.
5 Tips to Get on The Property Ladder
Saving for your first property is tough, but it is possible. Here are a few steps for first-time buyers.
1. Cut back on luxuries and start saving
Consistent monthly saving is the best way to accumulate enough money to get on the ladder, for a deposit and purchase fees. To do this, you need to take a look at your monthly outgoings and think about what can be cut out - holidays, new clothes, weekly takeaway.
Using a savings calculator can help you to establish how long you will need to save for a deposit. Based on your income, you can figure out a realistic amount to save each month.
2. Have a realistic property search
Set a budget for the property price you would like to buy, and think realistically about the location and size of your property. While we all may want that house with a view or extra bedroom, can you afford it?
3. Research Help To Buy and Shared Ownership schemes
The government has introduced a few ways to help first-time-buyers get on the property ladder and they're great for those on lower incomes or to buy a property in more expensive areas like London.
4. Consider buying with another person
Investing with somebody else you know is a sure way to get onto the property ladder. You only need to save half the amount you would otherwise, so you can work towards getting your property sooner.
You can invest with a friend, family or partner. Naturally, it is a big step and a huge commitment so be open and honest about what you expect from living together — if you haven't already.
5. Talk to a mortgage broker and get your documents in order
A mortgage broker can tell you exactly how much you can borrow for a mortgage, what you will need to pay monthly and in upfront costs.
The vast property has an array of indoor-outdoor spaces, a favourite feature for the couple.
These include several verandas, loggias, and panoramic atriums offering exposure to the Italian sun throughout the day.
TikTok users shared their thoughts on the stunning property in the comments section.
"This has SO MUCH potential as not only a home but also a wedding venue," wrote one viewer.
"I've never been so jealous in my entire life," said another impressed follower.
"People are really out there living my dream," commented a third person.

Love Island star shares video of 'chaotic' hot air balloon landing as she addresses terrifying ordeal amid Brazil disaster that's claimed eight lives

A Love Island star has been caught up in a scary hot air balloon ordeal. Liberty Poole took to social media to reveal her scary experience to her fans during a recent trip with pals. In a clip posted to TikTok, the 25-year-old could be seen lying on the floor of the basket of the hot balloon as a number of loud bangs could be heard. Liberty also jolted as the lighter-than-air aircraft made contact with the ground, whilst screams from other passengers were audible. Her post left fans concerned as they flooded her post with worried comments, prompting Liberty to address the clip. In a further video, she said: 'I didn't realise when you get into a hot air balloon it's not upright, you lie on the floor to get in.' She continued: 'So you're actually not strapped in, nothing, you only have this tiny bit of rope to hold, as the hot air balloon goes up, the basket just sits up. 'But as you come down, you have to go the other way, so we were told to basically just hold onto this rope and sit and almost do like a wall sit, crouch down to land. 'However, I don't know if that landing was normal, because we were getting knocked left, right, up, down. 'Like it was so chaotic, I don't know if every single hot air balloon lands like that cause to me that's not right, why are people go on a hot air balloon if that happened all the time?' Liberty concluded: 'I'm just glad we survived to be honest.' Reacting, one fan said: 'Yeah it's not normal to get in like that.' A second wrote: 'It's not! It's also not normal for to get in it like that either.' 'Around the same time an air balloon crashed and someone passed away, you guys were so lucky,' said a third. It comes after a hot air balloon caught fire and tumbled from the sky in Brazil's southern state of Santa Catarina on Saturday, killing eight people, while 13 jumped to safety. The horrifying crash happened in the country's Praia Grande region - a popular destination for hot air ballooning. Footage shared by local news outlet G1 showed billows of smoke coming from the balloon in flames as it hurled toward the ground. In a separate video circulating on social media, two people can be seen falling through the air as the fire spreads onboard the aircraft. Thirteen people survived and were taken to hospitals, Santa Catarina's military fire brigade said, adding that 21 people were on board including the pilot. Chief of Police of the State of Santa Catarina, Ulisses Gabriel, said the causes of the incident are being investigated, with the main hypotheses being adverse weather conditions or human error. 'The wind was quite strong, and several people were holding the balloon when it first left the site. In fact, there was a truck pulling the balloon with a cable, which was moving very intensely from side to side', he told Brazilian broadcaster Globo News.

Johnny Depp claims he was a ‘crash test dummy' for MeToo movement

Johnny Depp has opened up about his high-profile marriage to Amber Heard and how he believes the #MeToo movement impacted his career. The Pirates of the Caribbean, 62, star believes he was a 'crash test dummy' for MeToo, which is a social movement against sexual violence and sexual assault, advocating for women specifically to speak out. Depp was married to the Aquaman actress, 39, between 2015 and 2017. When she filed for divorce, Heard accused him of domestic violence, which led to him being dropped by Disney after 14 years playing Captain Jack Sparrow. The fallout involved two trials. In the first, Depp took action against The Sun for referring to him as a 'wife-beater', with his 2018 libel suit making it to court in summer 2020 and ending with the court deeming the characterisation to be 'substantially true'. A further legal battle followed when he successfully sued Heard over an article she wrote for The Washington Post, in which she shared her experiences as a survivor of domestic abuse. Depp's lawyers said this falsely accused the actor himself of being an abuser. To say the trial was big news would be an understatement, with proceedings streamed live to 3.5million viewers and fans waiting outside court in droves. In the end, the jury ruled Heard did defame Depp, but Depp also defamed Heard while fighting against her abuse charges. At the time, Heard said the verdict had 'set back the clock to a time when a woman who spoke up and spoke out could be publicly shamed and humiliated'. Now, Depp, who claimed Heard was the one who violently abused him, has spoken to The Sunday Times about the public mudslinging and unsettling details of his marriage the public became privy to. 'Look, it had gone far enough,' he replied firmly. 'I knew I'd have to semi-eviscerate myself. Everyone was saying, 'It'll go away!' But I can't trust that. What will go away? The fiction pawned around the f***ing globe? No, it won't. 'If I don't try to represent the truth, it will be like I've actually committed the acts I am accused of. And my kids will have to live with it. Their kids. Kids that I've met in hospitals. 'So the night before the trial in Virginia, I didn't feel nervous. If you don't have to memorise lines, if you're just speaking the truth? Roll the dice.' Raising his voice and becoming agitated, he acknowledged that 'none of this was going to be easy'. 'But I didn't care,' he declared. 'I thought, 'I'll fight until the bitter f***ing end.' And if I end up pumping gas? That's alright. I've done that before.' The interviewer probed Depp about the reaction to his and Heard's case, given that someone he had been in love with received much less support and more scrutiny. 'Well, that is the thing,' he began in reply. 'That I had been in love with.' That's where we could start, to look at the roots of 'in love with'.' Reflecting on his childhood, he detailed: 'Because with regards to how I was raised, I wouldn't say it was a house without love, but it was an intense love, and I would not say that myself, or my siblings, or my pop and mom, experienced any great love or bliss.' Depp has said he did not live in a happy home, as there were 'many episodes of conflict'. 'So, what were my initial dealings with what we call 'love'? Clearly obtuse. 'And what that means is, if you're a sucker like I am, sometimes you look in a person's eye and see some sadness, some lonely thing, and you feel you can help that person.' While Depp insists he has 'no regrets about anything' in life, he admits feeling 'hurt' when people whom he trusted did not 'stand up' for him during his trials, accusing them of doing him 'dirty'. The Willy Wonka actor noted that he is 'weird', but that his 'loyalty is the last thing anybody could question'. On his involvement in the #MeToo era, Depp said: 'I was pre-MeToo. I was like a crash test dummy for MeToo. It was before Harvey Weinstein. More Trending 'And I sponged it, took it all in. And so I wanted, from the hundreds of people I've met in that industry, to see who was playing it safe.' 'Better go woke!', he hissed. After being ruled to be a victim of defamation, Depp was awarded approximately $15million (£12m) in damages. Heard, who announced in May that she had welcomed twin babies, was awarded $2m (£1.5m) in compensatory damages. Got a story?
