"Little did I know our trip to London would be cut short by me getting admitted to hospital," she said on social media. She added: "I haven't spoken much about my pregnancy on here but it's been a very different experience to my last. "I was admitted as there was a concern my plancenta [sic] was detaching, and within minutes of being admitted I was told there's a chance I will be in theatre by the end of the day. "The fear of not having a home in the UK and my first born being in Spain was something I never want to experience ever again. "Safe to say I won't be taking anymore travel risks."
