Joe Rogan
where he made a shocking revelation that his house had been swatted.
Rogan, like the listeners of the podcast, appeared shocked by the admissions asking, "What? The head of the FBI gets swatted?" to which Patel replied 'These people play, it's the ultimate hypocrisy.
They have two sets of rules: One against you, and one for them.'

If there's any federal law system that is popular for its alacrity in response it's the American one. Be it 911 or SWAT, every call for emergency and protection is taken into account and immediate response is assured.
Recently, the country has been experiencing a rise in the cases of swatting.
Swatting includes false calls to the 911 or Special Weapons and Tactics Team (SWAT) reporting a false threat at a location.
Swatters falsely report major threats like bomb threats, hostage situations and murders in order to ensure serious responses from the emergency services. The SWAT team responds to the locations and assumes the people residing there as points of threat.
Swatting essentially makes the misuse of the responsiveness and alert actions of the federal teams and is also a threat to the life of the people whose houses are swatted as they are treated as points of threat with gunpoint and allegations.

In the previous months, houses of popular names such as Conservative podcast and Infowars host Owen Shroyer, US journalist Larry Taunton, Jennifer Aniston, Justin Bieber, Rihanna and Nicki Minaj have also been swatted. Now added to the list is the head of the FBI, Kash Patel who himself has been very vocal on launching active campaigns against swatting and recognising the seriousness of the situation.
'I want to address the alarming rise in 'Swatting' incidents targeting media figures.
The FBI is aware of this dangerous trend, and my team and I are already taking action to investigate and hold those responsible accountable,' Patel had posted on X a while ago.
'The one thing we will do is put out all that information to the American public.' Patel promised at Rogan's podcast.
He added, 'And if we can work with our partners at the DOJ to come up with a prosecution, that will be their decision.'

‘We understand, our expectation is more': Iranian diplomat on India's stand

He responded to questions about the US seeking Pakistan's support for possible American strikes on Iran, especially after a meeting this week between US President Donald Trump and Pakistan Army chief Asim Munir, by saying that he hoped Islamabad will stand with Tehran. 'I hope Pakistan won't go for that and will stand with Iran against Israeli aggression,' he said. 'We are in contact with Pakistani officials, they know our stance and they understand us well,' Hosseini said. 'And we hope the decision which is going to be made at the end will be to stand with Iran, to stand with the truth and condemn the aggressors [and] not to give some incentive to the aggressors.' The US, Hosseini said, is engaged in a 'psychological war' against Iran, which is prepared for all scenarios. 'It is a conflict between Iran and Israel, and it's better for a third party not to enter it. If it enters, it would definitely become more complicated and it will have very bad consequences for that third party,' he said.

9 returning from wedding die as SUV, truck collide in Purulia
Purulia: Nine people returning from a wedding were killed on the Dhanbad-Jamshedpur stretch of NH18 on Friday morning when their vehicle collided with a truck. All the victims, including two brothers, were from Jharkhand. The nine had taken an SUV from Jharkhand's Nimdih village, in Seraikela-Kharsawan district, to attend a wedding in Purulia's Adabana village on Thursday. On Friday, they were headed home when, around 6.30am, their Bolero collided head-on with a truck coming from the opposite direction at a curve. The Bolero crumpled while the truck overturned on the roadside. According to witnesses, the impact was such that the front of the SUV completely caved in, trapping passengers inside. Villagers rushed to the spot and began getting them out. A large police contingent soon arrived and joined in the efforts. Balrampur police transported the nine to Banshgar Rural Health Centre, where doctors declared all of them dead on arrival. Identification of the victims was a challenge initially, but an Aadhaar card found on one of the deceased led police to contact Nimdih police station in Jharkhand. 15 teachers dismissed in Buxar over selection irregularities
Buxar: Education department on Friday dismissed 15 teachers in Buxar who were appointed through the teachers' recruitment examination (TRE), citing serious irregularities in their selection. The action was taken by district education officer, Amarendra Kumar Pandey. According to official sources, 14 of the dismissed teachers are residents of Uttar Pradesh (UP), who fraudulently claimed the benefits of reservation meant exclusively for candidates with domicile of Bihar. In addition to this, these teachers secured less than the required 60% marks in the Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET), making them ineligible under the general category. One more teacher was dismissed for not studying Urdu at the Intermediate level, despite being appointed as an Urdu teacher. The DEO cited official correspondence from the director of secondary education (letter no. 1341; May 15, 2024) and deputy director (letter no. 1507; July 15, 2024), which stated that reservation benefits are not to be extended to non-residents of Bihar.
