Nothing Phone 3 image leak shows us the back of the phone — and the Glyph Interface is missing
Recently Nothing revealed the upcoming Nothing Phone 3, which is due to launch in July, wouldn't come with the company's trademark "Glyph interface" lights on the back. Those of you hoping for some kind of replacement are going to want to brace yourselves for disappointment.
Leaker Max Jambor just shared an image of what he claims is the Nothing Phone 3. While the camera design certainly looks like a Nothing phone, there's no sign of any Glyph lights or a substitute feature that does the same thing.

Glyph lights are a unique way of informing users when they have a notification, lighting up the back of the phone. The lights could also be used in tandem with the camera app, using the LEDs to offer much better lighting than a traditional single-LED flash. That also means the flashlight feature is stronger for the same reason.
Other impressive options include using the Glyphs as a music visualizer, a volume level indicator, a progress bar (which includes battery charging), and even a feature that lets you set your own custom light and sound alerts. A red LED light can similarly be used to show when the camera is recording.
It's a gimmick, there's no denying that, but it's definitely a cool thing to have on your phone — especially considering how versatile the Glyphs can be.

The Nothing Phone 3, on the other hand, just seems to have an ordinary-looking camera flash above the main camera lens.
Thankfully, though, it still maintains the translucent back and the unique design we've come to expect from Nothing's handsets. Plus, like the Nothing Phone 3A and 3A Pro, there are 3 cameras to take advantage of.

It'll be interesting to hear how Nothing explains the loss of the Glyph Interface on this phone, especially considering its rumored $800 price tag. But we'll have to wait until next month's launch event to find out.

Nothing Phone 1 gets a feature-packed encore before the final curtain falls

The Nothing Phone 1 might be nearing the end of its update life, but it's not quite done yet. A new software update is rolling out that brings one of Android 15's key features, with a specific tailoring to Nothing's UI. According to a post on the official Nothing Community forum, the update introduces Privacy space: a new secure area on your phone for sensitive apps and data. You can access it by swiping right in the app drawer, and it works much like the feature seen on other Android phones, requiring separate authentication and keeping apps isolated from the rest of the system. You can also set a different privacy password for both the new Privacy space and the existing App Locker. The update also brings a revamped Hotspot Manager for controlling connected devices, fixes an issue with the Glyph Composer lighting effect, and lets users disable face unlock vibrations via a new toggle. As expected, the June 2025 Android security patch is included, as well as other big fixes. This could be one of the last feature-rich updates for the Nothing Phone 1. Nothing previously confirmed to Android Authority that the device won't get Android 16, as it has already received its three promised OS upgrades. Security patches will continue for a bit longer, but new feature rollouts will likely start tapering off without the latest OS support. Initial user reactions to the Nothing post in the comments are mixed. Nothing's first over-ear headphones leak ahead of July unveiling
Nothing has probably made its biggest impression in the tech world with its distinctive mid-range Android phones (like the 3a Pro pictured above). But the UK-based brand's first product was actually wireless earbuds, and now it's preparing to unveil its first over-ear headphones on July 1. As is often the way, though, we don't have to wait until then to get our first look at the upcoming cans, as pictures have leaked online ahead of the London launch event. As you'd expect from a Nothing product, the Headphone 1 – if these leaked images are indeed legitimate – looks like nothing else on the market. A number of photos uploaded to Instagram by Nothing Fan Blog show off a typical transparent design, which looks a bit like someone has glued a cassette tape to a slab of smooth metal. It looks like the headphones will be available in black/gray and silver/white colorways. To view this content, you'll need to update your privacy settings. Please click here and view the "Content and social-media partners" setting to do so. It's hard to determine what materials Nothing has opted for from the leaked photos, but it looks like there are at least three buttons: two on the side of the left earcup and one on the top. In one photo you can also see a wire attached to the bottom of the headphones, so presumably they'll have a 3.5mm connector. Again, we don't know for certain if this is the final design of the Headphone 1, but aesthetically speaking they could definitely stand out in what is an enormously crowded market. Nothing CEO Carl Pei confirmed that the Headphone 1 will arrive on July 1 alongside the brand's new flagship phone, the Phone 3, during a live appearance at SXSW in London earlier this month. Engadget's Igor Bonifac was impressed by Nothing's Phone 3a and 3a Pro when he reviewed both phones earlier this year, with the caveat that they carry a limited US warranty.

Nothing Headphone 1 images leak, showing a retro-futuristic cassette-inspired look
TL;DR Renders and real-world images of the apparent Nothing Headphone 1 have appeared online. The pictures show a pair of headphones with a transparent design and a curious shape. Nothing is gearing up to launch its first pair of over-ear headphones on July 1, called the Nothing Headphone 1. The company has kept this design firmly under wraps, but it looks like two sources have given us our first look. The Equal Leaks Telegram account posted three apparent Nothing Headphone 1 renders today. These images show a rather peculiar pair of headphones, featuring a two-step design of sorts. The pictures show a rectangular-shaped base with rounded corners. Meanwhile, a transparent oval island atop the base connects to the headband. This island also seems reminiscent of a cassette tape. Want a real-world look at the new headphones? Well, the Nothing Fan Club Instagram account has just posted five images purportedly showing the Nothing Headphone 1. You can view these pictures below. These real-world images also feature 'sound by KEF' on one of the headphones. KEF is an audio brand that specializes in speakers but also dabbles in headphones. In fact, the two companies actually announced a partnership last month, while also confirming that several 'acoustically co-developed products' were in the pipeline. It seems like the Headphone 1 could be the first product as part of this tie-up, then. We'd caution you to take these leaks with a major helping of salt, though, as we're not familiar with these sources at all. Nevertheless, if this design is confirmed, the Nothing Headphone 1 would certainly stand out from other headphones on the market. This isn't the only leak we've seen regarding Nothing's headphones.
